Excellent gelato and sorbet, and great service. Employee was kind enough to allow us to try a few samples.The only chocolate gelato they had available was vegan, and I was pleasantly surprised how delicious it was! Although it was coconutty, the flavor did not disappoint.

Great ice cream! This visit was disappointing though. Only one employee was working and it was packed! The manager and another employee were clearly not interested in working. The AC was broken too. Everything behind the counter was messy. Pretty sad to have this one store taint a great brand.

Some people love Sweet Action, but in my opinion Glacier by fast had the best ice cream in the Denver metro area.

Its fine really. But quite large and quite expensive. Does not appear to be made in house. Perhaps im spoiled by Bonnie Brae, but at 205 lbs with a healthy sweet tooth. I shouldnt have to throw away half of a small. Now that Heaven is right down the road, this could become a tough sell ...

Absolutely loved the coconut Lime Gelato. Contains shredded coconut with lime adding the tangy taste. Its turning into my favorite.

Best ice cream in Denver metro area. More then one location so check your area. Use to be a Bonie Bray fan but have switched to Glacier. Ice cream is great, staff is friendley and easy in and out.

My whole family loves Glacier Ice Cream and Gelato. I would say they serve the best ice cream in Denver! Just little sad that due to covid 19 the flavors of Ice cream is limited now and cannot choose as many as before.

I showed up to purchase 1 pint of salted caramel Oreo ice cream and they told me I HAD to order online. I didnt have my phone on me so I didnt have the ability to do so and I had already driven to the store. With extreme disappointment, I left with no ice cream :( I used to visit this location weekly... now Im not so sure after the poor customer service I just experienced. Maybe Ill go give Bonnie Brae a try.

I have gone here for many years, and I must say that it has only gotten better. The ice cream and gelato has always been superb, but I found that the service had been lacking slightly behind. Luckily this couldnt be farther from the truth. I was just in and I got the best service. My server Trevor had incredible suggestions for flavor combinations and even got me a new come after I dropped mine. All around amazing!

Aug 16 8:30 pm Store employees allowed personal friend in wheel chair with dog and NO MASK to camp out directly in front of table where orders were delivered - had to lean over him to pick up orders - don’t go there until they clean up their act and protect patrons.

The ice cream is good but the “gelato” is not even near authentic. All of the fruit flavored “gelato” has dairy. The search continues for good gelato.

Great for dairy-free sorbet. They always have 2-4 different sorbet choices which are incredibly delicious. I love the chocolate and strawberry sorbet. They also have gelato and ice cream which are also delicious. All in good choice for a group as it accommodates people with allergies or vegan/vegetarian. Plus, there are freshly made waffle cones, available as plain or chocolate dipped. Shakes, floats, sandwiches and sundaes round out the menu. If your favorite flavor isnt available that day, check the carryout freezer where they sell pints.

Easy in and out location, never terrible crowds. Ice cream selection rotates fast and seasonal. They are better than the other guys. Absolutely try the Coffe milkshake. I love it

This is a great location and an excellent place to take a loved one. The staff is very patient and will give you as many samples as you want and you will want quite a few! The prices are really reasonable - even for hand packed pints... The area is really cool. Out door seating is awesome - pretty flowers hanging from light posts...

Horrible service and ice cream. This place used to be our favorite but we will definitely not be back ever again after tonight. I was having trouble deciding on flavors because nothing tasted right and the man behind the counter said, “That’s why you decide on your flavors before ordering.” Whoa. First of all, he had asked us what we wanted and there was no one else behind us. I expressed my disappointment after we ordered, because we’d always experienced the friendliest service there, and he told me he was the manager and literally told me to get out of his shop. I wish I was joking but I’m not. It’s sad that high school students know how to treat customers better than someone who manages this place.Their ice cream isn’t even good anymore either. Stay away from this place and their terrible service.

It was probably for Glacier Ice Cream.Been here 3 times and loved all 3.They have a generous punch card program and Ive not yet met a discourteous employee or had a line. They were still courteous even after sampling multiple flavors...Our favorites are 1)spiced chai Gelato 2)chocolate caramel sea salt ice cream 3) mint fudge swirlThe only flavor weve tried that wasnt over the moon was Junior Mint. But... I have picky kids so maybe its just them.Anyway, every time I drive by I make up an excuse why its an appropriate time to eat ice cream.

Generally a good variety of flavors. I especially enjoy the rose gelato. Its such a difficult flavor to get right, but it was light and delicious.

My girlfriend loves the bing cherry, I got mocha fudge, chocolate & mint oreo mixed, and black forest!The gelato case was empty minus 1 star...The 2 gentleman behind the counter worked well together and joked with us a bit. +5 starts. They made a good visit great.I suggest you pick up a punch card while visiting cause youre going back!

We used to come on a continual basis. The past six months we have been patrionizing other ice cream places due to your staff not being personable acting as if we are a bother. Its truly sad to see such great place go down hill.

Pretty delicious icecream and gelato. The misses got the butter pecan and i did some peanutbutter gelato that was incredibly light for being peanutbutter. The layout is a little wonky though with an L shape instead of a straight line and the icecream being around the corner of the gelato and sorbet. We where struggling to get by other customers also figuring out what they wanted
