It requires the belief that you have received a fair deal and were treated with respect and courtesy.I had the pleasure of working with Trey Rivers for my most recent trade. This was my FIRST deal at Sam Boswell Honda. He was the most efficient and polite salesman we have ever worked with, and was well versed in understanding the product. I met Mr. Trey earlier this year while I was shopping for my dream car (Honda Pilot) and he was very understanding about the details I wanted in a vehicle. I was so impressed with TREY that I knew I wanted to do business with him. Not only is he very personable but he is more knowledgeable than any sales person I have ever met. We closed the deal late that evening and we found the sales manager, finance manager, and all the others we came in contact with to be very friendly, honest, and personable as well. Im so glad I chose to buy my Ridgeline from Sam Boswell Honda! I was considering buying used from two other Honda dealerships in Florida and then I found a 2018 at Boswell as well as a 2021. Taylor was so patient with me and answered all my questions with absolutely no pressure, even when I texted him afterhours. While we loved the pre-owned one, we just couldnt walk away from the 2021 and the GREAT deal they gave us. Worth the 140 miles my husband and I drove to get it! False Advertisement and a deal that was too good to be true. I put a deposit down for a 2022 Honda pilot two days ago and came in this morning to pick it up. The car was trashed, dirt/rocks caked inside of the inner fender liners and Interior had coffee stains, etc etc. To top it off the dealers owners wife just dropped it off this way, pulling trash piles out of the car we had a deposit on. The icing on the cake was the 800 plus miles on top of what was advertised on this β€œbrand new” car. Amber and Isaiah were both professional when it came to my concerns with the car. We waited for two hours for the detail and it still looked the same, exposing some scratches from where the car was driven down a dirt road. Lastly, the sales manager, who never introduced himself, tried to tell me that car never went down a dirt road nor were there any scratches. He got all bent out of shape-and stormed off saying he doesn’t need to sell the car. Glad you all were honest and upfront about β€œDemo”……

Yesterday, I helped my parents buy a new car; we had a trade in as well. Went to 3 different dealerships and drove 3 different brands. Honda was the clear winner. Not just because of the car ... but the customer service was amazing. Our salesperson Isaiah went above and beyond to make us comfortable with the sale and the car. We got an excellent price on the new car and trade in and never felt like we were being taken advantage of. Finance was slow, but that is at any dealership I have worked with.

Purchased a new 2021 Honda Ridgeline sport the end of April, riddled with a manufacturer defects. Body panels not lining up (hood to fender & driver side rear door to bed& upper rear glass pillar warped), rust on front suspension parts, leaking air in front door seals or front windshield (hwy speed wind noise), front collision senor go crazy when on two line road going around a right turn with on coming traffic, squeaky driver side armrest (sounded like a 80s bed with kids jumping on it). Dip stick was at the low oil line at first oil change. Thin paint on hood.Things was reported to Sam Boswell Honda on day 2 of owning the vehicle. 3 months later of waiting and week later in a loaner van. Only two things was fixed 1 of the body panel line and the driver arm doesnt squeak but still loose. Upon arrival I test drove my vehicle noticed everything wasnt fixed nor corrected. After letting the service department know not all of my issues with vehicle wasnt fixed. The service manager ( Derek d smith) came out told me the best thing I can do to reschedule and give him the keys to his loaner and for me to get in my truck and leave. Leave I will and wont be back. My best advice is to avoid Sam Boswell Honda and Derek d smith.I have reported this to Honda corp. They will have a case manager investigate!Avoid this place like the plague!Btw the loaner van was dirty on the outside and inside.

Now his story is she signed saying she received it. At least one typical untrustworthy car salesman works here. Be aware and make them show you. Don’t trust them to make it right.They also didn’t return calls about the 1st car she wanted. Told her it was in service and then sold it to someone else.

