I bought a 2009 Honda Pilot for my son. Like a good mother, I took it to Lehigh Valley Honda to have a safety check, oil change and tire rotation. This coast me about 350.00 but I wanted to make sure the car was safe. Not a week later, the car was totally broke down. It turned out The battery was corroded and the alternator died. The mechanic who had fixed it stated the mechanics who did the bumper to bumper inspection surely would have seen the battery leading him to check the alternator. I had the alternator repaired. I expected things to be wrong with the truck bc of its age, hence me taking it for a check over. I am deeply disappointed the Lehigh Valley Honda took absolutely no blame for this and offered me only a free oil change. I told them to keep their oil change. Here are pictures of the battery that was supposedly perfect the week before these pics were taken.Update, evidently they didn’t tighten the bolts on the wheel right enough. 2.5 weeks later the wheel fell off. Your service was beyond remarkable! Our CR-V was at a local inspection garage when the gearshift know broke off leaving the car unable to be driven. A recall notice was found at our local Honda dealer. We called and the appointment was made for 2 days later. The local garage got the car to the dealership right away. Next thing we knew the dealership called that the car was fixed and ready for pickup!!! They even found another recall notice and checked that out! Fabulous service!!! We will be doing business with Lehigh Valley Honda in future car purchasing.

Jim Copek in the Honda Service Department took excellent care of me Friday morning. I stopped in the quick lube lane for an oil change and he pointed out my emissions/ inspection were coming due. Thanks to him, I forgot all about it. Jim also pointed out the importance of serving the All Wheel drive system the 14,000 mile mark. Jim had all of this done in almost an hour shorter than agreed on and even gave me a discount. It was a great experience and I am very happy with Jim and the work performed by the Technicians.

Walt was perfect from the beginning to the end. When I called the day before with my concerns about the wifes car he immediately took interest and helped guide me through. He got me set up for next day appointment even though they were boxed solid. When I got there the next morning he quickly got me setup to have car looked at. He kept me informed about the progress all the way until completion.Great work from him and the whole team to get my car in and out in a timely manner.

Best place to buy a car! We just bought a brand new 2021 Honda CR-V Ex Hybrid and got the best deal without a hassle. I live in New Jersey, but came to this dealership because they’re amazing to work with. The car I wanted wasn’t in stock, but Dino, our salesman was able to track down the specific model and color and deliver it to us promptly. Dino, was extremely patient, knowledgeable and overall very pleasant to work with. I’m buying all my cars from Lehigh Valley Honda in the future without any hesitation. #1 Honda dealership in my opinion. Everything was smooth from purchase to finance to delivery. Ask for Dino!!

Took my 2008 Fit in for a recall (scheduled appointment) after 90 minutes I find out they dont have the parts and will need to order them and I need to go back another day.Why did I make an appointment?The paperwork I received on the way out said it will be $500.00+ to do the work. Its a recall.... Im still waiting for the service department to call me back about the charges on the paperwork.Maybe their service is why I never bought another Honda.

I contact Jim Kopeck in service if I need anything done. He is either available or will respond to a message within 5 minutes. He orders what needs to be done or refers me to another person within the Honda family. He always gets the job accomplished. He is pleasant I feel as though family is taking care of me. I love my 2021 Honda Accord though it sells itself, Bruce Fuller was awesome in getting us taken care of with the right car and Matthew Proscia got us financed to seal the deal. The only downside is they didnt have the color we wanted and they said no way to get it as the factory wasnt making any, that is the reason for 4 stars. The car is great!

Huge thanks to the gentlemen with the parts department - they give you information on warranted items, such as batteries that have a 3 year, 36,000 mile warranty, but refuse an exchange because it’s assumed that their highly trained staff asked for a VIN at the date of the original purchase. It’s also noted that the battery can only be used in a certain type of Honda, so if you’re building a track car and would like it to be a Honda, i DO NOT recommend a factory battery. Makes sense, they seem to drain whether they’re sitting on a shelf for a year, “to-the-date,” as the gentleman mentioned - even though he stated I needed the original, paper invoice to exchange the product. Kudos.

