This store in general and this department specifically has really declined over the years. It has become a real adventure to discover what shortage on basic items we will be subjected to. My last visit had me waiting in line over 20 minutes as even the self-checkout registers had long lines. Less than half the regular check out lanes were open. It is a 30 minute drive to visit here and unfortunately there is not a better option for another Wal-Mart. One would expect your own store brands to be generally available however, Your own Twist Up soda is frequently out of stock? Additionally the Ocean Spray Cranberry juice cocktail is a rare find these days. Blame it on current conditions but this is not a recent manifestation.Photos show what I was compelled to accept. Imagine the mess when the seal on a third bottle was broken. I should add it is not unusual to find product displayed in this condition. This failure falls squarely on management. This should have never been offered for sale.

I was shopping for a few items, and needed help with reaching some dog food. I saw a Walmart associate and asked for help. The lady goes to say could you back up so were 6 ft apart, I say O.K. and move, so ... after she gets it down for me, I get it and proceed to go on. Not a minute later, shes helping other customers and they are huddled together. I immediately here her saying to me could you back up and give me 6ft.? If Coronavirus hasnt taught you anything else, it should teach you this... we are all the same...inside. The color of our skin does not matter. MOTS: Ignorance of humans Still exists and its going to get worse before it gets better. And its a d@mn shame. Excuse my language, but its upsetting to me. PEACE🥺🤞

So walked in and as always the people at the front are always nice. But walked back to the deli to get a few things stood around for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to come out and help. There were multiple Walmart employees that walked by me and did not ask if I needed help. Finally a older lady walked out from back and was not very pleasant. While I was standing there there was about another 3 or 4 people waiting there and she did not even acknowledge them. Very bad service and I wish there was another Walmart in town to go to. Will not go back while I am in town. Would not go there unless you need to

Was pretty good, we didnt have to stand in self check out for very long, I dont mind self check out if I only have a few items but if I have a cart full and no cashier......I would rather walk out leaving my food and all in the cart and go elsewhere. And no I dont want someone else picking out my groceries thank you!

I liked this particular location Walmart. I Found everything I needed and more. The customers I encountered while shopping was friendly and even helpful. Will defiantly be going back to shop .

I like this Walmart. The only thing I dont like is the gaming section. The selection for accessories is always so poor. Nothing at all for the PS5 accept a few games and 2 controllers were in the case. They still have old 2016 Turtle Beach headphones on display like theyre new. They still have a PS4 on display for testing like its new lol. By the way who sanitizes those headphones and controllers for testing???

Always packed. I havent been able to find a time when they arent. If you arent handicap or a purple heart recipient, prepare for a walk to your car

Very large well stocked store. This Walmart is a great one to go to. They were out of some things, but a lot of suppliers are because of the current world supply situation. It is a big store so theres a lot of walking you can do.

I purchased a phone t/at Walmart in Enterprise Alabama there a month ago I purchased a plan to cover accidents the lady working in electronics was rude she said I had to call the company I purchased the plan from. I tried calling then never got to a human being. I got upset so I went to the customer service and ask for managerVicky was great she called the company and wouldnt give up until she talked to someone she was so nice and caring. I wish all Walmart employees could be like her!

Its a Wal-Mart. The only thing of note here is the location of the deli is in the back corner. Other than that its pretty standard. Big surprise

This review is just about their grocery delivery service. Their delivery service consists of two parts, the bagging of the order (which I believe is done at the local store) and the delivery service which is outsourced (Door Dash, I think). Ive been having their groceries delivered since June and have decided paying extra at Publix is worth it. As for bagging the items, nine times out of ten something missing. Theyve also sent me rotten produce. I contact customer service and they give me a refund, but that still means I have to make a special trip to pick up the missing items. As for the delivery service, in June it was great. I would get a text when the driver left the store and when the driver arrived. Around July, I stopped receiving text messages. On the July order, even though I have standing delivery instructions to deliver inside the garage, this driver put everything, raw meat included, in the sun on the front porch and left without even so much as a knock. Because the delivery window is 1 hour, I kept checking the garage for an hour. Needless to say all my cold products were ruined. Their latest delivery debacle was today. In addition to having specific delivery instructions and requesting that I have to sign for my groceries, they were delivered to the wrong house. Fortunately the homeowner, who was out of town, has a camera doorbell and she called her neighbor, who in turn contacted the other neighbors until she got in touch with me. I had to drive to some strangers house, load up my groceries, and bring them home. I called the local Enterprise store, who gave me another number to call, who then gave me a third number to call. An hour and nineteen minutes later Wal-mart graciously gave me a 20% refund for my inconvenience. Im still shaking my head in disgust.

