I really hate leaving negative reviews but sometimes it has to be done. I have a fleet of vehicles and have been working with BR Auto Glass for years. I had someone smash the rear glass on one of my trucks and BR came out 4 different times to replace the glass and all 4 times they failed to replace the glass. This was a major pain because each time they wanted to come by I had to take the vehicle out of service and make sure I had someone around so they could install the glass.The first time they didnt show and they said the tech called in sick. The second time they showed up with a front windshield instead of a rear windshield. The third time they didnt show up because they said the roads were too snowy. The fourth time they showed up the didnt have the correct molding for the rear window.I called and asked to speak to the owner so I could voice my frustration. She refused to call me back. I own and run a business, I understand that things happen. I would never let a customer get to 4 times of bad service and if we did for some reason screw up that much with a customer I would make sure they were not paying for anything at all. I guess BR Auto glass just dont care!
We had them scheduled from 12-3. No show no call. After calling them to see how much longer theyd be, we were supposed to get a phone call back with ETA. Never called to apologize or reschedule, nothing. No decency to value your time. I ended up calling Super Low Price Auto Glass that were $100 cheaper. Dont waste your time and energy with this disrespectful company!Reply to your response:I have called the customer service line to let your business know it was going to rain, and informed her I can pull the vehicle into the garage. She said as long there is an access from both doors its fine. Was supposed to call me back with timeline. Never did and never tried to reschedule for the following day even though I have left a message at 5:30 pm asking for a call back. Non existent customer service.
Weve been doing business with BR for many years and every experience weve had with them was a pleasure. When we call they are usually out within a day and their prices are exceptional! We had 8 windshields replaced in February due to vandalism and they replaced them ALL by the next day for a great price. Huge thanks for always being honest and attentive.
Not a happy customer. After waiting 2 weeks and having BR call me to reschedule my appointment 3 times, they finally show up to do the job. The installer was professional and got the job done. To my surprise, when I called to pay my bill, it was not the price they quoted originally. Susan quoted me $179 and the bill was $313.55. She explained it was because they had to replace the gasket. I was never informed about this possibility and the fact it would cost almost double. They never explained that this was a likely outcome and what it could cost... Needless to say, I am NOT happy. I guess the positive is that I now have a new windshield...
Disappointing customer service to say the least. I had BR Auto glass replace a windshield for me almost a year ago. First they broke the plastic covers on the sides and left one on my driveway. They came back and took care of that after a few calls. A couple days ago Im driving that truck, which I usually dont. I heard slapping on the roof and found the top bead seal was loose and getting epoxy on the roof. How its still wet, I have no idea. The next day their salesman calls like were old friends to see if I need anything. I told him about what I found the day before. He asks me to text pics over and says hell call right back. Never called. When I called back,I could hear in the background that it was my fault.??? Mr. Salesman says they can fix it, but Ill have to pay. No problem! Called another company. Not only did they fix the issue ( and show me how it was not a proper install) the also replaced 2 more windows on other trucks. I will never use this company again.
Scheduled 3 weeks ago for a 1 pm to 4 pm time slot. No one arrived. Received a call around 7 pm and the guy said it was too late for him to come. Left a voicemail with the office to reschedule and received no return call. Scheduled two additional times and no one showed again. Both times. Disappointed...
Susan was very friendly but the company had an over all horrible system. The company i work for held back the fleet for the day to have windshields replaced along with personal vehicles and BR Auto no called no showed. When i called to see if we were still on the schedule they said they would have to call me back. A hour went by and never heard back. I called again to get some story about there drivers truck being broke down for the week. I understand things happen but if you knew the truck was broken down why not call your clients and reschedule? We will not use BR Auto Glass again.
They were very friendly and professional when we contacted them for a quote. We went forward with BR and they did a fantastic job meeting our schedule and location needs! We will continue to use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone in need of windshield replacement! Thanks again BR, the Lewiss.
