Not sure if theyre worth the 2 stars, because their service is just terrible. Ordered on Dec. 3 thinking it would be ample time to get my order in by Christmas. Didnt happen. Came Dec. 26th which is fine, itll still work, but two items of my order were missing. Good luck on calling cause no one ever answers and out of the emails I sent, only one reply saying that all orders are backed up. Tried reaching out to them about the 2 items missing and no on ever replies or calls back. Terrible customer service, terrible shipping time ... dont bother. Im not the one to normally leave bad reviews, but for those planning to order off their website, good luck. I really thought their products were nice online, but its a shame that whoever runs this business doesnt know how. If someone else knew how to run this place, Im sure itd do real well. Im sure their repeat customers are low especially if a lot are having this kind of first time buyer experience.

I am so happy with my purchases from Crazy Cool Threads! The shirts are amazing and wear so well! They are super soft! I have many of the designs and Can’t wait to get more! Everyone is always so friendly and nice! Plus they now have a boutique to shop local from! Everyone there is so friendly.

Y’all their bag deals are awesome! You can get a bag from them(2 sizes) and fit as many of the sale shirts and you can into that bag and they are either $30 or $45! First time I did it was at the most recent girls night out and I got stuff for me and my husband. I went the other day to look for something and did it again and think I got a totally of 14 shirts and that was in the small bag!

Ordered a shirt Dec. 4 and received my package on Dec. 22, so I am happy I was able to give it as a Christmas gift. The shirt was good quality and the color I expected, the only reason I didnt rate with 5 stars was the concern that I might not have received it in time for the holidays. Just a suggestion for future reference for customers is to put a disclaimer next to 5-7 business days shipping statement is that during busy times, shipping may take a little longer.

Absolutely love Crazy Cool Threads. Their shirts are super cute and soft. They made the most perfect Christmas gifts as well. Grab bags were an amazing deal and get compliments every time I wear it. Customer service is amazing.

I ordered my item 3 weeks ago, and the website said it should only take 3-5 business days to be completed and shipped. I called customer service and I was not treated professionally at all. The woman on the phone was laughing while talking to another employee? And she proceeded to tell me that it hadn’t shipped because it was fall break and not many employees are working. I love the brand and want to support all Christian stores but they shouldn’t guarantee shipping to take 3-5 days if it isn’t true. GREAT product but makes sure you order weeks in advance if it’s for a gift.

This place has beautiful shirts. We left with 3 of them and a decal! They are a bit pricer for a shirt but they are made beautifully.The only downfall was the customer service. No one greeted us when we walked in, they just looked at us. After asking a question a young lady helped us but went right back after. When trying to make small talk at the check out she kinda cut it short and didn’t seem to care about a single thing I said, she wouldn’t even make eye contact. Left me feeling kinda sad. Kind of a bummer when you’re buying Godly shirts in a Christian store. Overall the actual items are beautiful and worth the price. Just need to work on their customer service skills.

As a black women I felt extremely uncomfortable shopping here they followed me around the store and the store owner was extremely disrespectful and rude to me even though this is suppose to be a “Christian store”. I came to look for cute sweaters and left reminded that racism and discrimination are still strong here in Enterprise. I will never shop here again nor will I ever recommend anyone to shop here. If I could give this store 0 stars I would in a heartbeat. Pleas don’t support this store.

EDIT: They explained to me what happened with my order and why it arrived the way it did. They responded quickly and refunded my money, so that was nice of them! I ordered a shirt from their company and when the shirt arrived, I was disappointed. The words on the shirt are super faded and are not white and clean like in the photos. The shirt color is darker and more muted than in the images. It looks cheaply made and the material is not soft. I was so excited for this shirt, but I put it back in the bag because I was so disappointed.

Outstanding!! Fast and excellent service, the softest shirts imaginable were at my house before I could even believe it! And the Faith based sayings on the shirts were just straight from my heart! Cannot find anything I dont like about my first experience with this company.

I ordered two grab bags as Christmas gifts for my mom and sister on a November 23rd. It is now December 9th, I’ve emailed the company 3 times and messaged them on Instagram once and I still have NOT received any information about when they will be shipping and my debit card has been CHARGED. I’ve ordered from them once before and I was sent the wrong size. I wanted to give it another shot, so that’s why I went ahead and ordered the grab bags. I will not ever shop from here again or refer anyone to the website. I have received zero shirts and I’m out my money.

Shirt is kinda thin but very nice. I was sceptical to order due to the bad reviews but I personally have had a good first experience. Will order again.

This is really hard because I purchased 3 T shirts for Christmas gifts back on November 23. Was told 3-5 business days. I understand it’s the holidays but when you send an email 14 days later stating no package, call 3 different times leaving voicemails and no response this is just disheartening and quite frankly unprofessional. I have worked retail most of my life for some pretty high profile companies and I would never treat a customer with this kind of unprofessionalism. I will never purchase another product from this company which makes me sad because I really wanted to support small business and a Christian company too. So very disappointed.

They sent an email and said my order was delivered. It arrived 3 days later. With the wrong shirt. I don’t think it’s even worth returning it because I’m sure they’d find another way to screw it up.

