I have been in an agreement with Verticomm and All Copy now for about 2.5 years and am very disappointed in the overall service that I have received from the company as a whole. Originally, the solution they presented failed miserably but the service is converted to a lease that is one sided in their behalf. We have experienced hacking into our systems and computers despite having their cyber security that seems to conflich with other security offerings they have which caused the breach. We have had every negative issue possible from billing, site service, selling and providing copiers that do not fit our needs or fit within the space provided, site IT services that are poorly coordinated. They focus their efforts on the larger customers and if you are a small business, I would recommend not doing business with either company. I have tried to communicate with them on multiple occasions and they are unwilling to release us from this one sided agreement.

Verticomm knows their craft. Its their parent company you need to watch out for. Beware All Copy Products.

Just take a look at Yelp - if customers could give negative stars, we would. These people lie, cheat, and steal from their customers. No support, no security, horrible technicians. Stay away from Verticomm and the parent, All Copy Products. These people are lower than car salesman - enough said.

Do not do business with this company. They overpromise, under deliver, are incompetent and unorganized. You will regret every moment you spend with this company.