I waited for help in the electronics because no one had the key that was present. But what she got there with the key everything went fine. She helped me find what I was looking for.

This Walmart is always crowded, yet they do not always keep their goods fully stocked. I buy mainly bulk staples and frozen food. There are not many cashiers and the wait is to long. I used the self-checkout for my items. The pharmacy is fair, but they do not have a drive through. Enterprise would be well served by a small grocery Walmart on the west side of town.

Bad attitude of employees. Store looks dirty and cheap. The store needs a revamp and all new employees who want to assist customers instead of standing around gossiping. One of the worst stores in Walmart history. Sam Walton is turning over in his grave how disgusting this store has become.

Upon my visit with this store I came to find everything I need just fine but when I went to check out I had three employees follow me around as Im paying in a self checkout lane and it made me feel very uncomfortable because even at the very end when Im receiving my receipt they still intended to come over to that lane now that just to grab a bag that was already open and then open it more and say hes just doing his job. But what person does her job and only their job around you and nobody else find this very unkind and disrespectful to single one person out upon many when I was doing nothing but buying and purchasing my item. This was on call for very unprofessional.

Been standing at register waiting on approval. It’s been 10 minutes and I’ve asked for help 2 times. This store sucks and service is terrible.

This is by far one of the worst Walmart’s I’ve ever been in. Their organization is awful, the shelves are always a disaster; the pickup option is a joke, they’re always out of items, it’s a big mess. Employees look like they hate their jobs. For some reason items I put in my cart seem to disappear when I go to order and one time I ordered a rug and was shorted that item so I had to call for a refund. The same item in two spots on the shelf with different prices. The list goes on.

Empty shelves, under staffed. 2 in the afternoon 4 out of 20 registers open. Each register is 7 people deep. Management has no clue what is going on in the front of the house. 20 minutes to check out.

Shelves not stocked. Out of allot of different things...in frozen. Coffee isle. Juice isle. Also in womens wear. They also where rounding off to the nearest dollar when they gave change..due to having a shortage of change. Long long lines. Not a good evening to go there I guess. Will go to different one for now on.

Just go to Publix. Yeah, it’s more expensive than Walmart, but at least there will be food constantly in stock (better quality too), the employees are much nicer, and you’ll just overall be a happier person. This location NEVER has things in stock EVERY TIME I VISIT. I hate Enterprise Walmart more than I hate myself!

The electric carts is so ragged the let just anybody ride them. We know Walmart makes a killing so why not make some rules about letting them go out the door. They should never go out the door . you should have to show some proof that you are disabled to use a cart. Please do something . i have copd and i have to have the cart . Also i want to thank Walmart for putting the benches back out. They help alot of people waiting on carts and rides. Thank you Janice Wood enterprise Al.

Walmsrt is a good place for shopping, but I noticed that self check out is not option for cash, i just visiting and others Walmart that i had done shopping has that option will be nice to add that option instead to have some one to do it for you.Thanks

No help long lines and two cash register open I do not work here I got want to check myself out!

I recently tried the grocery pick up at the enterprise location and was very disappointed the staff was polite however when I got home about 1/3 of my eggs were cracked from the bottom up… So I did not notice that when I pick them up and also when I opened the bag of russet potatoes I had purchased there was a rotten one inside which I noticed the next day because the smell. The lines at this location and are always extremely long and they’re always seems to be like one person working behind the photo and entertainment area. Also when you ask associates were an item is no one seems to know I would not recommend this Walmart for pick up service

Put by bug away went elsewhere. It was not stoked, waited forever for a reverse finally said forget it the quality of what in has to pick through was not worth it. Pretty sad I had to go to big lots to find everything I needed and av way better selection and quality!

