I usually have great service at this location...whether served by Brian, Dylan, Ben, or even the manager, John, himself. The one insufferable being at this place, Kyle, has always provided a negative experience. I am absolutely astounded that he is an assistant manager. I have overheard him talking down to customers (oh, you want next day? You missed it here and good luck getting to the next location) or just being outright rude and unprofessional. My latest experience in December involved a simple task where I had to use the self-service printer. Told Kyle it wasnt working and he proceeded to give me attitude about how I should have just come up to the front desk instead. When I told him that my personal information (identifying documents with my name, etc) was frozen on the self-service printer screen and that I would like it to be removed before leaving the station, I received an emphatic whatever and he huffed as he came around to fix it. He then instructed me to use another machine. By the time I realized that none of the other machines were working, he was already serving a customer at the front desk. I came up behind the customer after not being able to use the other self-service stations. He leans to the side to make eye contact while serving the customer and says Not working? I said no. Did you unplug and restart them? Again, no...and that I would just like to print it up here at the desk. Got a smug and quite loud well that is what I was trying to do in the first place. Completely unprofessional and embarrassing. Clearly a fragile ego that needed to publicly get in the proverbial last word.I went in the next day to talk to John in person about this experience. Apparently this behavior is not new news, as he himself said that Kyle likes to hide behind the oh sorry, I was just tired excuse with how he treats people. The fact remains that as an assistant manager, this should not be tolerated, nor his incompetence with regards to making sure all 3 self-service stations are operational. The interesting thing is that John was helping a family the day I came in with the same exact issue at the self-service station...and it was textbook polite, helpful, respectful, professional. God forbid they got Kyle.I will continue to use this location as I still receive good service by the other aforementioned employees. But this location will also only get 1 star from me for the obnoxious behavior of its assistant manager and the tolerance it seems to have for it by its manager.

This FedEx is clean, well-organized, spacious, and most importantly, the employees are very helpful. One of the team members joined the front immediately when the main line became busy. This gentleman proceeded to help me pack all my loose books for me all with a smile. Finally, I forgot to include important documentation in my package, so Dillon helped me over the phone, making sure all of my documentation was adequately provided. Not once was I made to feel like I inconvenienced anyone. You guys rock!

This location has definitely improved. Theyve been a huge help on many projects. The staff is always kind and helpful. The location is generally clean. I like the convenience of having them nearby in the Denver Tech Center area for so many things whenever im working on any number of tasks.

I contacted this FedEx with a rush order that was needed by early the next morning. Larysse assisted me and was incredibly helpful! She walked me through the project and assured me they could meet my deadline. When we ran into an issue with the order (my fault) their team helped me find a solution that worked out great. I really appreciate their customer service and sense of urgency with this project.

John, Brian and Laryse were very professional in quickly printing, mounting and delivering my rush order for over sized printouts. They special delivered the final product nicely wrapped and in time to meet the deadline! We are very pleased, thank you!

This FedEx center was so helpful with printing my wedding programs. Oscar was very helpful, patient, and efficient with using the design software to ensure the programs were centered. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs to print a project. They were done in a timely manner and look beautiful. I walked in today and met the most enthusiastic CSR. I have ever encountered at any FedEx office. Jason greeted as soon as I walked in the door and was able to identify my reason for coming, complete the task and have me out the door in 3 min thanks jason!

I come here often to print things for school presentations. I have printed as least 8 projects here over the last year. I usually just need one nice 11x17 print per project. It is extremely hit and miss..more often than not..its a miss. Always seems to be understaffed and the workers tend to act as if the room was filled with molasses. You can stand at a counter for more than 5 minutes without ever even being acknowledged, even if you are one of the only customers in the store. They only have one color printer behind the counter which was broken the last time I went there. Man that works night shift is consistently unfriendly and treated me differently (nicer) when I asked my boyfriend to come in and wait with me. That being said, I once had an issue with the Adobe Illustrator program and one of the employees helped me figure out the issue in order for my print to turn out correctly. I really appreciated that. Overall, management needs to hire more people or FedEx needs to focus more on its priorities when it comes to customer service training. If this shop wasnt most convenient because of the location and later hours, I would go elsewhere.

