Efrain is definitely a salesman that wont sell you dreams. If he knows theres a chance you wont get the vehicle your looking for he’ll do his best to work with what they have available to insure that you still purchase something suitable for you. Words can’t express how thankful i am to have had him as my salesperson. He looks young but he definitely knows the business and how it works and that alone sold me. What a great experience. I am a very picky person when it comes to my vehicles. Have had a lot of bad body shops fix my vehicles in the past. But let me tell you these guys are the best: I finally have found my go to shop. They were super friendly repaired my vehicle in time and it was fixed way better then expected . Will continue to use them and recommend them to everyone I know.

I am a long time customer of the Kelly group, having purchased several vehicles from them. When my husband decided on a new truck, I didnt hesitate to suggest using them. We placed a deposit on the truck my husband wanted, SIGNED ALL THE PAPERS, and waited for our home equity to close. Title documents took longer to arrange than anticipated, and we were informed that they made a management decision to cancel our deal and refund our deposit. My husband reached out today to inquire about the truck, which is still available, however is now priced $5k ABOVE the MSRP. Sad that they treat their customers as such, especially considering we are planning an upgrade to my car within the next year or 2. Shameful!

I was 18 when I bought my first car. And I mean I paid up front. They sold me a lemon and convinced me it was going to be a great car. Now nearly 3 car accidents and serious injuries later, I have no other choice but to do my best to find rides to work. Said that they were going to “replace my whole engine”, mind you they kept the car to do this “replacement for nearly a month. so tell me how they laughed at my mom and I on the way out of the door. Do not get used cars here unless you know what to look for, they will not tell you. There job is to get the car off the lot and into someone else’s hands. After taking it to a reputable mechanic he told me to “trade in this car ASAP, it is a death trap”. Not to mention the day I drove it off the lot I noticed the window was down after they “detailed” it. but I didn’t think much of it as I did have the widows and sunroof open because I was excited about my new ride, I got home and rolled up the windows including the one they had left down it rolled up and fell down. Asked them to fix it and they used tape to keep it up. NEVER AGAIN KELLY

Do not buy a car from this place. They sold me a car that I have never been able to drive. When tying to get help from them they offered nothing to help fix it. They didnt even offer to have the car towed back there. Customer service was rude, the sales manager was condescending and the service department told me to check the distributor cap on a car that doesnt have one. My mechanic says it cant be fixed. I am out thousands of dollars and still cant drive the car. They are so irresponsible.

Never, never, buy a car from Kelly.I purchased a 2020 GMC Sierra. It was a lemon. Couldnt even drive it back to Kelly because it was a transmission problem. Had to bring it top a NJ dealer and Kelly couldnt care less., wouldnt do a thing. If I didnt hire a lawyer I still wouldnt still be waiting for a part. Bad way to do business.

Great dealership!! I inquired about a vehicle I found online and Joe Morales reached out to me right away the next day and asked when I could come see it, also sent me a detailed video of it which was great! Life gets crazy so we weren’t able to get there right away but everyday leading up to our appointment I got follow ups from Joe which was awesome, nothing about pressuring me to come in just I hope your day is good, little things like that and that makes a difference and shows they really care! I went Friday night at 5:40 to finally see the vehicle not realizing they close at 6, Joe had everything in until we got there and Jeep was started and ready to test drive. Fell in love with it and him and his team were able to get me some great rates and I was there by 9am the next morning to purchase it. I went to Kelly Automotive yesterday to start the car buying process. I was greeted by Wilson upon arriving. He asked what type of vehicle I was interested in and I expressed that I liked the Jeep Cherokee and Compass. Wilson went over every aspect of the vehicles, all the differences, took me to test drive both of them, and made me feel as if there was absolutely no pressure. In the end, I ended up leaving with a brand new 2019 Jeep Latitude Plus and I could not be any more excited. The entire Kelly team made the whole buying experience easy. Would definitely recommend this place, ask for Wilson!