I understand that this day the Walmart striving service to the community but I feel like store associates is very very rude and they hated the customer and some point scary still waiting long line to check out for cashier job because they social with the their family.

I do try to like the store but they dont work very hard trying to please their customers. Shelves are not stocked, employees are rude, cashiers, whats up with not enough cashiers? Were going to give our business to the small time stores that actually appreciate our business. The bigger the store the less personable they are.

Of course walmart has the largest selection on food and household items I just hate that they have very few associates that are customer friendly in the past year. They need to drop their prices if we are to do everything ourselves there including check ourselves out, bag our own groceries, I do not mind self check out it is great if you have a few items. What I do not like is you cannot find a simple cashier anymore in that store for that reason I will go without Walmart unless I have to have something that only they sell!! Get back to customer friendly service and I bet your business will improve

Deli customer was HORRIBLE. I am visiting enterprise and I refuse to go back into this walmart during my stay just because I was treated horribly at the deli.

Wal-Mart in Enterprise, Al is the worst WM I have ever been in. I can go to our surrounding WM within 50 miles and see shelves stock and get kindly service. If we have reorder associates in this store they arent doing their job nor is the store manager. It has been this way before covid even existed so thats is not the issue. I wish someone would fix the issue.

The place was filthy. Bugs on produce. A lot of produce was old and had nats flying around. Store was a mess. Barely any cashiers = long lines. There was a fight between 2 adult female imbecils in the parking lot who had their friends recording. Unfortunately close to my vehicle and my nieces witnessed it. Thankfully an old man passerby (the only real adult) broke it up! Just a trashy area for the trash!

Is Walmart the only choice left in Enterprise for computers, printers, and accessories? I have a hard time making an educated decision shopping online for electronics. The lady who assisted me informed me that docking stations were out of stock. In the past year the only two things related to information systems that has been in stock is printer paper and refill ink for DIYs. Then when I asked about belts for a vacoom she sent me in the wrong direction. I said a prayer for her and her family. Five stars for not having to wait for check out.

Honestly, Ive never had a problem here. Just like every other walmart, they really should have more lines open for check-out... and the self-checkout needs to be 10 items or less (and monitored)... but otherwise its great. Usually its clean, things are well organized, the workers are nice and friendly when helping, and the pick up kiosk is AMAZING! If you ever want to do the online groceries, I would also recommend that highly. Ive always gotten my items promptly, and with a smile. If ever there were changes made, Im emailed upfront, and there is no guesswork.

I never have any trouble at Walmart I know what I need and what I check the store before I go and always satisfy when I leave.

The stock is incredibly bad. Everything is always out of stock and it is very messy. I would prefer a store that valued the customer than wall street. Walmart used to be like that. I feel like Walmart has went corporate entirely and has lost touch with their customer.

Abysmal customer service. Wasted over an hour going through two long lines because their pinpad was messing up. was told my card was no good, went to the nearest ATM and pulled the money for the order right out.

Lots of items to choose from. They seem to know what you need because I can never go in there just for what I thought I needed. Lol. Friendly staff, helpful, store is well kept, and easy check out. Not always quick check out but better than a lot of stores Ive been to. I also love the grocery pick up. Oh and its free! Ikr free. I just order online and go pick it up from the designated spots on the side of the building. Thats better than waiting in those long lines. Hope this post helped somebody.

Went in to cash a check and the machine couldnt read it and the girl kept scanning it but she wasnt clearing the first transaction out so it kept saying the same thing. but overall its a nice Walmart.

The only good thing about Walmart is their prices... the miserable staff, the lack of enforcement when it comes to the mask mandate, and always being out of multiple items, are what make me rate this one star. Terrible associates working the few checkout lanes open. The store used to have great associates that were fast, friendly and proficient. Now I avoid the place as much as possible because if the snail pace at registers that have long lines even at the self check out.

Normally always have a good experience here but upon entry having an employee tell me its mandatory you must wear a mask to shop bothers me. I understand theres a global pandemic but it should be a United States Citizens CHOICE as to whether they choose to wear a mask or not. If youre afraid of getting Covid then just dont go out. Thats a risk everyone takes mask or no mask. And if the masks work then why are the cases consistently always going up?
