Great please. They were super honest, affordable, and went out of their way to help me. I had them re-inspect specific things on my car 2 or 3 times and they did so willingly, even though it took an extra day of work. Also just very kind. Cant recommend highly enough.

Very quick and efficient. This is the first auto shop to ever check back in with you the next day to ensure that you are satisfied. That particular aspect of their customer service left me baffled. Definitely my go-to auto shop from here on.

These guys will always shoot straight with you. They dont just throw parts at your vehicle. They test and troubleshoot to find out what your vehicle needs. Then they call you and let you know what you need and what the estimated cost will be before they start taking parts off. Super job guys!!!

One shot comes highly recommended by myself and my wife. We were in the middle of a move and Damon help us out tremendously. Very professional team he has on hand. I would highly recommend one shot based one the quick turn around rate they had with my truck. My Nissan Frontier had a completely destroyed rear axle. The piece was not even manufactured anymore for that specific truck. Some how they found a way to get the manufacturer to remold and cast a new one to my trucks specifications. Once I moved they had it ready and working better than before and did not charge me a ridiculous fee for letting me keep the truck there for a few nights till I could come get it from Tennessee. Damon when out of his way to meet me on a weekend to give me the keys to my truck. The best part about this experience is that they are well versed in dealing with a variety of insurance company. I had to do little to no work on dealing with the insurance. They are extremely soldier friendly and most importantly they are person friendly. They understand every day life gets in the way and work with YOU. They are not pushy nor do they try to give you outrageous prices for labor. If I were still in the area they would be my number ONE go to for any issues. One shot surely made this experience painless and easy. Best shop Ive ever been to. Reliable! Friendly! Affordable! Just all around great!!! I used to work at a car lot and One Shot was/is the shop they used. So of course when I blew out the rear end in my truck I went there. They were highly recommended by many people. So I called the shop and explained what I thought was wrong with my truck. Damon, the owner, told me to bring it on down and theyd check it out when they had a chance. When I called back they were super friendly and told me what was wrong. My husband did what he did with the insurance and they started on it. Because of our situation and being in the middle of a move I was super worried about what wed do. Every time I called they were super nice and never annoyed with the amount of times I called or the crazy questions I asked. My truck took longer than planned because something about the part and we had to leave it When we moved. When it was ready I went on down to get it.... Sadly I forgot one detail... The shop is closed on the weekend!! And I forgot to call Friday to let them know I was coming. Luckily I was able to get a hold of someone that could get a hold of them. When they got to the shop they were not upset, like I thought they would be. Instead he was very understanding, told me everything they did and made sure my truck was good to drive. I really appreciate everything they did and I would recommend them to anyone. They are super friendly, reliable and very accommodating. If I could leave a 0 it would have been a 0. Rude service. Went in to see if they could repair my ac. The gentleman would not even come to the counter he spoke from around the counter. Had sent all his mechanics to lunch. Who sends all their mechanics to lunch at the same time? I left and went else where for service. Have already shared this info with people who use this company and they have already said they will go else where as well.Edit: Four years later and some one responds now. #1 you did not refer me somewhere else, I left your place of business and googled another place where they happily helped me. # 2 you do deserve a bad review, because it was rude then and it still rude now. # 3 my husband was not there, must have me confused with someone else. # 4 no I didnt receive service from your shop, because no one was willing to help me # 5 it was not a 1-2 hour wait, you told me you would not be able to assist me. Soooooooo....I️ was being cheap with trying to fix my a/c the cheap way and I️ overfilled my compressor. I️ then went online to purchase a reman compressor to save some more money (mistake #2) so I️ decided to go to one shot tire and auto. The staff at the repair shop was extremely nice and helpful. They stay booked up but make exceptions for brake and a/c jobs. They fixed my car and the air blowed cold for three days. Called them the next day and they said they would take another look at it. I️ asked them to let me know before there would be any charges. I️ called back a few hours later and I️ got the one of the owners and he told me that the compressor that I️ bought was leaking and they changed the o rings and checked for other leaks and I️ should be good to go be he also advised me that if there is a leak from the compressor that I️ would need to see about getting it changed out. (Here’s the awesome part) so I️ asked what the damage was and he told me to not worry about it. I️ instantly started calculating the average shop hourly rate of $80 plus Freon is easily $200.00. One shot tire and auto will earn my business for life!