I took my CRV for a tire issue which I purchased in November 2018. When I purchased the tires, I paid for road hazard with which fixing of a tire would be free when needed. Recently, one of the tires loosing air. I called the the service and wanted to make an appointment with the understanding that fixing the tire would be covered. Before making the appointment, I asked the lady if it would be covered. After I got the affirmative answer, I made the appointment. However, I took the vehicle to express service for oil change and fixing the tire. After fixing the tire I found out that they charged me $39.99. I was told that the warranty expired in two years after the purchase. I was surprised. I know Walmart or Costco has this warranty for the life of the tires. I was also shocked to find out that for patching a tire, they charge $40. Walmart and Costco do this for $13. Take your vehicle somewhere else for small fixings.Also, the service consultant was very arrogant and their customer service is horrible.

Service has been excellent. The only thing that’s happened the last 2 oil changes is when they take the cabin air filter out to show me if I want to change it, they put it back and don’t secure the glove box. It’s popped open twice while driving because they didn’t snap the arm in.

I had an oil change on my 2013 Accord yesterday. The Multipoint Check revealed 3 small things that needed attention. I opted to get all taken care so I can keep driving my Accord without worries. As always, the service technicians at Lehigh Valley Honda did an excellent job. My car (with mileage over 117,000) is ready for a lot more driving!

Lehigh Valley Honda was able to get my car in last minute for a concerning sensor issue. From the first phone call where i left my information for the service department to call me back I was impressed. They called me back within 15 minutes and were very helpful. Sam called when it was ready and gave me the rundown of everything that was needed in the vehicle. I was not pushed to get anything done that wasnt necessary at the time and they were able to do my inspection early. I am thoroughly impressed with Lehigh Valley Honda and will make the drive up there for any other of my Honda needs even though it is not the closest one for me.Thanks for a great experience!

Came in for a 4pm appointment to replace the windshield gasket. Was told a wheel was out of alignment and I agreed to that repair($119). After 90 minutes I was approached with the costs ($399) and additional repairs (brakes-$259). I asked arent you finished with the gasket? The answer was no (I declined the brakes--passed inspection two weeks prior). After another 10 minutes I was ushered into the garage to see why the gasket could not be replaced. So I left with the car after two hours. Not sure if it will leak with the original gaskets partially hacked off. Was told I need to go to a body shop for the complete removal and new gasket. Contacted my insurance company to see if the replacement windshield supplier (2015) can be held liable. Will never visit Lehigh Valley Honda again.

Our family recently purchased a new cr-v hybrid from Lehigh Honda. Purchase experience was very smooth and had a great salesman Dino. The issue i had was with the their service department. The car had needed an alignment which they offered to do no problem but i had to go back for it multiple times. The 2nd time i had asked for a print out of the alignment and from it you could tell they completely pretended to fix the issue the first time. Wasted my time with multiple trips and completely lost my trust in that service department!!

I went to have my Honda CR-V serviced for a faulty VTC actuator. I was very reluctant to go to the dealer and I was pleasantly surprised. They did not try to upcharge or upsell me on any service. In fact, I had to ask for an extra assessment to add on a few parts to replace while they had my engine disassembled. They worked with me to keep the price within my budget and on top of it they finished quickly. I will post again should I need more service. I dont know if I just got a lucky break or if this place just has excellent customer service. But I would like to thank Alex and the mechanics who worked on my car!

My experience at Lehigh Valley Honda was a nice experience. The gentleman who was handling my recall service was okay and he was polite. They took a bit longer to make the repair but it was worth it. The gentleman who called me to come pick up my vehicle told me to come in 30 minutes so when I did the place was practically empty and I was informed when I got there that I was supposed to come before 7 pm which I was not told. Luckily there was wonderful gentleman who was still there who gave me my keys and helped me out, he made the experience great because he was so nice and willing to help.

My car display showed a warning of low tire pressure. After I checked the tire pressure I found out which tire was low and leaking air. I called up LV Honda and asked for service. The shop was booked, but they said that I could use the Express Service lane. Once arrived at shop I talked to Sam Azar, Asst. Service Manager. He got things rolling and watched over the repairs. Sure enough, there was a roofing nail right smack in the middle of the tread. Sam answered all of my questions and went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied with the Service and Repairs.

