The soft ice cream 🍦🍨 was very good . Nice flavor not sure if its was made with Custer or not . But either way it was very good . I give them 3 1/2 stars but it wouldnt let me do that . My reason is I was looking to have a banana 🍌 split but wasnt able to. Do to they dont have cherry 🍒 topping to substitute for strawberries 🍓 due to Im allergic to strawberries 🍓 so I substitute it with cherry 🍒 topping. So I had a Hot Fudge Sunday which was very good my partner had a twist and he said the same thing good ice cream 🍦.Thank youFor the good ice cream 🍦 🍨 we will be back again .

Usually great, BUT tonight my husband brought me home a milkshake & spent $5/$6 for a quart of milk with a splash of ice cream.... very disappointing.

Inconsistent products, first time there received a moldly muffin, then received gift certificate to return, returned and next cup of chai hot and delicious, Last time I visited the dirty chai was not hot thoroughly and was too strongitter to drink. I know you made right with the moldy product, but as a past barista, consistency even btw baristas is what makes customers want to return. Nice to still be able to get ice cream and coffee selection amazing...my experiences just have not encouraged me to make the effort to stop by. I likely will to finish my GC but after that, not certain.

First and last time here ordered a large was told it would be 4 scoops received 2 definitely not worth stopping

Stop by a few times a week for a dark chocolate, raspberry milkshake and its absolutely delicious and at a decent price. The staff is always friendly and upbeat.

Went in and ordered a caramel cheesecake Cookie Monster milkshake and it was absolutely superb. I went there at the last second, right before close. Thought for sure the poor girl was going to be disappointed having to make something so late, but she had a great attitude and was more than happy to help me! Not something you typically encounter when going somewhere last second. You’re almost always greeted with a bit of attitude. Not here though. Very very pleased. Will definitely be returning on a regular basis. Serendipity ice cream is a must visit for sure!

Icecream is ok. Good selection for a small store. Coffee is basic. A bit strong. You add your own condiments. Price a little high but they are located on 352 .

Workers are very friendly, quality of their Sundays are very good. They serve Hersheys brand of hard ice cream. They offer dole whip for a non dairy option.

I am happy this place is here, but I will probably NOT be returning bc of the woman who is on early in the morning. She refused to sell me ice cream bc they are not set up for it! Whatever THAT means. So I left without purchasing ANYTHING I came for!

Last week before closing for the winter, pleasant atmosphere and staff, not many flavors but we found something we each enjoyed.

I am doing a job shadow there and the place is clean and they are very nice and very respectful to the costrms and they all ways have a great smile ever time I come there to Shadow you should eat at this place and it makes you feel like you are at home
