Super helpful people run this place, even when moving out. I moved away and they make ending the contract super easy. If I need storage in the future, this is my first choice.

I have been keeping my storage here for almost 10 or more years and loved the former owners. They were helpful, responsive and appreciative of their customers. Not such with the new owners. They have no respect for individuals who have been paying them fees for storage small, medium or large nor do they care about anything customer relationships. After being a regular clientfor so many years, my bank account was hacked and funds were fraudulently taken. I told this to the owners, ask them to forgive the late fees and they laughed at me. Worse yet after i told them it would take the bank several weeks to reopen, redeposit funds that were taken and reissue credit cards, they issued a lien on the small amount of boxes of papers and a few goods i have there. Really? Beware to those needing storage or looking for a facility.

Service! People take excellent care of the premises. Cameras always a full staff to help. And the security is exceptional.

I dont even want to give this place a 1! My friend has been renting two units for over 5 years. He got behind due to some unexpected life events and the owner, Sonya, decided, after he got caught up and paid both units in full, to evict him! He has 10 days to get his stuff out of two units. I went to take care of the overdue balance a few days ago and the man who was at the desk copped an attitude when I started asking what their process was to notify customers that they were behind. He said legally we dont have to do anything but send a late notice. This doesnt sound right to me! Ive had storage units and usually they will call, email or both. Then he proceeded to say negative things to me about my friend always being late. This guy had no idea who I was! Why did he feel it was appropriate to comment at all about a persons ability to pay or not pay to me?! He was rude and unprofessional. I was polite during the entire conversation. He took offense as if I didnt have the right to question! And the most ridiculous thing about all this is they treat their customers like this while they allow homeless people on the property!! My friend actually had one of his units broken into and items were stolen! When he mentioned it to the owner, Sonya, she told him he was paranoid!!Tonight as I was helping him pack some of his things, we saw a homeless person on a bike outside one of the units. Im sure this person waited until a car came in or left and followed the vehicle in so that they didnt have to enter the gate code. This is not about the homeless. This is about the security of customers property! And All Storage is liable!If you are renting here, make sure you dont get behind in your payments. Also, check your unit to make the drywall goes all the way to the ceiling, closing all access to the attic access. If you find the drywall is not all the way to the ceiling, your opening yourself up for potential theft and loss of your property. There are other storage facilities in the area. Dont use this facility!!

Scott & Richard were great today at sorting out issues for me in switching units. This facility has always felt super safe, whatever time I come by; the office staff are always helpful, and the access is great. Also, the temperature in the building is really good, even tho it is not technically a climate-controlled building.

Horrible. If you value the items you are considering storing here.... don’t.There is a moisture and pesticideProblem. I had to spend thousandsOf dollars restoring artwork and furniture due to mold. My things were professionally packed and sealedBefore moving them here. I can honestly say that All Storage is a great place to store your goods. SonjaEric, and Patrick are very accomidatingwith their customers, they are honest, super friendly and very professional . Their storage grounds are immaculate and so are their bathrooms! Very important to me for sure. They are a huge asset to this company and I hope the company itself takes care of their people . Im real happy with their customer service. Thanks always Sonja for being so nice when I come in!THEY ROCK!!

Weve only been using all storage for about a year now in that time Ive had to moves 3 times within the storage units themselves as my needs got less and less I required less space so I moved three times every time they were extremely accommodating helpful and easy to work with absolutely zero problems with this company!

I dont know what this guy is talking about. I stored my belongings there for years and this is by far the best storage facility in that area. The staff always goes out of their way to help and this facility is clean and well maintained. Security never was a problem in my experience and I have recommended this place to everyone who ever asked.

Sonya and Eric are lovely very organized and accommodating. The facility is top-notch very clean and open until 9 p.m. to get your stuff which is awesome. The pricing is very reasonable especially considering the prime location period I would recommend this place to anyone whos looking for a rad place to put their stuff.

