I come here all the time for service and maintenance of our mowers, and its always a great experience. I took my 15-year old brush mower in for an issue and now its running better than ever. Very reasonable prices and hassle-free, what more could you want?

Called Polands told him we wanted a certain gator on a Monday morning told him wed pick it up in the afternoon they sold it . the man said well you didnt put a deposit down he didnt say he wanted to deposit very poor business

Came here to buy a zero turn in October. The salesman, Tony, was friendly and very helpful. Sold us a great used mower at a great price. They brought the mower in for us to look at and even demonstrated how it works. They went above and beyond by loading the mower in our trailer. Couldnt have been happier with our experience here. More than worth the few hour drive from Michigan.

Bought 3 saws from them. Always either have what I need or get it in a day later. Other dealers dont carry as many saws in stock as polen does. Also great customer service! They file the warranty paperwork on new saws.

Purchased lawn tractor tires and when asked about mounting was directed to service dept. When they saw I am from Bay Village tires were mounted while I waited to save a trip back. Wow, I am now a Polen customer for life. Thanks guys!!!!

This place is jam packed with implement goodness. If its not here, you probably dont need it. Theyve been around forever, and I cant think of another place around that can hold a flame to them.

I bought a Deere, the gentleman who dropped off my tractor didnt give two thoughts about me and I asked simple questions.he should know that he didnt. Like when is the first service for the tractor and then the normal interval for it. No tutorial on how to operate or start, even knowing. Some type of class. Poor delivery service.

Super helpful, knowledgeable staff. Hate stopping by though, normally it costs a lot of money and means Im falling behind on chores.