I stopped to fill the gas tank up in my vehicle i just purchased 2 months earlier. Within 3 miles of pulling away from gas station vehicle started missing and engine light came on.. The next day i came into service and was greeted by Tori Lemen and filled her in with what had happened . She took in the vehicle and had it checked out.. Water in the gas is what she told me over the phone. So I gave her the go ahead to repair. By the end of the day it was all back together and ready to put fresh gas in and able to drive once again. WORST experience we’ve ever had. We went to Sam Boswell Honda to look at a Honda Odyssey and trade in our vehicle. We didn’t agree on the trade in value of our car. KBB WAS $2000 more dollars. They initially offered us $2500 less then KBB. Our request was based on KBB, Carfax and Carvana and at a time when used cars are selling for top dollar. Our sales person, Kendall was absolutely wonderful. She was so sweet and answering all of our questions and doing her best. The problem we had was when the sales manager JAMIE CHRISTIAN came to the table. After telling him we would like more for our vehicle or if he could budge on his price of the used vehicle he became irrational and making a scene in front of the whole sales room. I guess he doesn’t like to negotiate things (his words β€œI don’t know what this going back and forth stuff is”) but isn’t that part of buying cars? If we weren’t able to come to a deal, then we understood that. It was how irate he got when we didn’t agree to the deal he was trying to give us. At the end he throws his hands in the air and starts raising his voice looking at everyone around us and shouting β€œwas I rude, was I rude, was I rude”. At this point we were extremely embarrassed and calmly said that’s okay we will try somewhere else. Packed our three small children up and left. So if you would like a positive car buying experience please stay away from Sam Boswell and especially stay away from Jaime.

He was kind, patient, and so personable. He did not push us to buy new when he knew we were only looking at the Subaru.We also worked with the sales manager, who solidified the deal and made sure we were happy through the whole process.A couple weeks after we bought the vehicle some issues came about that I was really frustrated with. I went in to talk to the sales manager and express my concerns. Bought a 2016 Honda Odyssey EX-L, I traded in a 2011 Odyssey with over 100k miles, I knew that I was going to be upside down but Cory Rucker and all the wonderful people at Sam Boswell Honda work diligently to get me out of the nightmare I was in with my 2011... they gave me more for my trade then anyone else, discounted the new Honda so the little negative equality I rolled in didn’t increase my payment much, they got me a 1.9% interest which is much lower then our credit union, the finance manger went over ever inch of our warranty, Honda credit contract, and he didnt get pushy and try to sell us some extended warranty or service packet we didnt need, He told us all of our option therefore if we decided to purchase things in the future. I purchased a used vehicle from Sam Boswell Honda over the weekend. It was advertised on their website and had the pricing and info listed. I traded a vehicle in and paid in full for the remaining amount. The sales associate let me know that they wanted to run it through their service department and have it detailed before I took it home. A couple of days later I got a call that the vehicle actually needed a lot of work and that I would have to pay another thousand to two thousand dollars to be able to get my new vehicle back. I ended up taking back my trade-in and walked away without my new car. I have absolutely no trust in Sam Boswell Honda. We had a signed contract and they went back on their word and altered our agreement, costing me my new vehicle. If they hadnt inspected it prior to selling it, why even put it up on their website with pricing? I will never recommend Sam Boswell Honda to anyone. They simply cannot be trusted to keep their word. If I could give less than 1 star I absolutely would.**Update**: Since I cant respond to the response from the Sam Boswell Honda Marketing manager, Ill put it here. I spoke with the used car sales manager yesterday in an attempt to smooth over my unhappiness with how I was treated. Long story short, it was explained to me all the reasons why its acceptable for this dealership to treat me this way. Not once did they offer to make it right by covering the service that was needed on the vehicle they had already sold me as it would cut too far into their profit margin for the vehicle. Their only concern was the money they would make and not the satisfaction of their customers. Didnt matter one bit that this was brought on by them and was due to no fault of my own. Had I not posted this review and brought attention to how they were treating their customers, I never even would have had these conversations. They would have been perfectly happy taking advantage of their customers, treating it like any other business day. 5 star customer service is not their concern as they state repeatedly if its going to effect their bottom line at all. I cant honestly say how many times they told me that theyre honest and trustworthy, yet their actions do not back up their words at all. I have zero trust in this dealership and will never again do any business with any dealership under the Boswell name. If you are reading this and are planning on purchasing from them I only ask that you tread lightly and understand that this could very easily happen to you too.