We recently leased a GMC Acadia Denali form Kelly Buick GMC. Car shopping is one of our least favorite activities but one that we knew was inevitable. Since our lease was running out, we decided this time we were going to shop around and shop we did! We spent one entire week traveling from dealership to dealership. We asked all the questions and received many answers. Some we liked and some we didnt. In the end, we chose the GMC Acadia Denali. Not only was it the nicest equipped vehicle we saw, but we had a great salesperson in Mike Yerger. Mike made both of us feel very comfortable throughout the process. He wasnt pushy and had all the answers to our questions. He was friendly, very knowledgeable but most importantly to us, he was down to earth. Mike made us feel like we knew him for a lifetime. To us, that is important. We were dealing with someone who sincerely cared that we got the vehicle that best met our needs. For that, we thank him and the entire Kelly Buick GMC team for a job well done!

Dropped my 2013 Ram 1500 off for recalls. Came into the room where I thought I was supposed to be helped but the employees did not acknowledge me. I had to ask if i was in the right place. Even then I had to make eye contact with someone to get help. long story short I was told I do not get a complementary loaner for recall work on my Ram. Shouldnt argue with a customer who is right. I will never go back nore will I purchase a vehicle from them.

I didnt buy a car from them, and after being continuously harassed by them, I never will. Inquired online about a used cars availability, and that car was gone; thats fine. But I proceeded to get texts, calls, and emails from them (probably 5-8 each over a week) constantly trying to get me in the door. In the day of low pressure car dealerships, this is the highest pressure Ive ever felt from a dealer, and I never even visited the lot! Would never go there now.

Cars they have listed online werent in the lot. The salesman said they were in their other lot, but we couldnt see them. He showed my friend things WAY out of her price range even though she was adamant about only buying what she could afford in cash. All this after the manager Carl didnt even acknowledge us when we showed up for our appointment, even though he was sitting at his desk chatting with 2 other salesmen, blatantly ignoring us. We left and went to Reliable auto consultants, and my friend bought exactly what she needed in a much friendlier environment. I will never give the Kelly group my business after this.

The office didnt feel very welcoming. I wasnt really happy with the way the office staff handled things. Ive purchased many cars over the years and this is probably one of the worst experiences, and it has nothing to do with the offers they provided me but much rather the demeanor of the staff and the overall feel of the office area. The sales rep really didnt seem like he wanted to deal with us and made some condescending comments that didnt need to be said. It was just an uncomfortable experience and I was glad to get out of that office when we did. I think I will continue to utilize Ciocca for my vehicle needs.

I think this is real sad that I must write this review my husband and I and my son all bought cars here and the disrespect that us as customers receive seriously my husband put 19,500 In cash on my jeep trailhawk and its becoming to be in the shop more that I have it which is crap then having my sunroof replaced and headliner which is stained again since apparently they dont know how to change gloves obviously so now a brand new liner with black marks on it m9re that they did the 1st time now today my husband takes my car in again and of all people the service manager says deal with the noise are u for real that was the wrong thing to say. I will let our lawyer Handel it now for now and as for kelly I will never do business with them again as for them saying our salesman didnt talk with them about these issues sad they have to lie about ken Grant is a good salesman but sorry I will no longer be able to have u help with the next car I will go elsewhere this is a piss poor customer service and Im not gonna be pushed over anymore and wont just deal with a noise I need a reliable care and obviously they dont have them since they have my car they better replace my gas in it I dont even have 10,000 miles on it for having it over a year just figure I will let other buyers aware not the only car from them we had issues with

Nice to have shuttle service especially when you have no way to get there and/or back. Feeling as though you can not trust their ability to find the problem and get it right. Body shop does a lousy job. When you inform them of issues that you have upon picking up your vehicle they totally dismiss what your complaint is. They do not accept responsibility for their errors. Its about taking your money and giving you substandard service. They tell you that this is the problem and you end up having to take it somewhere else to find out what is wrong with your vehicle. Then when you return to have them to correct the problem they give you some lame excuse that they replaced a part, BUT if you are still having the same problem then its probably some otherproblem. Then they say Oh if its this other problem then its covered by your warranty, but you have a deductable. What the HELL,? You said it was this problem( And I already paid for the part(s)) then you have to turn around and put more money out because they dont want to claim responsibility. Oh Im suppose to feel better because the part is covered by my warranty and I only need to pay the deductable. They believe because you are a female you dont have enough common sense to know they are trying.to get over. Not only have you had to pay for what they claim was the problem, but then you pay to take it to another mechanic to find out what the problem is, that mechanic puts in writing what the problem is, you go back to them and show them your paperwork and they want to say, If you still have the same problem then the problem is this. All the while you have paid for a part(s), gone to another mechanic and paid that mechanic, then you take it back to Jeep Kelly and they tell you Drive it for a few days and see if you still have this problem. If you do then this is the problem. Really? Not everyone is as stupid as you think they are. Its about getting as much money out of the consumer as they can! Jeep Kelly are rip offs!

