Walgreens is always a great store to shop at but only if you are a member, which is free of charge. If youre not a member you will be paying premium price for your groceries. Granted Walgreens does carry top of the line products but for what you pay their you can get double at any other shopping centers sometimes triple. So just be sure to fill out the free membership and download the Walgreens app to receive awesome discounts before you go shopping.

One thing about Walgreens is they go over and above the call of duty. What I mean, its like you wonder up and down the aisles because you are seemingly lost looking for baby food? All of a sudden, someone turned around and said welcome to Walgreens I can help you what are you looking for? I was blown away I almost fell down I was beyond the Beyond in my thoughts. I was so impressed with the willingness to do it took to help me find my baby food. I felt so moved and so special that I wanted to let everyone know how wonderful the employees are at this Walgreens location theyre always have a smile on their face and they always care about you the customer and appreciate you coming back to see them.

Following a series of separate bungles, things reached a new low when I called the pharmacy and wasted two hours on hold. I decided to drive to the pharmacy to check on things, turns out they don’t have a pharmacist and the pharmacy is closed. I realize things happen and I have no issue with that. However, I was baffled that it didn’t occur to anyone to add that to the VRU recording so that I didn’t waste two hours and could make alternate arrangements. I will be transferring my prescriptions and business to a different pharmacy chain.

The people who work in the pharmacy can be quite nice. However they have major issues with staffing. One day they didn’t even have a pharmacist on staff so the pharmacy was closed. Another time I spent 35 mins in the drive through with only 3 cars ahead of me.They also don’t inform you of what’s going on with your prescription. Rather than letting me know they had to order my pills and it would take several days the system just kept telling me to call back in an hour. Finally got to talk to someone (took 3 different calls since no one answered the first 2) and found out it would be two more days for them fill it. This is happened to me more than once with this pharmacy and since it is a controlled substance I can’t pick it up at a different location. Had they let me know I could’ve talked to my doctor about having a different amount called in or gone elsewhere. However, since they do not let you know what’s going on with your prescription I’ve been stuck without the RX for several days and literally nothing I can do about it. Most likely finding a new pharmacy.

I had a SCHEDULED time to get the vaccine, but was told to wait in the ten person main line rather than the vaccine checkin line. So…45 mins after my appointment time, I finally talked to someone. Why make appointments at all if you just have to show up and wait in line?

My partner and I were scheduled to get our 2nd covid-19 vaccine dose on a Saturday, which was exactly two weeks after our 1st dose. We drove to the Walgreens, walked up to the pharmacy and noticed it said open for drive-through only today, which was odd because Walgreens scheduled our 2nd appointment for the dose. We asked the lovely cashier at the front what was going on with the pharmacy today, after we told her we had come to receive our 2nd dose. She called the pharmacist that was working in the pharmacy and said she is only working the drive-though today and refused to do our 2nd vaccine shot, even though we had come all the way there for our SCHEDULED time slot - which had been scheduled for two weeks. She told us we had to reschedule for another time, even though she was there in the pharmacy and we were ready for our shot. And trying to reschedule at this location is impossible because no one ever seems to answer the phone when I call. We never got a call ahead of time to reschedule and we certainly dont appreciate being turned away for something as important as receiving our 2nd vaccine dose.

Its hard to differentiate one store from another when talking about chain stores.The thing that sets this store apart are its employees. Ive never had any issues because the staff has always been willing to do anything needed to make sure I have my medications on time.Would definitely choose this store over others in the chain.

MUST READ. COVID-19. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. EVERYONE IS COMPLAINING THAT PEOPLE ARENT GETTING THEIR SHOT. BUT PLACES LIKE THIS MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH THEM TO SCHEDULE AND THE SITE DOESNT WORK? They put me on hold for 55mins! THIS STORE NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT AND THE PHARMACY NEEDS NEW EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT AS WELL!

A perfectly fine Walgreens plagued by a terribly unenergetic pharmacy with evidently no metrics for efficency.

