We were exceptionally pleased with the service we got from the sleep store. Bob helped us select the perfect mattress for our needs. When everything was delivered the foundation had a slight rip. Karen exchanged it easily the very next day. And finally, we saved over $50 from a National chain. So nice to do business locally!

The Sleep Store was a fantastic experience. I was in town to help my Grandmother who recently had a stroke, who needed a new bed that would give her good support and low enough to slip into. Bob was there the first day and helped with our questions, measurements of the space and bed height, and gave us several options. We returned the next day with my Grandmother to test out beds and Karen was incredible patient and helpful in explaining the best mattress for her needs. We werent sure if the box spring would make the bed low enough, so Bob assured us we could call and switch out for a lower board anytime in the future, even after my Grandmother had used it, if she was having difficultly getting into the bed. It was a quick delivery, which Bob waved the fee for us, and was installed within a few days of our first trip to the store. My Grandmother LOVES the bed and has had no troubles with the height. Bob and Karen went out of their way to accommodate us and I highly recommend this establishment for anyone in this area.

I hate the Sleep Solutions bed that we bought at The Sleep Store. It is uncomfortable because the mattress sinks in around the body. Choosing a mattress is difficult so I was careful to get a warranty. Turns out the warranty kicks in when the mattress impression is 2 in depth - that is a hole! And then we would have to hire a truck to bring the mattress back to the store or factory in Tampa. We have been rotating the mattress every two weeks but that is a chore and the new flat surface lasts for only a few hours. My partner is now sleeping in the middle where he can have the support of the edge of the twin foundations. This sleeping arrangement defects the purpose of buying a king size bed.

Bob the owner was very knowledgeable, patient & gave us a good deal. I would much rather spend my $$ for a local business owner than a chain store. Went to other stores and they were very pushy, Bob was anything but that.

Customer Service was great and love my new bedroom set. The delivery people could not have been better and make sure the customer is happy before they leave.

We got a box spring for a queen mattress for $140 and we are in and out in about 15 minutes. The gentleman was very friendly and even helped us load the mattress into our truck.

A short time ago, I purchased a mattress from The Sleep Store.I usually do not write reviews, but with my experience here, I felt the need to share my shopping experience, for The Sleep Store, is not a typical mattress store.I was greeted nicely by a salesperson, Karen. I told her what I needed and explained that I wanted and had to be in a certain price range. She listened to my requirements and showed me all my options.As we went around the store trying different mattresses out, Karen explained the construction and support level differences between each of them. She never tried to push me into a higher priced mattress, simply gave me all the facts.After she showed me my options, she excused herself and allowed me to go back and try each one on my own. This allowed me time to digest the information and make my decision with no pressure at all. I appreciated that tremendously.I made my decision and feel that I got a great value, great service and supported a local business.It’s refreshing to see a business take sincere interest in its customers. I will certainly return for my next mattress.I am sleeping well these days, thank you Karen.

Our shopping experience at The Sleep Store was excellent as the staff was both courteous and knowledgeable. We like to support locally owned businesses, and The Sleep Store has affordable choices to fit any budget. There was no high pressure sales pitch or phony sales. We would buy from them again and recommend them to our friends.

My experience from the sales people to the install was fantastic. The Sales staff was both knowledgeable and friendly and the crew sent to deliver and install both beds were just the best. The product itself was just as advertised and I have never had better sleep in my life . I definitely will buy my next bed from them.

Great People! Had a broken bed frame in one of our occupied vacation rentals today. Called Bob and asked if he could help. He had one in stock, sent his guys over, they took the old one out, put the new one in, and within hrs and we were up and running again. This is customer service at its best. You just earned all our bedding business. Thanks again for such prompt service. Your kindness and professionalism are an asset to Englewood and the surrounding area.

Very disappointed. Loved the showroom mattress but the one delivered was extremely hard and killed my back. Also noticed the label was different than the floor model. It was exchanged but same problem, also the same tag as the other replacement (again, not the label on the showroom mattress). Now my only option offered is to find another at the store. I already tried them all and chose one that was not delivered 2x. So now I had to buy a topper after paying over $3000 for a horrible, painful mattress.

Karen was so helpful assisting us in choosing our new mattress. Got a great deal, too. Highly recommend!!

After looking for a mattress at several other stores, we came across the Sleep Store. We actually found it here on Google and liked the reviews. Our experience was wonderful! Karen helped us find the perfect bed for our needs. She was very patient and super knowledgeable. She also wasn’t pushy. The mattress we ended up with is amazing! Sooo comfortable. My husband and I are sleeping like babies. No more pain in my neck and back. I highly recommend you check out this store. Even if it’s alittle out of your way, it’s totally worth it!

Good prices. Fast service. Nice people.

It took one week, to the day, from the time I went into the Sleep Store in Englewood, on Friday, about my mattress, until it was exchanged for a new one. I met with Bob, who explained the industry standards for a warranty exchange. He came to my house the same day, and examined my mattress, and my complaint with it. He agreed it wasnt right, and asked me to come into the store on Monday and pick out another mattress, which I did. My new mattress was delivered Friday, and they picked up the old mattress. I had never experienced a problem with a mattress before, and had no idea what to expect. Bob said the problem I had with this mattress was rare. There was no hassle, or arguing. I couldnt be more pleased with their customer service at Sleep Store, in Englewood. Thank you Bob. You got a customer for life here.Frank Hoy.
