Never opens on time and they are very expensive for basic products

Do not shop here! I have been coming here for a couple of years and initially thought they valued repeated customers. Bad products. Would not take responsibility for selling a bad product. They do not accommodate or even offer another product for what I paid for. BAD SERVICE!

I will never go anywhere else but here. Very clean and neat, staff is very friendly, gave me a discount on my extensions. They have a lot to look at when it comes to hair and makeup. Very happy with this place and I will keep going to it

Ive been trying to get to this store since memorial day. It wasnt crowded thank God. They had the stock I was looking for. I found the make up I needed and some lip liner. Nice and clean. Friendly staff. All they need is a shopping cart on wheels.

I shop here all the time. The staff is friendly and the store is easy to navigate. It’s the only hair store I shop now.

Very rude service today. Ive made various purchases at this location in the past and the service was superb. I was reprimanded by an employee, possibly the store manager or owner about not being serious about making a purchase. He continually vented about negative customer experiences and totally judgied me incorrectly. I will not return to this location!

First time in the store and loved it.

The woman accused me of stealing rubberbands! Why just because I initially asked where there were and then chose to go with bobby pins?! Smh then proceeded to dig in my purse after I volunteered to open it to PROVE there were no rubberbands in there! She is racist and i will never shop here again! Watched me the whole damn time while i was shopping for lashes, hair beads and bobby pins with my daughter! Horrible!
