Every time (3 times to be exact)I refill for test strips they send me a text to tell me it’s ready then when I go in then they tell me there was a problem and they will have to call the doctor. I have to drive in to town to pick this up. I’m DONE

95% Great. Helpful, prompt. Love the text refill program. Only one person behind the counter is unpleasant and sarcastic but have not seen her lately so hopefully one of the pleasant helpful staff has replaced her.