Had a great experience at LB Honda. My Accord was subject to a recall. Brought my car in, was greeted warmly, and was kept informed throughout the process. Turns out, my car needed a significant fix to address the recall issues. They noted that it was in need of an inspection, which they performed while it was there. Picked up the car the same day fixed and washed and inspected.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Had my vehicle for over 7 hours without working on it AT ALL & said its an easy fix theyll have it done by the end of the day. Then they call me an hour before closing to inform me need to install an extra module & they dont have enough time to install it by the end of the day. This place is incompetent to the fullest. AVOID WORKING WITH THEM AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU PLAN TO NOT HAVE YOUR VEHICLE FOR DAYS AT A TIME. MECHANICS HERE ARE A JOKE!

In January of 2021, I bought a 2017 Elantra with 22% interest. I’ve regretted my decisión ever since I drove away from the dealership. Ian and Anthony did a great job maximizing my trade and got me in a 2019 Civic for nearly HALF of the interest that I was paying for my Elantra. The staff at Lehigh valley Honda was very understanding and kind from the moment I walked in. They outdid themselves with the work they put in to get me the best deal possible. Not only is the service extremely expensive and over priced, they take much longer than other mechanics. I had to call to find out if my vehicle was done. Also (I won’t mention names) the person I was dealing with in charge of my service was brash and always had a tone in their voice like they didn’t care about my business. I mentioned I found a better deal on a product and didn’t even offer to work with me-so I went elsewhere for a specific thing. Also I asked for something to be done (to remove the Lehigh valley Honda decal) and it was not done. With the service I have received there I no longer want the decal on my car because I will not advertise for them on the road daily when I am made to feel like a burden. I will no longer go to Lehigh valley Honda unless it has to do with my vehicle warranty and have no other choice. This was my latest experience there but for the most part is always the case.Update 2 stars - 4: After they clearly read this post someone from the customer service department gave me a call. They were beyond professional and sincerely concerned with me and my experience. They asked questions as to where I was able to explain my experience in further detail and were beyond generous on how they dealt with the situation and helped me. This alone has shown me that they do care about their paying and loyal customers and when the time does come I will be more than willing to give them another chance. Going to the Honda dealership is considered premium service and as A customer I would expect premium service for what I pay for. I was definitely shown premium service today fromThe customer service department and thank them greatly for their follow up.

Horrible! The service department is absolutely terrible! The service writer I believe his name is Walt talked to me so incredibly rude and treated me like I was a nobody. Once he finally listened to why my car was there I gave him my credit card and asked him to put my keys outside since I would be picking it up after hours. A family member went to pick my car up after I called to verify the key was outside and it was paid for. The key wasn’t in my car and they never ran my bank card. I will never be using Lehigh Valley Ho fa service again.

I have always had excellent service at Honda Service Center;. However, this time around was frustrating. I received a text message on the day my car was worked on that there were several filters that were dirty and a belt that was getting to the point where it would need to be replaced. I did text back around 4pm to let them know that I did want the filters replaced but wanted the cost of the belt. I then received a text that said they had already completed the car. I couldnt pick up the car until the next day. I did call as well but was put on hold for at least a half hour and gave up. First thing in the morning i called again to see if they could possibly do the two filters and give me a price on the belt and was transferred and put on hold. I couldnt tell if I was on hold or the call was dropped. After holding for about 15 min. while the guy went to check if they could do the work I gave up. I ended up going to the service center a few hours later to just pick up my car and asked if they were able to do the filters and they did not. I am honestly going to take my car somewhere else to get the additional work done.

Had an appointment at 1 to diagnose an issue. They close at 7 and at 630 I still never received a phone call. I stopped in at 630 and no one would help me. They all just ignored me. Finally a girl came out and gave me an estimate of over 3k. I took my van home. They were probably waiting until right before they close to call me so I would have been forced to leave my van there and give in to their outrageous estimate. Being ignored when I ask for assistance was the main reason for the review. There were 4 workers there. 2 were chatting with each other and the other 2 were just sitting on the computer. Not even an acknowledgement. They just flat out ignored me.