I like the facility, the married couple that runs the place are super friendly and told me about the specials and even let me use the moving truck free. I just had to pay the gas on it. The facility itself is huge and i still get lost going to my locker. Would be 5 stars but I can only go after work around 7pm and there is always the same group of creepers hanging out by the bathrooms pretending to load bikes into a locker

Ive rented Uhauls at three different locations in North County. This is by far the friendliest and best customer service out of any of them.

There are some serious issues at this place youll want to know about.First, the good: I was greeted kindly by the dark haired guy, (whose name Ive forgotten) when I initially signed up for storage at Encinitas All storage. He was really sweet to offer hiking ideas, etc. I was optimistic.That optimism turned out to be short-lived, and here is why:1. The reviews stating there are storage renters LIVING on the premises out of the units is 100% correct. That is not a safe situation by any means. I hated that aspect for personal safety as well as for my belongings.Speaking of safety, (and disregard):I cut my finger three times on a lift door that they refused to fix for almost a MONTH. When I initially mentioned that it stopped lifting properly, Sonya was condescending and unhelpful in her dismal. She refuted the need when other staff AGREED that it unequivocally needed fixing. As you may have surmised, her professionalism is non- existent as others have stated, too.2. Holy god, the pesticide they use is so toxic that you cannot remove that pesticidal stench from your stuff/clothes even months after vacating. The smell is disgusting and they load it up. There were times while at my unit, I could barely breathe due to that smell in the hall.3. Sonya, who prides herself in presenting a sign on the counter, I kid you not, that says Queen of everything. Itd be fine if it were merely a joke, but her myopic attitude reflects it.The placard should rather, and more aptly, say: Narcissistic queen of nothing...but bottomless misery.Or point blank: bad for business.She is unthinkably rude. I witnessed, first hand, that in the center of her vitriole, resides a -classless- core of hostility. One afternoon, appallingly, I heard her utter to a woman whod expressed frustration that sounded observantly reasonable amidst Sonyas excessive cussing: Youre crazy, nuts... Go ahead, who cares...write a review. No-one will care. Itll be crazy, too.My mouth was ajar, not unlike the woman who stood up to her.She is a nasty person seemingly, waiting for an outlet to unleash it upon. Dont be that, readers. Find a better place.I strongly suggest that if you value these three things, -and presumably you do: basic professional respect, safety and thirdly, non-toxic cleanliness, then, youll surely store your belongings elsewhere. And youll truly be glad you did.

HORRIBLE STAFF. I rented two units there for over five years and have seen the property take a NOSEDIVE since Sonya and Eric started running it. Every single time I go there now there are nothing but homeless people living out of the units there! They literally let them live out of their storage and take showers in the sink in the bathroom onsite, etc! Its constant. I feel completely unsafe and wonder if Ill even see my stuff again when I leave. The managers care NOTHING about long-term GOOD customers either. I hope they go out of business for the way they treat people. What goes around comes around!

OH MY LORD!! WHAT HORRIBLE, DEPLORABLE, DESPICABLE SERVICES from this Storage facility. I’ve been given 7-days to remove my most precious recently deceased mother’s heirlooms from my unit, simply because another occupant next to mine has caused trouble for the owners. MY CONTACT WAS BREACHED. I did NOT receive the 30-day advance notice of termination upon anniversary of contract as specified in Article 7 of signed contract ‘Owner may terminate this rental agreement by giving occupant 30-days written notice prior to the end of term. Owner may give shorter termination notice for illegal activity by occupant, or occupant’s guests at the facility, or if occupant’s storage space becomes infested, or if occupant is residing in Storage Space.I HAD ABSOLUTELY NONE OF THESE APPLYING. MY PLIGHT—MY PRECIOUS MOTHER DIED OF CANCER!! MY 5TH FAMILY LOVED ONE TO LOSE THEIR BATTLE TO CANCER. AND I’M A CERVICAL CANCER SURVIVOR!! I hadn’t slept for 3-days straight. And, I fell asleep in my car for 30 minutes on the premises of the facility after packing my vehicle with her ashes to scatter in Seattle Puget Sound the very next day. SONYA/ERIC PREPARE YOURSELVES, as my attorneys have been contacted—LAWSUIT IS IMMINENT!!
