It was worth it to have a delightful experience with a real expert technician. I couldnt forget how good he was in fixing up my GE Monogram fridge that was not cooling. The problems were addressed properly in less than an hour of service. Everything was fixed perfectly and I was delighted with the quality, it was awesome. I will call this company again for appliance service needs.

Carlos at GE Monogram Expert is a great person to repair your appliances. I have called him three times. Twice for our washing machine and once for our dryer. He fixed both appliances quickly and efficiently. His prices are VERY reasonable. Plus, he is able to respond usually very quickly.

The repair was performed exceptionally. The price also was very affordable. The assigned technician met my expectations for he fixed my range burners that were not working excellently. Due to his great abilities about the repair, all the malfunctions were fixed perfectly within an hour. The result of his work was great. I liked it so much. It was worth the money. Anytime I have an appliance issue, I will call them again.

First time using GE Monogram Expert and was highly impressed. Told Kurt over the phone about the issues my oven was having, he knew exactly what the problem was, and he was able to order the part and make the service call within 48 hours, he showed up on time, had the oven moved, and taken apart very quickly (i was impressed to see him take care to not damage the floor or walls), quickly deduced the actual problem (a tripped sensor), and was able to reset it and have it all back together within 45 minutes. Was pleasant to deal with on the phone and during the service call, which is a rarity these days.

Cant say enough about Randys integrity. Had a refrigerator that stopped cooling so needed quick help. Randys quote was very competitive and he could be at my house within an hour. He got to the house, looked at the fridge for 30 seconds, and immediately told me he wasnt going to charge me since he already diagnosed the issue. Gave me all of my options and his best advice. I ended up getting a new fridge and not using him, but I definitely will in the future! thanks to GE Monogram Expert.

Juan and Russell... are THE BEST... my dryer was making loud noises as it was drying. I called GE Monogram Expert and had them come out the following day. Just by listening to my dryer the man already knew what was wrong. Within half hour my dryer was working with no sound at all. The price that I was charged for the repair was VERY reasonable. I have already referred them to my family and friends and will definitely use them again.

Great service. Had a problem with my Kenmore washer so I called GE Monogram Expert so schedule a service. The machine didnt drain and my landlord was very difficult and wouldnt call someone. Finally, he told me to call for service so I called a few companies, 2 didnt answer and the third was this company. I was very surprised they send someone the following day (Sunday). He performed his job well and was very nice and also played with my roommates dog. He charged my landlords credit card over the phone and left. I am very pleased with their work, I hope I wouldnt have to call them again but if I do I would be very confident in their ability.

I left an email request for a broken washing machine after hours and they called me back first thing in the morning. They were able to get me an appt that same day and called when they were on the way. Randy was clean-cut and friendly and had the repair done in no time. The price was fair and reasonable. Hopefully wont have any more broken appliances in the near future, but I will definitely call GE Monogram Expert again if we do.
