Great staff. I wasn’t gonna have this old guy load my truck because he’s old, but the way he kinda ran away I had to mention it. Got a tonneau and bedliner. Got it fast and no dings scratches etc.

There are effectively 3 categories : garbage, average and the best when it comes to aftermarket truck parts . The best constitute the top 10%TruckLogic is in the top 10% -My recent feedback: in ‘ 17 bought a truck needed help in equipping the way I wanted. From the start knowledgeable, unpretentious, intelligent and experienced professionals were available and informative.. not pushy, and wanted my purchases to work for what I wanted to do with my truck.Bed rug, topper, weather tech mats. EtcFast forward traded for a new ‘21 truck and back I went for a bed rug 2 weeks ago- easy and perfect… I left and Shame on me I cheated out and picked up some side step/ rails from Amazon.. Big Mistake. Was bush league and garbage .. learned my lesson . I sent back - lost time and money and Returned and to purchase here- should have the first time… now New bed rug, steps/ rails and in process for a few more itemsIn respect to the front range for accessories, knowledge, and reasonable investment .. this should always be a first and last place you look before you purchase.See Warren ( he often answers phone- oh and is there, not some random different person every 4 months ) he’s the man.. no bull, no smoke, a professional that loves what he does and it shows and he knows trucks+ suvs etc … and the other team members of course are great too!It’s an efficient clean and smooth process, call ahead if you are on a timeline or dodging denver traffic - they work with you. Advice- honestly folks, Don’t be cheap, don’t cut corners, save time and energy go here and purchase .. don’t waste time “ shopping around” in grand scheme of things really not worth it.In the 20+ years in Denver.. haven’t found anything close in the similar truck retail offering category.

Very easy. Walked in, asked for weather tech floor mats. Sales person asked vehicle make and model, then asked which color I would like to purchase. Sales person handed me samples, I went to vehicle found what I liked and purchased the items. They were not in stock but came in the next day.

These guys are the best, specifically James. He went above and beyond to help me get the bed liner I needed after another company sent the wrong one. Not only did he find the correct liner, he had it shipped out within the week. I would definitely recommend them and I will use them again if I ever need to. I have purchased BakFlip covers for 3 different trucks here now. They always have the best price you can find and have been very good with product info and communication. I highly recommend for any truck accessory needs. I actually had a small issue with my installation with the top not lining up properly and I stopped by the store and they were happy to take a look help me get the issue corrected.

James, Todd and Warren are great. They got my orders in 1 business day. Glad I found this place. They are worth the 25 mile drive through Denver traffic to get to.

The gentleman that helped me purchase my truck bed cover was very helpful and extremely friendly!!! This day and age that alone is impressive. The real impressive part actually started after the sale. I was in a hurry to get the cover on my truck for a trip I was taking. Unfortunately, the first part I needed was not in the box. I called the store only to find out the part wasnt in any of the boxes. with no questions asked they are having the part overnighted directly to me so I can meet my deadline. Now that is service!! Thank you!!

Im not surprised at the rating for this location! Warren has got to be the most friendly and personable persons Ive ever met in retail. The way he treats customers, attention to detail etc, I was surprised that he wasnt the owner! I purchased my 5th wheel hitch here and will also be purchasing any other truck accessories from here. On top of everything else, their price was naturally lower than Amazon.

I was price shopping for side mount truck boxes. This place did not have the lowest price but offered to discount in order to get closer to Home Depot and Lowes pricing. Unlike the hardware stores, I was told they could get the boxes in within 2 days. The boxes arrived the following day even faster than I was promised. We will have to keep this place in mind when we need to outfit our fleet.

So I went here looking for a transfer tank, one guy was there but never came up front... Seems like they have a nice inventory but what good is it if no one is there to help you. Maybe I just came in on a bad day for them.

Without a doubt one of the best retail experiences i have ever had. it was great they had a showroom so i could see first hand which product would be to my liking ( i purchased a bed cover for my truck, winch for the jeep and bed rug for same truck). also todd and warren were straight up gentleman with great rapport. i would highly recommend these guys to anyone for truck/suv/jeep accessories and plan on doing all my business with these guys for the foreseeable future. great knowledge of products and the guys had real honest opinions and didnt try and up-sell anything.

They have a great variety of acceories with prices to fit all budgets. However I received poor customer service from day one, the salesman rushed me out the door on my first visit, I shopped around and found that they had the best price for the specific bed cover I was looking for, I decided to go with them due to price I purchased the cover and had the same unfriendly salesman help me over the phone and when I picked up the cover. The cover was ordered worng which may have been my fault or his. After all of this I was still willing to go with them but when I called to discuss that the cover was the wrong size I had another gentleman who was again unfriendly and showed a lack of concern for the issue. I am an individual who works and has worked in customer service my whole life so I have fairly high expectations when doing business and often have to lower these expectations but even with lowering my expected standards the lack of concern and friendlyness was enough for me to not want to do business with them. The customer service was something that would have been acceptable for a low quality restaurant not an establishment where the prices are hundreds of dollars at a minimum. I understand people have bad days therefore this is a place I would go to again if I could work with a different person.
