We just had our beautiful pantry from Reliable. We had Josh and Jeremy to install the pantry. Every company would be very to have such great employees. They knew their job and do it very well. They are professionals in every aspect. They represent your company very well.Now, I will tell people to use Reliable Cabinets for their wonderful cabinets and people .

Talk about being frustrated!!!! Nothing but angst from the beginning. And we are not blaming the installers John, Jeremy & Andy, or Vickie Torbert, who worked with us to try and get this done RIGHT. After many times of trying to install new cabinet doors, and a few design changes that were not rocket science, today was still a debacle. We are so frustrated with the poor quality of these cabinets. We are wishing we had never started messing with the kitchen redesign, but we wanted a new coastal look. We should have just gone on vacation instead! We cannot recommend using Reliable Cabinets just by our experience.

Recently moved to Florida and built our new home in Rotonda. We were fortunate that our builder-Halvorson Homes uses Reliable Cabinet Designs for their kitchen design and install. Our experience with their installers--Jeremy and Joe was excellent. Both young men were professional, skilled at their craft and cleaned up after the install was completed. Jeremy and Joe are excellent examples of what business owners look for, when dealing with their customers. If you are looking for new cabinets or a redesign, dont hesitate to reach out to Reliable--you will be very happy with the results.

My frustration and impatience took over and I apologize for the review left. True, you were only replacing my cabinet doors and yes, we went with your recommendation for Superior Painting, and was very happy with their job. We will be ordering a new trash door due to my husband’s choice of placement of the knob.

They seem to be a nice place to do business I have had a couple of delays on my cabinet but I understand that is a product of the time. I will update after my cabinet is delivered and installed.

We used Reliable through our Kitchen contractor. Ryan was the sales rep who came out and measured our space for the new cabinets. While we were maintaining most of the existing footprint we were making some changes for the new cabinets. Three areas were going to be a little larger than the existing cabinets so we were getting a custom job. We were told that it would take about 4 weeks. We went to their offices to pick out the cabinets options. At this point we found out that the custom brand cabinet we were told we were going to get in the original proposal was not going to happen as it was too pricey. We were getting Wellborn cabinets. We liked the Wellborn cabinets and were pleased with the choices. The concern was about the customization but we were assured that we would get our customizations. The cabinets came in closer to three weeks. We were elated. While the cabinets were being installed, our kitchen contractor was present throughout. Jeremy was one of the installers. He was fantastic throughout the process. He was very professional. At this point we found out that two of the customizations had not been done. Our contractor made Reliable remove the one customization and had Reliable rebuild them. This delayed us by about 3 days. Another customization we accepted as it would have caused another 4 week or more delay. Then we learned that some of the other finishes were not going to be completed for another 4 weeks. Our contractor stayed on top of them for these mistakes. They did provide some additional customizations at no additional charge and we did receive a $500 cost consideration for the project. We do love our new cabinets. They are very nice. We just were not pleased with the fact that so many mistakes were done by the sales rep who measured the cabinets but didnt follow through. This cause considerable heartache. Reliable as a company did follow through with providing us with some additional accessories and the cost consideration.

After visiting many cabinet places, we accidently came across RELIABLE CABINET DESIGNS. How lucky for us! We dealt with George Torbert, Designer/Project Manager. He sat and talked to us, made various suggestions and changes to our original plans. He was just so very helpful and knowledgeable. Well, professionalism, didnt stop with him. Our installers Jeff and (sorry} I cant remember his name were excellent. Our cabinets look awesome. Thank you all at RCD.

He had the contacts for demo and counter tops so the job was completed without any issues. Ryan kept everyone on schedule. His installers were also great. Will use them again!

Joe & Jeremy, of Reliable Cabinets, did an outstanding job of installing our linen & bathroom sink cabinets. Getting the cabinets inside our home was a challenge that they met & conquered. The cabinets are beautiful, all wood & truly added to our bathroom renovation. We highly recommend Reliable Cabinets & their professional employees.

Shane, David and the install crew at Reliable Cabinets do an incredible job! They were extremely helpful in designing my counters, workstations and office cabinetry when we were doing our office renovation at my business. Busy place, beautiful cabinet options!

Jason and Jeremy (and their two helpers) were at my home today to remove the old cabinets from my kitchen in preparation for installation for the new ones. They did an excellent job, were very professional, and even went above and beyond my expectations. I would love to have them back for the installation.

We bought a house in Punta Gorda that had cabinets from Reliable. The previous owners didnt have a built in for the microwave which we really needed. Eric came out to explain our options then sent us a quote. The new cabinet was ordered which took the most time....about 6 weeks. Russ and Jake did the install very nicely and professionally! We are so happy with how it turned out. Nobody would ever know it was added on after the fact. Great service.

Reliable Cabinets is a local cabinet designer in Englewood Florida. I have been spending much of my time in Florida for the last 3 years. Reliable Cabinet Designs, a family owned business in Englewood, FL, was recommended to us by another family owned business, Mann Tile, Inc., also based in Englewood. We had originally planned to have our 25-year old cabinets refaced. After getting an estimate for refacing and comparing the cost to that of getting brand new cabinets, we decided to go with the new cabinets. The folks at Reliable were very professional, personable and easy to work with from sales staff to the people measuring to installers. They removed the old cabinets prior to our floors being replaced and installed the new cabinets immediately after the kitchen floor was put in place. We are extremely pleased with the results and would recommend Reliable wholeheartedly and without reservations!

I do love my kitchen but it took them almost a year to get the soft closing drws working right and the shelves in my cabinet warp back and forth. (I keep turning them over) I guess you really do get what you pay for.