So let me say that previously we used this company to replace 3 windshields and never an issue. Fast forward to yesterday and today.I schedule an appointment for between 10am-2pm on 3/20/19. Get a call that installers water pump went out and he can’t make it. Ok stuff happens, no worries. Reschedule for 3/21 10am-2pm.3/21 @2pm I’ve heard nothing, so I call. Susan answers and I explain that the installer hasn’t shown up and it’s 2pm. She says “Oh let me check and call you right back”3/21 @3pm I call back because I haven’t been called right back. Susan answers again and I provide my info and let her know installers still hasn’t shown up. To which she replies “Oh I thought your install was done” (Not sure how that was even a though in her mind with the conversations we had about him most definitely not being at my house). Anyways I’m told “Hang on let me check where he is” she comes back on the phone and says “He’s going as fast as he can, and will be there within the hour.” Ok cool, that’s 2 hours past my appointment time and I’m going to miss my daughters volleyball game now, but I have to get this replaced as I’m leaving town on Monday.3/21 @4:10pm I’m done being nice now, as installer still hasn’t shown and I have not gotten any form of communication. I call back and no answer. Wait a few minutes and call again and Susan answers. I tell her my info, and that the installer still hasn’t arrived. “Well I thought I told you it would be within the hour? “Yes Susan at 3pm you did tell me that, it’s now 4:10pm. I’d like to cancel that appointment” I say, She responds with “Well it’s only a little after 4, let me see where he is” Game over for me. I tell her to cancel the appointment, I will get someone else to replace my windshield. I said “I understand stuff happens, so I rescheduled to help out, I got an appointment window of 10-2, I received 0 communication from you when that appointment window had passed, and now I’ve had to call 3 times. Cancel the appointment.There is a happy ending to my situation, kinda. While it will cost me more, I’ve booked with another company and they have already called me twice since I talked to them to confirm the next steps on my windshield replacement.Not sure what happened to BR, but they have lost my business and any referrals I would have given out. Just plain bad experience, and all it would have taken was some communication and understanding.

I was contacted by this company at my place of employment. We agreed to have them come out and put the windshield in my personal truck as was told I could pay half at time of service and rest in 30 days, and also install a customers. Needless to say when the installers did the work they left a huge mess in my shop that I had to clean up. Then when I was driving home I could hear and feel major air. I called the next days and was told to remove the tape bc that could be what I was hearing. Told them that I could feel air as well not just hear it. They told me someone would be out the next day to fix it. Well waited until 1:30 and saw no one and heard from no one I called. Got transferred and told that the glue has to sit for a week before they could help me. FINALLY got someone out 6 days after installation to see there was 24 inches that had no glue on it...... it is now sealed but I will not be using this company ever again and would not recommend them to anyone. Funny thing is to help me with being inconvenienced they waived the $13 in taxes which shouldnt of been charged anyways since this was done under a companys name. After I pay the rest of my balance I will be done with this company and looking for another company for us to work with.
Fantastic company. We had our windshield repaired and there was a bit of confusion between the insurance company and BR Autoglass. Without hesitation, BR made it right, possibly even at a small loss to them. They have amazing customer service and I ended up happy with no ridiculous deductible or anything. Will definitely be back and i recommend to anyone and everyone needing auto glass repair/replacement. Thank you!!!! :)
They have done a couple of Windshield for Us and I have no complaints, will use them again and send others to them also...
Mtn. Valley Auto has worked hand in hand with BR Auto Glass for the last 11 years and they have done a couple hundred windshields for us and not once have we had a complaint. Quality work and they always seam to be able to work us right in to the schedule and get us taken care of. Always checking on us to make sure we are taken care of as well. Have established a great relationship with us.
We had a couple of rock chips in the windshield of a company van that we needed repaired ASAP, before they spread. (We didnt even want to have to price out an entire windshield for a Ram Promaster). I called the main number and they had their repair tech Ed, call me back within 5 minutes to schedule. Ed was fantastic even though I was a bit difficult. Being that this is a work van on the go, during the course of one day I changed our appointment twice and the location 3 times. The repairs were made quickly, efficiently and were affordable. Thanks!