We were greeted at the door by Josh and he never left our side from that point forward. He pulled the car around and, in spite of the fact that it is a 2017, it was immaculate (pointing to the quality of care the dealership took in preparing the car). Josh went through EVERY detail of the car without my having to ask how something works or what it does. We then went on a test drive while he continued to explain the many features of the car. I dont believe that he missed a single one. I was so impressed with JOSH that I knew I wanted to do business with him. Not only is he very personable but he is more knowledgeable than any sales person I have ever met. We closed the deal the next day and we found the sales manager, finance manager, and all the others we came in contact with to be very friendly, honest, and personable as well. Ive had many chances to buy a car in my 66 years but Ive never had an experience as good as this one. We also had Justin for the finance part of things and he was also very professional and very friendly. Multiple people came out to introduce themselves and I know the sales manager and Clemmie were doing their absolute best to get us what we wanted. We were able to turn in our leased car (originally leased from NY) with no issues and trade in our other vehicle and come home with a brand new Passport Touring which we love. I’m very happy with their service and the fact they go above and beyond to make the customer happy! Thank you all very much for outstanding service.

I bought my car there and always take it back there for service. Some of the men that see you for service, need an attitude of attitude. They must remember that it is the customer that is keeping them their jobs. I cannot help it they are over worked and forget to smile and be nice to customers. The man in the parts department was extremely nice. He needs to givethe ones upfront lessons on taking the extra step on attitude to customers!!!

Went there to purchase a new car and was left standing for over 20 minutes and then when I left they called me and asked me why I left and they said because I was impatient they didnt need to sell me a car. I would not recommend going to this place its just a waste of your time.

I went by the local dealer but the salesman was outside smoking so I drove to Enterprise. I bought a Civic from them in 04 and wow have they grown. The staff was great and we ended spending all day there it felt like. We got a good deal and highly recommend them. They have since checked up on us a few times. Courteous crew.

Avoid using service department at all cost. SCAM. I received a service Bulletin that quoted 4.7 hours for a job. Without telling the service manager i had it i asked him to price it out for me, he said 6.5 hours plus parts. Gilland in Ozark getting the work since they quoted the 4.7 without me showing the bulletin.

Everyone at Sam Boswell were very welcoming. I walked in with my 2 year old & they made sure he was entertained with the iPads that they have there just for kids. Chris Poole & Josh Byal were helpful. The provided me with information on all of my options. Items that were needed that I didn’t have was easy to get because the store was so convenient. I walked in sad about me whole car situation and Chris cheered me up by walking from the back with the biggest smile on his face. He went over everything with me and made sure I knew everything about my car before I drove it off the lot. The finance guy (I forgot his name) was very nice as well. First and foremost let me preface this by reminding you that this is a Car Dealer. The economics of a car dealer revolve around getting the most amount of money from their stock. It’s your job to name your price and negotiate a price with the dealers.My experience :I first came to Sam Boswell Honda on a Friday where they where having a huge β€œCredit Union β€œ sale all weekend. I wanted the Black Honda Accord Sport 1.5 Manual. I wanted the car but not at the price that they where asking for. I left and was called on Monday about coming to talk numbers again. I gave the manager my number and he met me halfway. After a bit more haggling I got my price and the deal went throughI’d like to say that I honestly wouldn’t have bought the car if I had another dealer. Daniela took her time and while it’s her job she wasn’t too β€œpushy” with the prices just to get a sale. She sat around and made good conversation and taught me everything I need to know about the car. Where things go from good to amazing is what happens next. I don’t know how to drive Manual so I asked her to please have someone drive me to a parking lot after the sale so I can practice before driving home. Since it was late and most of her co workers where gone I was shocked to find that she called her HUSBAND to come out, drive me to a parking lot and give me tips on how to get started. That’s some Grade A customer service right there.All in all a good experience at Sam Boswell. Would recommend you buy from this dealer, plus since this is my 3rd Accord, why wouldn’t you want one?

They wont let you buy a car that doesnt have unnecessary add-ons. Even if youre willing to pay more money to not have one with tiny mud flaps for some reason they told me if they ordered me a car they would have to put the unnecessary stuff on it before they would sell it to me. I ended up buying a car from one of their competitors.

Worst service department I have ever experienced. I got my Honda Odyssey 60,000 mile service done here. After I received it as complete, the tire light was still on. So they dont check the tires on a 60,000 mile service? Makes you wonder if they did anything to it at all.