The most TERRIBLE experience from the service department!!I do not recommend coming to this place if you are looking for quality service without the excuses and carelessness.We dropped off our vehicle for a simple oil change and inspection. After 3 days of me being the only one to contact them and receiving excuse after excuse inquiring about my car we are told it is ready and can come pick it up.They were pretty quick to charge for the service, but once we got to the car realized the inspection was in fact NOT done. The service consultant was sarcastic when we legitimately asked if the car should have stickers or if this was a new electronic thing (being so many things are changing) and when we became upset he smirks and walks away. After waiting 30+mins we are then told the car needs be to be ran and kept an additional night. Something they could have done the 3 days they had the car. A loaner was never offered so you can only imagine the amount of money spent paying for my way to and from work as well as losing our time taking yet another ride to find out we have to wait yet another day.The supervisor (Kristi) was contacted and voicemail was left in an attempt for compensation of all of our time lost, someone to listen to our terrible experience and bad service, but here it’s been 4 days and we never got a call back.Do NOT come here if looking for quality service and good customer service. They do not care. They Ignore calls and apparently the service associates can treat you any they please, fail at responsibilities and get away with it.Edit - I just picked up my car and this is how it was returned to me. Filthy!!I am absolutely disgusted with this place.

We broke down away from our home and decided it was best to drop the car off at a dealership. Luckily, we found a Honda 4 miles from where we were and dropped the vehicle off (Sunday afternoon), left the keys, scheduled an appointment for the end of the week online. I also called Monday to explain why the vehicle was there so far ahead of the appointment time, spoke to a very helpful person. We were already assigned a contact, they had the vehicle and identified the problem by lunchtime! We were extremely pleased with the service, the video and explanation of the issue and the constant contact. If we were local, they would be servicing all of our vehicles!

Quick and easy appointment set-up. Arrival and wait very comfortable. My reason for not giving 5 stars is two-fold:-shop took headlights off of automatic and turn to off position. Im sure thats a shop thing but I found myself driving on route 78 in a heavy downpour with no lights on before I realized the switch was not on automatic for DRLs or auto headlights.-i was billed $25+ for an oil shield additive to my oil change. Additives of this sort are of questionable value and certainly marked up to excess.Otherwise I do believe its a well run and competent repair/service facility.

I needed a large car for a family trip with storage on its cross bar. I was promised in writing that the car will have all these features be the end of the week.But no so, the cross bars were installed but no storage container and there will not be a family trip until then. I left the 2022 Honda Odyssey in the dealer lot and not sure when it would ready for my trip.Furthermore, I still have not learned how to use all its advanced feature as no one was there to show me today or when I bought the car last week.Obviously, I am very disappointed at the service, nice talk but weak actions.

Will NEVER deal with them again. Schedule an appointment was told it would take 3 ish hours. 5.5 hours and the car wasnt even looked at or they just started. Now I scheduled the same service at another Honda dealer 40 miles from my house. Im starting to look at other cars. I will never buy another honda after this one.

I just recently bought a car with Honda at this dealership and even though I had a great experience with the sales person Manjit Singh who btw was very helpful and informative, but I didn’t have a pleasure working with the finance person Maggie. Her tactics to make me buy extended warranty was just a little too much, she pushed it too far by defining a scenario that I was not comfortable with. I asked her to not say it and she still persisted. She lied about my interest rates when I refused to buy extended warranty. When I asked for breakdown, she played with the numbers too much. She lied in order to get me to buy it, if you want to sell it to me please be upfront about it. She tried to make me sign a higher amount on the retail price when I refused to buy warranty and outright denied the initial interest rate that was promised. I had to send her back a bunch of times to fix the paperwork and it ruined my car buying experience. I was at a point that I didn’t even want the car anymore. I only bought it cos of Manjit. When you refuse to buy warranty they will go a little too far and get too personal about your life. Please be aware. I would love to recommend Honda to my friends but I am scared that they will have to deal with the same thing.