I placed an order on March 4th for 3 tee shirts. Soooo excited to receive them. They took the money from my debit account immediately, received an email that they would ship 3 - 5 days. It is now March 18th and after 3 phone calls and 3 emails have heard NOTHING!!! I see from other comments that their customer service is very poor and they obviously dont care enough about that to make the needed changes. I was so excited to find a great christian tee shirt company and was sure theyd have the integrity to operate with high standards. I really hope the $75 I spent isnt down the drain. I hope they do the right thing by me and other customers. These people are your customers and deserve your respect. I just wish I would have read these comments prior to ordering. One star is really too much but since I couldnt post without something, I am giving you one star.edit-I did receive an email a couple of hours after this review stating that they were working on my order and offered a 20% discount. But I dont think I will use that until I see how long it takes me to get my order and IF I get it.

Just received my shirt. Its thin and not quite as attractive as the photo. I love the message on it but the quality is just average.

I am really disappointed with our order from this company! They had a special after Thanksgiving of two shirts of their choice for $15, and they showed lots of beautiful colored shirts with fancy script of sayings and scriptures. We ordered two sets, one for each daughter. We specified in the special instruction box that they were for two girls in the same house and so please send two different bags and please not white (they dont do well with white)- even though they showed all colored shirts, we just wanted to make sure. Almost a month later, we received four very plain shirts crammed together in one bag- TWO WHITE AND TWO NAVY OF THE SAME EXACT SHIRTS!!!! We even called ahead and asked them to make sure they were different. It is just dishonest to show pretty colored shirts with fancy script as the shirts we would be getting and then send identical white and navy shirts with super plain and boring block type. And a supposedly Christian company.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!! THEY DONT ANSWER PHONES THEY DONT RETURN PHONE CALLS THEY DONT SEND YOU YOUR PRODUCT!!

Tried for 5 months to get a response to their sponsored ads. (IG) I needed to know if they had a size chart. They never answered one of my messages. But the sponsored ads kept popping up. So I asked publicly if they could receive messages. I got several responses to my comment from individuals saying, “Good luck. They’ve never answered mine.” And “I just had to open a paypal case against them, cause I placed an order and never got it.” CCT finally answered my comment by saying that they were having difficulty getting their messages. Then each one of us that had made a “negative” comment, CCT has blocked. Pretty sad that a so called Christian business would treat people this way. I had lots of shirts I wanted to order from them too. I’ll give my money to someone else who can design me something very similar, but not exact, to what CCT has.

Ordered items on Dec 5th and have not received anything. Tracking information provided confirmed from the postal service items where never shipped. So much for Christmas gifts. I’ve called several times, left voicemails, and sent multiple emails. I have yet to hear anything’s back. I’ve opened a case with PayPal and hopefully they can get me my money back. It’s SOO sad when trying to support small christian companies and I get absolutely no customer support. The most frustrating part is, I continue to receive promo emails when they’ve yet to send my first order. At this point all I want is a refund.

I am very disappointed with Crazy cool threads. I ordered the Be still & Know and that tshirt came as the website had stated 3-5 days. Was excited with that purchase, so I ordered another tshirt that was on sale and that tshirt who know where it is. Ive left a few emails and not sure where the disconnect is and no one is answering the phones. Just a little irritated with the company. You all are great for advertisadv your product, however fall short on customer service. Needless to say Im still waiting for the Blessed are the peace markers tshirt and it not even on sale, yet, they sure have my money and NO SHIRT. Please do better Crazy Cool Threads. Still hoping my shirt comes in.

Very disappointed in overall customer service. I placed an order on Dec 13th for two tshirts(in stock) according to the website. On Dec 14th, the funds posted my account. On Dec 22nd, I had not received any communication regarding my order. I emailed and received a standard return email indicating all orders would be processed and should be received by Dec 24th. As of Dec 24th, no tshirts, no communication. I emailed and again received a standard return email indicating they were closed until Dec 27th. I called and left a message as well as another email. I received a phone message on Dec 27th, indicating the two tshirts I ordered were popular and were on back order. Yet, according to the website all items were in stock. The message also indicated the order would be shipped the following day(Dec 28th). As of Jan 2nd, I still have not received my order. I did receive an email indicating that one tshirt shipped today! However, the phone message had assured me my order was going to ship on Dec 28th and did not. I am disappointed with the standard email responses, having to leave a message and not receiving a follow up phone call and I will not do business with a company that will post your account prior to shipping your order. My children receive 3 gifts for Christmas. If I had known earlier the shirts were back ordered I would have purchased something else.

The best faith based company. If you haven’t checked them out or bought from them you’re missing out.

Very confused about the email and shipping! I ordered on 8/22/18. The email confirmation says the order would be sent out in 3-5 days after the order. Now, it is two weeks later and my order has not yet shipped. I would rather have paid for shipping and received my order in less than 2 weeks.

Horrible service!!! I ordered a shirt and its been OVER a month and still no refund or the shirt!!! I tried calling and emails and got nothing!!! SCAM dont waste your money or time!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!!