I had a great experience at this location! Jason really helped me to get my project done quickly and efficiently. He was very personable during the transaction and provided above and beyond customer service. Jason was knowledgeable about the product and options for my project. Great employee and great location!

Location has done good by me, until they (Missy and Allen) would not tape the package they damaged and huge oil stain on other due to internal rupture in their care (see photo). Good thing its open until midnight because you will have to call corporate for an attitude adjustment. Everything else decent and the equipment works. If Oscar not there.. seek out another FedEx location..

Had to get a print job cut quickly to ship out same day and these guys did an awesome job! Dylan was a rock star! Great staff. I will be back.

This store has the slowest service. I noticed 5 employees when I walked in. 1 acknowledged me and said he would be right with me. 5Minutes later... still nothing. Someone came out of the back and finally helped me after that. This literally happens almost every time.

Usually have great service this last time makes we wanna just drive the extra 30 minutes to Staples... Wouldnt take a email order and online system didnt apply the large Corp discount. Then no help when I followed up. Thanks for nothing.

They didnt know what their outgoing fax number was. Ultimately had to go to the UPS Store to get that information. Seems like something they should probably have / be able to find.

Jacqueline, the center manager was the rudest and most unhelpful employee of FEDEX Ive even encounter.I use this location for my businesses. Its the closest to my office. In general everyone has been always helpful, until I had to deal with their manager. I happened to be unable to walk right now, I called the store and explain the siuation to the Jacqueline, ( I just needed to have someone else pick the package, I was going to give this person my ID and any other verification FEDEX needed to be able to release the package) she cut me off while I was talking and precedent to rant her store policies. I called FEDEX customer service to explain my situation. They told me that shouldnt be a problem, but Jacqueline stiller insisted in denying the release. Policies are polices but the are unique situations and protocols that can be followed when an exception is needed. Not using this store again.

Jason helped me out, and all I can say is great customer service! Quick and very helpful. I was in and out in no time.

Unfriendly and unhappy workers, especially Kyle. Slowest and laziest service. I live in Greenwood Village but I would rather much drive to their Park Meadows location just to get better and faster service. Dont waste your time in this location.

The employees at this FedEx have no sense of urgency. Are nice enough, but everything takes forever and they are generally understaffed for the amount of customer traffic. They are conveniently located so if you just have a drop off it might be okay but if you have to actually do any business there it takes a long time.

Staff was really really nice!! However.... that door bell is so so annoying, every time a person enters or leaves, it rings loudly, if 2 people at the same time, two DINDON DINDON. I was 10 min there and got relly annoyed by the buzz everytime... Fedex should put a more relaxing sound.... Or just remove it.

Worst Customer Service I have ever received at a FedExHas anyone ever seen the Chappelle Show skit about people working at a print shop? That is literally what its like when you walk in this place. When you get in there are people who are just standing there watching you while you wait at the registar then finally someone appears around the corner to help. This woman said they were backed up but I would get a call when my Banjo was ready to be shipped so I would get a notice. Then about thirty mins later I get a call stating that they can no longer ship my Banjo because it wasnt in a case and I had to loosen the strings.After asking her what my options were I asked if she could just loosen the strings and double wrap it then send it. She stated they couldnt. Then I attempted to go over another option when she put on hold and then never answered the phone.Thanks for the Crap Customer Service Fedex!

Waited an hour just to print and fax one page, very disappointed :( I will not be returning nor will I recommend this location

I had to make 3 copies to a specialized paper, a process that should only take 2 minutes. Instead the tatted up girl working there gave me the options of doing it myself or returning in 8 hours for the 3 pages. The machine wouldnt pull from the correct tray, so I wasted 2 print jobs that werent refunded. When I went to find the girl to fix the machine she was outside smoking.

Service could use some work..
