Mike at L & M removed the tired and the tire was not ruined, just a pin hole, fixed. No need to buy a tire. Honest folks at L & M!!Enterprise Firestone worst possible service you could want. Ran over what looked like a fence staple in my All-Terrain tire (center tread) on a Saturday. Took the tire to this Firestone and the employee refused to repair the tire. They said the tire was ruined....really. I was a Mechanic and dealt with tires for 20 years. This looked no worse than anything I have fixed before. The amazing this he never removed the tire from the rim to inspect the interior, so how could he know...he didnt. They were hot an heavy ready to sell a new one though....how nice. Guess what L & M fixed it.

L&M Tire is the best place to do businessMike Moore is honest and will tell you the truth about repairs. I took my car for front and rear breaks when I went to get it Mike said you have 70 shoes on the back no reason to replace them I did not know.But he said no reason to spend money on them honesty hard to find.

Been doing business here for awhile but I’m going to have to find somewhere else prices are good but customer service is essential. How are you going have a whole conversation about sighting in a rifle when you have other PAYING customers in line there’s a time and place for everything the proper thing to do in that situation is tell your buddy to step aside while I handle my business but instead you chose to continue your conversation and to top it off a man with no appointment was pulled into the bay before me while I went outside to get help from someone who wasn’t so busy but I won’t be back!

After watching a kid wrap on my lug nuts with a 1/2 inch impact, knowing he over torqued them I asked the owner if I would be able to get them off with a lug wrench need be on the side of the road . He told me they have never used a torque wrench and ner will. I told him I would go somewhere else next time and he said that would be the best thing for me to do . I definitely will go somewhere else next time

This is my place for oil changes and tire rotation. They are a great bunch of guys, that are very well trained. The owner treats you as if you are his only customer. I have taken my vehicles to them for years.

I called for a quote on new set of tires. I accepted their price, tires were ordered. Tires were installed yet they seemed improperly inflated. I asked the installer what was PSI ... he was told to inflate to 35. Ford says 55 front/70 back, looked closely at the manufacturers number and the tires were not rated for a 3/4 ton truck. I approached the salesman, he claimed he had no knowledge, manager popped out of office with a look toward salesman that seemed to say I told you so.They were willing to let me drive off the lot with inadequately rated tires. Thank God I caught it and told them to replace my old tires.I do not trust L&M Tire Company to touch my truck.

L & M is the only company that I go to when I need work done on my vehicle. Mike the manager is a phenomenal person. He has helped me out numerous times on good deals on tires. His staff is friendly and experienced. If you get there right when they open they usually start working quickly. L&M is a fine establishment.

Took several vehicles to pep boys in Dothan for alignments and they screwed them up both times. Shims falling out, alignment off.Found L&M tire and they are great!! They did my sons car. Best service Ive experienced since moving here 6yrs now. I wont trust anybody else to work on my cars except them from now on. You guys have a loyal customer from me. Thank you Mike for being an upstanding business man in this day and age. Update. Took my car in yesterday for an alignment and again, BEST SERVICE EVER!! Mike test drove it (which most mechanics dont do anymore) then took the time to explain to me what was wrong. Turned out I just need tires. This company is old school. Which means he truly has Integrity. Not out to just take your money. Again Im a customer for life :)

Used L&M numerous times. The last time they ordered and placed the incorrect tires on my car. They remedied the situation, but it took a few days. This week I order 2 tires and they said they put the order in a week ago. They are still not in, they have not tried to call and update me once and have sincelost my paperwork. I have been a customer for a few years but have decided to give Road Mart a try. At least they wont make me feel like I am bothering them if I call to check on the status of my order.

Have been a customer for 15 or 16 years. Great service, friendly and knowledgeable employees. If there is something out of their realm of expertise, which is rare, they will refer you to the right place. Mike, the owner is very knowledgeable on all types of vehicles.

The entire experience was really good. The employee on the phone was very helpful and patient. I requested a tire that was not in stock and they had it in within a day. The prices were the best in town for Toyo or Cooper tires. Once I got to the store they had me in, changed, and out the door within 30 minutes. Very quick, efficient, and pleasant experience.

Family owned and family run Ive been knowing Mike for about 10 years now hes put together a good staff of people down there they can pretty will take care of all your tire needs. Hes got a great selection of tires if he hadnt got it it dont take him long to get it and it dont cost you an arm and leg to go down there and see him he takes care of some of my tires for my company tru-line parking lot maintenance out of Newton Alabama if you want a good price on a good set of tires go talk to Mike or Robert. They are pretty will Hands-On on everything that goes on in that shop and thats another thing I like and I have a question all I got to do is call and ask the answers there they havent got a call back so they can check with somebody else that goes a long way with me

I had blow out on one of my RV tires and I was able to crawl to these guys. They had the tires in stock and were able to take care of it on the spot. I was at their mercy and they did not take advantage of it. Their prices were reasonable and they earned my repeat business.

This is the best place in town for tires! When we had a screw in a tire, we drove over and they patched it and had us on our way in 20 minutes. Smaller quick jobs they have even done for free. Couldnt ask for better service!

Of you use L & M Tire, please check all your lug nuts. My wife had a tire repaired thee and when she got a few hundred yards away the tire literally fell off the car. They had to go to where she was and put it back on. When I was upset and went down to speak to the person in charge. I was told that that happens in the tire business and that they were sorry. I was in disbelief. If I was that manager, I would have fired that employee on the spot.
