Recently I was on a fishing trip in Feriday La it was a Sunday and the battery in my 2017 Chevrolet truck went bad. I went to the Auto Store in Feriday and a young man who’s name was Eric sold me a battery and installed it in about 30 minutes. I was very impressed by his knowledge and demeanor and his work ethic and I want to thank him for his work. All of this was on a Sunday . Thank you Eric

Because they have the most helpful, knowledgeable staff, the highest quality products, and the lowest possible prices.

Went in for new car battery. I had to take old one in myself and new one out to car, but they did offer to bring the cart back in! No consideration for an old gal😊

Fernando was extremely helpful and has extensive knowledge. We ordered a part, was supposed to be in Sunday after 1:30. Went back on Sunday part not there, went back Monday not there, went back Tuesday part was there but not checked in. Waited 30 minutes for them to try and check the part in. They never figured it out. Finally gave me the part but did not return my receipt.Will not be shopping there again!

Staff is always friendly and helpful. They loaned me a ball joint press through the loan a tool program and have let me dump oil a couple times. They have a good selection of generic parts and servicing fluids, I try to come here first if they have what I need.

This for the company. Why do you make your site so hard to navigate? I just wanted a crank sensor. I will stick with Amazon, OReillys and Advance. Their sites are user friendly. Your site jumps me around to things you are pushing to sale and not want I want to buy.

My husband and I are from Alabama and were on the way back from the beach and broke down and had to be towed to your store. Mr. Soto and Mr. Perez were very helpful. We were hot and tired from being broke down on the side of the road for over two hours and they helped take an alternator off, checked it and the battery and put an alternator back on. They were very nice and extremely helpful!

Folks at AutoZone or friendly and helpful in every way theyll even come out and replace your lights and your wiper blades and stuff like that I really like this place because Im disabled its hard for me to get in and out of the truck and do it myself Ill give him an A1 rating

Recommend This place is high quality, the man in charge came out and helped us even though there was ten minutes until closing time. He finished the job even though it took him more than ten minutes. He didnt cut corners to sell us something or get us out of there. I this place to anyone.

My battery died in my 2007 Toyota Tacoma and I decided to go to Auto Zone to get it checked out and see if I needed a new one per a friends recommendation. The staff was super helpful and after checking to make sure the battery was bad, they got me the best deal on a new one and got it installed quickly. The guy took care of any corrosion residue and did a really professional job.

I’ve been here multiple times for different maintenance issues and the staff here has always been a big help. Today I needed to exchange a car charger that had been faulty and the staff took care of the one for one swap with absolutely minimal trouble, had me in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Autozone is a good place to buy your auto needs, would have rated it higher if when I bought a battery the clirks first words wasnt hope you dont want it installed. As was only 2 people was working there and a long line I understand but they are always understaffed.

Disappointed they do not carry Gates. When Carquest then did. Bad Dayco parts which is what they sell allmost cost me an engine. You better check ur parts also before leaving store. Were eazy to warranty parts.. Big plus.

Did not carry clearcoat paint, plenty of colors but no clearcoat. The one color everyone needs regardless of vehicle color. Clerk would not check or look for other location or check computer. Very unprofessional in my opinion!

I went there at 8:30 at night because I broke two torx bits trying to remove a motorcycle brake disc. Friendly staff suggested heating with a propane torch, quenched with WD-40, and tapping with a hammer. Worked!!! Thank you!!! Also their tools are guaranteed forever just like the Craftsman ones I broke
