This is a huge furniture store with lots of choices. Exploring the whole store could take hours; but luckily they have a Subway on site. I love how the sales team is welcoming; but not constantly hovering over people, yet readily available to help out. Each product has a QR code, which is awesome because it takes you to that products webpage, which lets one learn more about the product, size, color options, if it’s in stock, and more. Picking up is easy - after checking out, just walk to the pickup area show them the receipt, your ID card, and the credit card and within a few minutes they’ll text you with the gate number to drive to. Overall, an awesome furniture store with a great team. My only feedback - after getting home I found out that 2/3 of the furniture was made in China - it would be awesome if “American” Furniture Warehouse proudly labeled US made furniture, or had a section dedicated to locally/domestic made furniture. I’m not questioning the quality of the furniture; just saying it would be nice to have more domestic options.

The store in Englewood, CO had such a large selection and I was able to find exactly what I wanted in the price I wanted to stay in. I will definitely only be shopping here if I need any other piece of furniture and I will recommend this place to everyone I know.

I purchased a sectional and area rug on 11/4/2021. The whole process was so smooth! They were easily able to schedule our delivery for the morning of 11/6/21. The delivery was awesome! They arrived early, set up everything quickly, and were personable!

Great service, our delivery got here a little early and they gave us 2 courtesy calls, one at 45 minutes out and then again just before they arrived so we could be sure we were ready. Helpful salesman on the floor went out of his way to check if 4 different items we were interested in were in stock and then we ended up deciding on a different one entirely and he was extremely helpful!

I worked with Mark in the store, and he was great at helping me select the furniture I needed. Quick, efficient, and friendly.The first delivery was today, and went so smoothly! I didn’t purchase my mattresses from AFW, but the guys still offered to unwrap them and place them on the bed frame for me.Exceptional service! I am so happy that I went to AFW.

I found a great couch at a great price. Although the delivery was a little pricey, it was worth it because the delivery was very quick and easy. I only wish that they would’ve also rolled out my rug, but they said they don’t do accessories. Otherwise everything was great!

I was impressed with the communication regarding the delivery. I received a text message the day prior, with a two hour delivery window. Not four hours like some other places. I was able to monitor the transaction online, which was very helpful. Crew was friendly and professional. Well done.

Completely misquoted on price by Joseph Lancaster by $600.00. Slid the card. My wife noticed there wasnt much of a price difference between the pieces she wanted and the pieces we purchased. I knew it could take time to fix this. I tried to call Mr. Lancaster. No VM setup... My wife waited on hold for over an 1hr on a lunch break to be told by Mr. Lancaster he made a mistake that was it... I called... Waited on hold 43 mins to be told, Mr. Lancaster would call me the next day. I had to call him. He informed me of his mistake (my wife and I talk. She makes things very clear.) I Told him I would pay the difference. I received a call from customer service. She forwarded my call to Mike a Manager. He only wanted to stir the pot. Interrupted, argued, never gave a solution.

This is my go to place for furniture. They have a lot to choose from, and the price is always fair. We were looking for outdoor furniture that could stand up in this crazy Colorado weather. We found just want we wanted.

Roger was incredibly helpful with my recent purchase! I went in for a large couch and a handful of other furniture pieces and Roger went through multiple options with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted.He even found me one piece at half the price as the one I found on my own! We started off the experience visiting the store with a list of furniture we needed, seeking out just the right pieces. We moved from sofa to sofa until we settled on exactly the one for us. Meanwhile, no one bothered us or told us that if we didnt purchase today, itd be sold out, none of the high pressure tactics that make furniture shopping uncomfortable. A few weeks later, I returned, ready to purchase. The representative at the store was really easy to work with, and the delivery date wasnt obscene. On the day of delivery, my sofa didnt want to fit around a corner, and the delivery guys were patient, not forcing or damaging my furniture, coming up with solutions until they were able to get it where it needed to go. Im pleased with my furniture and the delivery, both. It was a great shopping experience, and Ill happily revisit the next time I need furniture!

I walked into the door of this huge Warehouse. There was somebody at the door that told me where I could possibly find what Id be looking for. Since I didnt know for sure what I was looking for that be it a table I was able to find something that would work. I also wanted some rugs and found a couple that would work. It took me most of an hour to find what I was looking for.I went to pay for the items and was given a step-by-step process for payment. I didnt find that objectionable as it really defines what they do and what is expected of you.Delivery was set up and on the day of delivery I was able to track the truck online being able to find just about the time they were going to be there. One of the rugs I was delivered was the incorrect one. I called them and I was set up for delivery of the correct rug. The delivery was about 5 days out which I was not real happy about. The correct rug was delivered and my order complete.

I have to say after reading other reviews I’m not sure how they had such bad experiences. I was always updated on back orders, delivery times, and the delivery guys always call when they are 10 mins away. If you have an issue they are willing to help. I’m not sure why or how others have complaints of not having good customer service? The location in Englewood has always been a great experience!