Update. I have lowered to 1 star. Dont even think about trying to get someone in the pharmacy on the phone. Waited one full hour on hold, with one call in front of me, and still didnt get to speak to someone. Called back and spoke to the manager Tim, who didnt seem at all concerned with my experience, and simply offered excuses. As a manager myself, I was sorely disappointed with how he addressed the situation. Has been bad since my last review, and continues to get worse. Ill be changing my prescription to another Walgreens, and suggest anyone who values their time to do the same!ALWAYS a huge line, and the register people are oblivious to this,and take their sweet time. No urgency to help the people waiting for 15 minutes. Someone needs to teach customer service. Head a mile west and there is a better walgreens that actually answers the phone!

Ive been to this pharmacy a few times and they have provided exceptional service. Jason (the pharmacist) has given me a couple of vaccine injections and is truly an exceptionally kind and gracious man.

I had an appointment for round 2 of the Pfizer Covid Vaccination this week. When I arrived at this Walgreens, I waited for 25 minutes without being checked in or even greeted. I decided that I could not wait any longer before I would end up being late for work, so I decided to leave. Very dissapointing. Scenarios like this make it hard to take the vaccination seriously, let alone the healthcare professionals that are administering them. I sat there and watched for half of an hour as the people working the Pharmacy displayed far more interest in their computers than the people in their waiting room. I mean, whats the point of making an appointment if you are going to show up on time and then wait for half of an hour? This appointment was orignally set on my behalf by a family member of mine. Im truly just not that invested in going out of my way to make another appointment to appease the Covid freaks - who knows if I will be going back...

I went here for stuff and things. Stuff and things associated with hygenic duties. I purchased these stuff (and things). From a cashier who was a friendly human. Mind-blowing part coming: I went home after this no hassle experience. Incredible, I know.

This pharmacy is horrible. my mom needed her prescription as soon as possible and was told it would take 2 hours to fill it. we came when it should’ve been ready but were told they “forgot” to fill it and had to wait another day.very unacceptable.

After reading all the unpleasant reviews of their pharmacy, I was beginning to regret my decision to have my provider send my rx to this pharmacy. Glad to report everything went perfectly. Rx was waiting and any questions were answered by a pleasant pharmacy technician. I will keep on using their services.

I couldnt find my credit card to pay I had to leave to go back to the grocery store to find my card. Denise that works in the cosmetic department held my bag full of items and allowed me to return to pay. She was so kind and understanding during this crazy time. Thank you Denise!

Todays visit was wasteful, staff doesnt help, im talking about the pharmacy, they suck today, except for the Hispanic lady that did help me yesterday...im only coming back when I see this lady

Rude and inconsiderate pharmacists. Not once, not twice, but CONSISTANTLY. They act like youre such an inconvienance when you come up to the window. Interrupt you mid-sentence, get huffy when you ask questions, Ive even had them hang up on me before. They clearly hate their jobs and either are underpaid, understaffed, or both. From all the places I can get my medications from, walgreens is quickly becoming my last choice.

The pharmacy staff were super helpful! My doctor had sent my prescription to a Walgreens in Oklahoma (even though I havent lived there in about a year now), and they were able to work with the other store and bring it to this location. I appreciate all their help!

Pharmacist was rude not only one but 3 of them. You were left sitting too long after estimated time told. Employees at check out showed little sensitivity when u bought incontinence products. Made sure EVERYONE knew what you were buying. Horrifyingly experience!!

Super rude staff, Trina was her name could not help us at all and refused to help us in ANYWAY with Western Union. Went to the Walgreens on Federal and Belleview and they were able to help us just fine with no problems and they were nice about it. DO NOT GO TO THIS WALGREENS

Rude and unhelpful pharmacist. I came in this morning to pick up a prescription for my daughter which should have been ready. Not only was it not ready, but apparently they were unable to fill it completely because it was out of stock. When I asked if they could check another pharmacy she refused to help.

