I believe that they could be a little more friendly with their customers but maybe thats just me I worked in customer service all of my life and I believe in making a persons day just by being nice it seems to go a long ways. I cant say I was disrespected but nobody seemed to go out of their way to make me feel welcome. Ive shopped at that same location for several years and have seen a lot of employees come and go most of them pretty outgoing and friendly but lately this crowd needs to lighten up a little bit it is a Christian store and it should feel like a Christian store

A little under staffed, but great prices. The store was very well stocked, such cute decor and decorations. Awesome party supplies and themes. Love there are always great sales, and coupon deals.

For this being my first time their, it was great, the only thing that made me feel uncomfortable was most of the staff that was on the floor all started watching me the store was empty and every time I looked up the staff was in my line of sight. But the silver hair lady at the checkout was the best employee I seen in the building. Because of her I give 5 stars. And because of her Ill come back.

You need it, HL has it. Home decor, crafts, painting, framing, holiday, furniture, and everything between. A big store.

This is a really wonderful arts and crafts place with a huge variety. They have a very large section just for coin collectors. The staff here is very friendly and helpful and the whole place looks really neat and tidy. I just love coming here because of the overall atmosphere.

I give it a 4-star only because last time i was in i couldnt find what i was looking for (stickers) & no one was remotely interested in helping me find them. I know they sell them there as i have purchased them there.

I was going to purchase some kids masks but the line was unbelievably long. There was only one cashier and about 12 people in line. I waited for a little. But ultimately decided I didnt have that kind of time to wait and the cashier felt no need to ask for help.

Prices are so high unless its on saleThe 50 percent sales keep us all coming back. Still very high, especially paints, canvas, paint brushes..100% over cost and thats still w the 50% off. frames, outrageous in cost. 100% over cost at 50% off. But I do love hobby lobby and all they offer. So Ill keep going back..

Love Hobby Lobby and this was a nice one. Im working on a specific project and spent around $40 on some yarn only to discover that it was the wrong weight. I returned the yarn without a problem and the employees there were very helpful.

I have always loved Hobby Lobby. When they had their coupons, I was there all the time. 2 or 3 times week. But now I dont go very often. I miss it but paying full price is hard for me. I am a widow and money is tight.

Came in for pentel sparkle pop pens, ad it showed all the pentel sparkle pop colors IN STOCK...however...only 2 out of 8 i think were. And the trip was for nothing. And to add insult to injury they were 1/2 off the full retail price due to the sale that was going on at the time (which has since ENDED... SHOCKER)and to put the final cherry on top in hopes of some miracle happening i reached out to a team member, to ask if there were any in back or on a secondary display, and i explained my dilemma and whst it sgowed online.....this employee actually tried to tell me that some of the ptoducts sold are online only products, to which I told her negative these had a shelf tag which means they have in inventory in the store and they got snotty with me and said well I guess were out and turned around and walked away... No maybe I dont know very much but that doesnt seem like very good customer service Hobby Lobby is still standing solely because the customers spend money there she might have one have a better attitude not exactly the busiest of hobby stores... Just my opinion so all-in-all I left losing gas, and gaining nothing and I left empty-handed and quite angry at the way Ive been treated

Sure could use a directory when u walk in. You have to walk thru the entire store to find what you want & it is a big store. Not even signs on aisles. So that aspect is horrible.

Very rude employee notified me that they “were closed” after I had just walked into their store at 8pm. Despite the door with the hours of this store said they were open until 9pm. She was very rude and insistent that “THEY WERE CLOSED”, which I get and is fine but could have said it much better and so obviously I’m never coming to this store location again. Big bummer bc love hobby lobby but bad customer service, no thanks! :(

I live hobby lobby. The customer service here has shown. Improvement since COVID-19 hit. I’m assuming because the staff is all new prior to COVID-19. Keep up the good work. I totally recommend this place there’s shelves are always stocked there’s always options available and they’re always willing to help find what you’re looking for no matter if they have to go higher low

This is a great place to pick up just about anything crafty. Its HUGE and whether you love woodworking, coloring, sewing, painting (oils, acrylics, water, etc.), its all here (And SO much more)! Its sometimes difficult to find an employee to help you if youre not by the registers when you have a question. And, for whatever reason, this Hobby Lobby always seems hot to me, makes it tough to shop for long periods of time. Sometimes theyre a little pricey, but they also have some great sales. They offer classes too😊

This particular store was set up nicely and was well kept but the women working in the fabric area were quite unfriendly I know everyone has bad days but you dont let your customer know by looking and sounding miserable. The store lacked a variety of thread which was disappointing. The cashier was cheerful, helpful and gets 5 stars. I did find a nice Godly gift for my husband. It was perfect!

The inside almost reminds me of the Big Lots thats east from there.

I walked in & it was massive & clean but I had not been in this establishment before. I asked for help locating 2 specific items & was pointed in the direction to look on my own. I prefaced my inquiry by first explaining I am disabled & since it was such a large store & I was struggling to breathe (they have manual wheelchairs with front baskets only) I really wanted to get in & out quickly. A guy there was rude & backed away from me & merely pointed toward the back of the warehouse. I walked in the general direction wondering if this store deserved my business & I was lost. Michael (the name given by the cashier) was headed in a similar direction & quickly pointed out the aisles to look for small carabiners in the jewelry area & knocked something off the shelf & kept moving. I actually picked up the item & found a delightful employee who helped me find my 2nd item this guy said they didnt have (a mini snap jewelry working clock that was 1/2 off when it rang-up)! The acting manager was unhelpful as well. And the cashier was not unpleasant but distracted by another guest that she knew who seemed to matter more than I did. I will NOT return to this location again because the employees did not exhibit decent customer service skills like they cared about helping me at all.

Framed them beautifully my son passed on May 29th 2020 i need these photos too have them for a few shrines we making in memory of my son. Job was done with excellent ❤ care. Jennifer has excellent management & customer experience. Hi five for Jennifer has excellent experience in her Department . I visied Hobby Lobby twice & was very satisfied and will definitely return just to say hi and also purchase things that I probably dont even need she is such a great person. Variety is decent but prices seem pretty high. The 50% off signs on many shelves can be misleading when the original prices are often high. I tried to find a large amount of frames for a project but couldnt convince myself to spend that much even at 50% off. Wanted to change the project and try larger frames, but they were completely lacking in larger frames to accommodate multiple pictures. I left with nothing but disappointment.

Hobby lobby needs to consider hiring an a1 interior decorator. It currently does and always has looked and felt like a depraved graveyard of craft materials where old people go to die. Fix the feels or forever be known as that guy when faced with the pressing choice of do I go to hobby lobby, Michaels or Joannes.Nobody wants to be that guy amirite?!

This is one of the largest Hobby Lobbys Ive had the opportunity to visit. As a result of its spacious floor plan, the floral department has a conglomerate of flowers, small trees and greenery to choose from. The picture framing department is equally impressive with an assortment of small to very large frames to put your summer pics in. I was also impressed with the amount of clearance items. An entire isle was devoted to items 75% off which is unheard of. Im not talking junk either, these items are in great condition, and as far as I know still popular in the world of home decor. If you live in Colorado, you are likely to be on a budget. This is the Hobby Lobby to visit if you need your dollar to stretch. The employees are courteous and helpful. I was asked 3 times if I needed help finding anything. If you find the perfect item but, are a few bucks short, if you download the Hobby Lobby app, you will find a 40% off a normal priced item. SCORE! Overall, I give this Hobby Lobby 2 thumbs up and recommend this particular location to anyone who enjoys good customer service and phenomenal markdowns.