We have used them for a long time. Every time they are professional and on time. I think there might have been one time they couldnt do it on that day, but there was a very good reason for it. We will continue to use them. I love that they call us to see how our windshields are.
Spoke with Susan last Sunday about getting my rear windshield replaced. She was extremely bullish in getting my business, going so far as to say I wouldnt get a better price elsewhere and that nobody else would have the part I needed. She assured me they did. She took my credit card information and scheduled an appointment for the following Wednesday. Great, right?Wrong. I got a call at 7pm the NIGHT BEFORE from someone named Jan to tell me that no one in the state had my part and that it would actually be more expensive than I was originally quoted. They saw that the part was available on Sunday but, somebody else must have bought it.When I brought to her attention that if youre going to be scheduling a set time for my windshield, you should probably have the part ready. Her response was, and I quote, we shouldnt have to do that. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Apparently she is a supervisor. Fine, who out ranks you? Apparently only the owner. Fine, can I talk to the owner? Sure she says. She put me on hold for what could only have been 3 seconds and says Ive already spoken to the owner, Jan.Well, Jan. Those are some poor business practices you have there. You have cost me money in lost business waiting for my windshield to be replaced. My wife received a call from BR auto glass claiming they were going to have a tech in the area the following weekend and were doing cold calls. Me and my wife both needing windshields replaced accepted. The following weekend their tech Rodney came out he was a really nice guy talked to him while he replaced the windshield..it was cloudy, cold and getting dark sometime mid december. The next day I realized my dash got scratched up from the sawzaw.. Kinda irritated being a 2017 titan, but not mad, a few days later removing the tape the seal popped along driver side.. I reached out and for a few days BR was in touch with my wife I sent pictures not trying to make a big deal but then they began to avoid us telling my wife the computers were down and would call her back.. Which never happened! its been 3 months roughly my seal is still hanging out and my dash is still all scratched. Safelite did my windshield lastime and I had no issues Ill stick to them.
It’s been a few years since they did my windshield. It was completed poorly and they created issues with the seal. The next year had to replace again and went with another company that said they used wrong screws or clips which made them have to go to larger screws. Also BR installer said the rubber trim on the roof would settle in, but it never did. Lastly I have told Susan to stop calling me as she always says “we just did your windshield” which isn’t even true. I’ve told them to stop calling me and they continue to call, so now I have to file a complaint at the BBB.
This company went the extra mile to get me taken care of. They even did extra work upon arrival that wasnt part of the original contract. Thanks so much. Look forward to working with yall in the future.

Installer broke first windshield then came next day and installed one cut top trim piece broke middle trim piece. Suppose to have ordered new trim going on three weeks ago have not heard back from them. Funny thing is we bought trim today and was in stock from dealer. The other thing is it leaks so bad you can hear and feel air coming thru druving down road.
10/17/17 at 2:15pm A lady that contacted me to do telemarketing for this company, she was very unprofessional and impolite. Her script is not only bad, her tone and rudeness was not acceptable.... I tried to call back but of course no one answered. One suggestion.... DO NOT HUNG UP THE PHONE on people you are trying to get business from!
I have asked Susan to stop calling me, she calls me and says they just did my windshield, which is false and then I ask for them to PLEASE stop calling me, which they do not adhere to. I spoke with the owner and said stop calling me. The work is not good, and I would never use them again.
Being told a time between 10am and noon and its 5pm and they still dont show up!!! Dont recommend them!
Cold called my store claiming that someone who had never worked at the store had recently had their glass repaired. When confronted with this information they continued to push the sale anyway. If they call my store again, I will be calling the FCC.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Our two companies are inundated with calls, 3-4 times PER WEEK and for the past two plus years, we have REPEATEDLY told them to STOP calling; that we will call them IF we have a windshield to be repaired. Yet the calls keep coming. SO DONE. BR Auto Glass will NEVER get our business again.
These people have literally called us over 40 times in the past 6 months to see if we need glass. Its bordering on harassment. Seriously, there are 4 million other people in Colorado to call. Leave us alone.