The cashiers are sweet, but the pharmacy staff was incredibly rude, not only with us but the people before us as well. That, coupled with the tedious access Id reccomend going elsewhere.

Great Prices can be a bit higher than Target/Walmart but I often stop in to pick up a few quick things.

I will never return to this location again! Went to get my meds for post-op knee surgery today, dropped off my prescription which I was told would take an hour and a half would would be called when ready. I was called 4 hours later, and when I got there they never called my workman’s Comp insurgence and said it would take another hour for them to call the insurance even though I gave it to them when I dropped of the prescription. I will never return to this location I have been in pain all day because of them. Rude staff bad service no care.

Love Walgreens in general but this pharmacy is absolutely awful. They are totally disorganized and a complete mess. We live close by so kept trying to use them- they take hours to fill a prescription, dont tell you when there is a problem with your prescript and they lose the prescription about one out of three times (no exaggeration). If your doctor calls in a prescription it goes into a black hole of their message. I would never use this pharmacy. Nice store, terrible pharmacy.

Do NOT fill prescriptions here unless you like to waste your time.Dropped off 1 prescription about 1 month ago. They said it would be ready 1 hour. Came back in 1 hour had to wait 20 minutes. Today my husband had oral surgery and was in a lot of pain. Dropped off the prescription and they said 1 hour. I went back I. 1 and 1/2 hours and they told me it would be another 20 minutes. I took my prescription back and I am now at Costco. Dont believe a word they say. If I have to sit around for 20 minutes I will do it here.

Worst experience ever. Tried to get a prescription filled for my 3 week old son amd they couldnt run my insurance. After 3 hours of calling my insurance and the pharmacy back and forth and having them contact each other they were still not getting it, the pharmacist finally got on the phone and had it done immediately... my son sat here completely irritated for 3 hours because of there lack of knowledge. Never going back to this pharmacy, because of this i wont be back to this store either.

Everytime i go here they take FOREVER like everyone is new ALL THE TIME. Except for the older guy. He’s on top of things. Every other lady there is always confused or seem to be taking all the time they want to to do anything

I think one of the pharmacists here is sneaking pills or something behind the counter... no really. She wouldnt fill my stupid ear prescription, despite the fact theyd filled it before, because it had no instructions or something. The girl was quite vague and out of it so it was unclear what she was talking about. Thankfully Costco is just down the street and they filled the script while I filled up on samples!

Have not had a pleasant experience here mostly, over many years. Pharmacy reps have been pretty stand-offish too.

The absolute WORST pharmacy staff EVER! I called in (very sick mind you) because they were out of stock the previous day of a prescription I needed. The urgent care I visited had already called in a new dosage of the prescription they said they did have available, but at another location. I called to find out where this location was and if I could go and pick it up elsewhere. The woman was so rude on the phone, she just barked the phone number of some random location out at me and wouldnt even tell me the address. Also, mind you, she kept me on hold for 20 minutes while looking up the other location. Luckily, the Walgreens I called in Centennial was much nicer and helped me out so I could start feeling well again. I will NEVER go back here, probably will swear off all Walgreens in general from here on out because of the terrible customer service.

I went to get an antihistamine which I couldnt find for no lack of searching. There were no sales associates available to ask for help, and after waiting in line at the pharmacy just to ask someone for help I was told a couple of aisles to try to look in. Very poor service.

This pharmacy was dead and yet they told me it would take an hour and a half to get my meds they didnt acknowledge me when I was standing there waiting for help to begin with I will never get meds or recommend anyone else to get meds here again

Pharmacy is a horrid catastrophe of unprofessionalism, unorganized discombobulation, & incredibly rude staff. Every time I come here its a terrible experience.

The pharmacy is terrible. Prescriptions take longer than they say and what they quote is unacceptable anyway. It took one hour and 55 minutes and I was quoted 30-45 minutes.