I was shopping for a compact SUV . After looking at driving a few makes and models I had narrowed my buying decision down to either the Nissan Rogue, or the Honda CRV.I went to Lehigh Valley Honda used car dealership, and it was horrible from the word go.Wrap music was blaring from inside of the building and it was rather clear that I was being ignored .A sales person named Rey finally approached me, and asked me what I wanted . I explained that I wanted to see and drive a Certified Pre OwnedCRV . I explained that I have narrowed my search down to Honda or Nissan . I really liked the Rogue, but I told myself that I would also look at the CRV. That way I would not have any future regrets.Mr. Nieves retrieved the keys to the CRV, and showed me little if any product demonstration . I had to ask him to tell me about the car . That really annoyed him his body language and facial expression told a very negative story.As I was sitting in the CRV Mr. Nieves asked me for my drivers license for he could make a copy of it . and we would go for a drive .I explained to my salesperson that I was no longer interested and thanked for his time . Rey Nieves became extremely flustered, and demanded to know why . You told me you were buying a CRV or a Rogue Did you drive the Rogue ? I explained yes I drove the Rogue . Than he started cursing at me in Spanish saying that I was wasting his time and etc.I replied nobody was wasting his time I just like the comfort and visibility of the Rogue more than the CRV.This low class human being than said ya you have more room to suckyour boy friends +++++++ in the back seat .What a low life and what type of people actually employee a person of that caliber ?

10-21-18 Update: Found out the sales dept ran 5 hard inquiries on my credit report which adversely affected my credit. If your going to purchase a car from here come with your own financing....Bought a brand new 2018 Honda Accord. Sales rep convinced me to get a new car even though I was looking for a used car.I had mentioned issues with the trim being broken and the car being dirty and not reconditioned after sitting on the lot for a while. Mentioned this to my sales rep a few times and nothing was done after a . After about a week I called and asked for a manager. Ray who took care of me was beyond excellent along with Seth in service. These two were top notch and if I could review them separately Id give them 5 stars which is a rarity. Sales gets 2 stars, would not recommend getting a car from here but definitely get your car serviced here.Overall rating is a 3 star only since since Ray and Seth did a superb job fixing what sales never took care of.Update 3-29-19I ordered a key fob and wanted to get programming so I could add remote start to my vehicle. They said they ordered it then they had to cancel my appointment because they said it didnt come in yet then they rescheduled my appointment and said they rescheduled it because they forgot to order it then they never ordered the key that I asked for then they wouldnt program the key fob so I could have remote start and gave me some BS line of they cant do it because they need a VIN number of another vehicle which makes no sense because key fobs are blank slates and you can use a VIN number of any vehicle to program it and it just transmits the signal to the receiver in the vehicle, get another reason why I will never buy a vehicle from Lehigh valley Honda nor get it serviced there they are the worst car company Ive ever dealt with my entire life.

Had a battery die for our sons car. Had it towed to their center, and they were happy to tell us a huge listed of things it needed performed. They never communicated with my wife and I, only our 18 year old son (via phone). We asked them a number of questions, and we were ignored. We will never take our auto to that center again.EDIT: I love that you are seeing this as fun :). Shows the professionalism therein.EDIT: Its an EMAIL name. I have a number, and this is one associated with Google. Theres nothing FAKE about it. Levity at this time shows a deal of immaturity. Ive written to the corporate office, and have also showed this message exchange to them as well.

I went here off a recommendation from my Landlord. He said they were quick and good to deal with it. Unfortunately I did not experience the same thing. I felt rushed to try to buy a car. I was told everything is approved just hang tight and hour later I just left. Justin a very sketchy salesman very twitchy like he was on something provided no info and had me and my mom waiting to the point I said forget it. When I went to leave he proceeded to argue with me about buying a car. They emailed me the next day and I responded and no reply. I would NEVER EVER recommend anyone to ever go to this place. Im not going to be rushed to make a decision on a 20000$ plus loan in 2 hours that will affect my life forever.