By my 1-star rating I shouldnt have to say buyer beware, just request both vehicle history reports offered by this dealer if you choose to do business with them. With a GM CPO, GM states CarFax, but I was given an AutoCheck. The AutoCheck showed no accidents, whereas CarFax showed an accident and part replacements. The managers at the GMC dealership stated they dont use CarFax and yet 2 days after our meeting, CarFax has replaced AutoCheck on their website. Since I have grown tired of defending myself as the consumer, I will deal directly with GM to resolve this dealers suit-the-sale tactics. I bought a 2016 Town and Country that had a clean carfax on Truecar, It turns out that the front driver fender had a slightly different color. I tried to call to get the dealer to match the paint but it was difficult to get a callback. I also had a cracked ignition key that they were supposed to replace by mail and that seems to have fell by the wayside. We have made 4 attempts to contact dealer about key and we have had no callback. So I guess the question is would I go back to Kelly Auto? No, at this point I would not. Will I use Truecar again? Yes I would use Truecar for any purchase. I just wish Truecar had dealer ratings because this one would be a fail.

On April 2nd 2016 I walked into Kelly used car dealership  upon entering the dealer we were greeted by this bubbly young lady by the name of Danielle Eichelberger she was exceptionally patient we told her what our budget was and what we were looking for  the used car i saw online was not available she gave us options and here comes Im guess a manager by the name of Norris extremely over pushy salesman in which I did not like my husband insisted let him show us what he had he pulls up with this Honda CRV I hated it to begin with from the minute it rolled in the lot..But Norris the obnoxious pushy sales man was doing us a favor because they were working with our bad credit ended up buying  2 vehicles it was an exhausting day we traded off 2 of our old cars, my hubby purchase his 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage I got 97 Honda CR-V, I left after about 6hrs or more happy we got cars my hubby had a brand new car and a reliable used car but that was not our case. 2weeks later Im with my 4yr old son I unloaded him I left the engine running while I grabbed something from the store entrance not even 2minutes had gone by when the all so reliable Honda Crv was smoking gushing antifreeze onto my 4yr old sons shirt here I am standing there in a nervous wreck because my son wont stop screaming the store owner was watering down my car, I quickly shut off the engine I was so angry I couldn’t believe this was happening. I tell the store owner I just purchased this car 2weeks ago he tells me return that junk kelly dealership sold you a lemon. Crying I walked home and called Danielle explained to her what happened she explained to me Im past my 3 day return policy, She tried her ultimate best to help me but Norris said I purchased a car as is there is nothing more we can do its my responsibility now. I then told her its been 2wks what if this had happened on the Hwy with my son I then Spoke to Norris who said thats their policy..(mind you their advertised commercial states Kelly Risk Free Guarantee 3 day (150 mile) moneyback guarantee on new and used vehicles) I proceeded to walk into the dealershop the following day and thanks to Danielle who paid for my radiator to get fixed but now my cooling fans wont turn I bring the car back to then find out this will cost me over $850 in total to get fixed my heart dropped I requested to speak to someone higher up Danielle said I can speak to a GM by the name of Jim Barndt by the time he came out I was so frustrated I was in tears I explained to him in my rant crying voice my situation on how I was treated by one of his staff and the only person who actually had a heart was Danielle he asked me to calm down stop crying after I told him I dont feel I should be paying anything out of pocket I was sold basically a lemon car he said I will cover all the cost to have your car running.. well thank god for him he got the cooling fans fixed I have my car now..not 100% happy because of the frustration I had to endure and the vehicle im still not happy with it I dont think it was fair play question is will I ever buy a used car from Kelly never, if I ever do go back the only 2 people I will ever speak to is Danielle or Jim..Danielle is a sales consultant who I can say takes her job to heart and cares about her customers and she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.