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!I HAD A MATTRESS THAT WAS DEFECT, I HAD GIVEN THE CASHIERS, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ACCONTING MY UPDATED INFORMATION IN PERSON AND OVER THE PHONE SEVERAL TIMES!!! THE INFORMATION WAS NEVER CHANGED!! THEREFORE, THIS LED TO THEM CONTACTING THE WRONG NUMBER. I WAS APPROVED FOR A NEW MATTRESS AND THE WARRENTY EXPIRED. I WAD ABLE TO GET IT REINSTARED FOR 14 DAYS AFTER TALKING TO A MANAGER NAMED JUSTIN SCHRODER ON OCTOBER 19 2021. ON OCTOBER 20TH I WENT BACK TO THE ENGLEWOOD STORE TO LOOK AT MATRESSES. I WAS TOLD THAT I HAD A CREDIT OF 1400ISH. IF I FOUND A MATTRESS THAT COST MORE I WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE OF PAYING THE DIFFERENCE. HOWEVER, IF THE MATTRESS WAS LESS THAT I WOULD BE REFUNDED THE DIFFERENCE!! I REQUESTED A CHECK MAILED TO ME BECAUSE THE CC THAT I HAD WAS CLOSED OVER A YEAR AGO!! THEY SAID NO PROBLEM, IT WOULD TAKE 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS. TODAY IS NOV 3RD AND STILL NO CHECK. COME TO FIND OUT THEY SENT IT TO AMERICAN EXPRESS AND ACCOUNT I TOLD THEM THAT I CLOSED OVER A YEAR AGO AND YET THEY STILL SENT THE REFUND TO THEM WHEN AFW SAID THEY WOULD MAIL ME A CHECK. We like the furniture but had an issue with not being assembled properly. They did take care of the issue but somewhat of a hassle.

Weve been shopping at American Furniture for years. We love the in store service. We encountered our first problem with a piece of furniture recently. A dining table we purchased had a Crack in the top and wouldnt go together properly. We called customer service and within a day,, a technicians was at our home. The service was beyond expectation! I am looking at a brand new table. American brought a new one, installed it, and took the defective one away. The techs were polite and efficient. Sooo happy!

Our salesperson, Robert, was knowledgeable and had a great personality. He had to do a lot of research because I had very specific requirements. I received an email and a telephone call confirming the 2.5 hour delivery window and they guys who delivered were nice and very professional. A+

Absolute WORST experience I have EVER had in my life. I do NOT recommend shopping at this AFW location! The delivery drivers are extremely rude, staff doesnt care to help when THEIR drivers makes a mistake. They dont care about the stress they put you through or if you actually receive your furniture after youve paid them your hard earned money.

I understand the situation that were all in right now. No vendors know exactly whats happening with orders because of the covid shutdowns. However the customer service in this specific location has suffered a great deal. Not only we have been misled on the availability of the item we have now been given three different stories of when and where the item is. I cannot get through to the managers they are not available to answer the call right away I have to wait and pray that theyre going to call me back. Unacceptable very very disappointed with the overall customer service representation

If I could have left a negative I would have! My daughter is moving to Nashville. We bought her a mattress that she ABSOLUTELY LOVES about 6 years ago!! Unfortunately, she is unable to take is with her. We have been scrambling to find something comparable, she hates everything! We decided to hop on AFW last night to see if they were back in stock, JACKPOT!! She orders it, so happy!! She notices today somehow they ordered it as a king instead of a queen, she calls, the customer service rep is looking over the order and says “Oh I see the problem, good thing you called. You would have never have received this order. Even though we charged you, and you paid the $300 shipping fee, that was wrong. The shipping charge is actually $3000!!” ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? $3000 to ship a mattress from CO to TN?? What a rip off!! The mattress, mind you we paid $600 for 6 years ago, AFW BRAND, is now $900 and some change, no problem, even the $300 shipping charge of $300, no problem.. $3000?!?!? Keep your mattress and you have just lost a whole family of long time customers!! No skin off your nose, because you are one wealthy man, but that so sad!! Shame on you!!

Great prices and a wide variety of furniture found no where else. This place even has a Subway to boot on those long hours of furniture shopping. Second floor has a snack shop also. We decided to make the drive here to pick up our couches that we purchase in Pueblo, CO. Since the delivery charge was $69.00 on the weekend. During the week it was $59.00, I believe. Pick up was easy.

I was a little disappointed as I found out one of the pieces I ordered wasn’t in on the day of delivery but overall had a fantastic experience. My salesman was amazing and walked me all over until I found exactly what I wanted. The delivery men were exceptional taking care not only with the furniture but with the walls as well. They also had to carry it all up three flight of stairs. God bless them!! Great experience will definitely go back.

One of the best places to shop around for good quality furniture. The pricing is pretty good and they do have discounts from time to time.I loved shopping furniture from this place. On top of that their service is good in delivery. Especially when you are buying multiple items, it makes sense to go for delivery. Otherwise you can go for cheaper self drive rental truck from AFW itself.
