The entire experience was great. Mrs. Tonya is so personable and made the whole thing feel so painless and easy. She isn’t your typical sales person that pushes and pushes you for a commission, she actually cares and will go out of her way to make sure you get the right fit. The prices beat other local competitors and the salesmanship alone makes me wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

I purchased a twin mattress two weeks ago. I had a great experience and felt the owners were very knowledgeable about their products. Their pricing was competitive and I felt I got a very fair deal. I returned today and purchase two more mattresses and I am very happy with those as well. I would definitely recommend this establishment and if/when I need a new mattress I will return again.

Went in looking for a mattress for our rv. There was no pressure to look at or try the $2000-4000 thousand dollars mattresses that I did not need or want to go into our rv. The lady in the store (I did not get her name, she was extremely helpful) showed me where the mattresses where in the price point I wanted and the firmness we liked. We bought a mattress that day no problem, it was the easiest and no hassle place we went to in the area.

Great customer Service! The process was quick and easy

My husband and I walked in on a Saturday to test and buy a king size mattress. We had visited a few other local places and didnt care for the customer service as much as we did here. The gentleman was very knowledgeable about the different brands and we didnt feel pressured or chased around the store like some other places. Also quick delivery they came on time and even called 20 minutes prior. The delivery man even helped me with the frame, since I couldnt figure out the middle bar. Would recommend!

Service there was really great. I got an awesome deal on a queen mattress for their 4th of July sale. It was delivered a week later. The only issue with the delivery is that they called 10 minutes before they were to arrive to let me know they were on their way. I wasnt home, but I had left my door unlocked so they could bring it inside. Communication needs to be a bit better

We had visited at least there other mattress stores before Bedzzz Express. We were very confused by then and didnt feel like we knew enough to make purchase yet. The sales lady at Bedzzz Express was so helpful. She asked us a few questions and brought us right to options that fit our budget and needs. My husband and I purchased the Tempurpedic Cloud Supreme from Tonya at the Enterprise Bedzzz Express. She took time to explain the different mattresses and help us pick the one that was best for us. Due to health issues, we needed the adjustable bed. Tonya explained that it may take time to get acclimated to the Tempurpedic mattress. I must say, she was right. You don’t get that “I’m sleeping on a cloud “ feeling when you fall into bed. This caused me to question our purchase at first. But, after going away for a few days and sleeping on a different mattress, I had a whole new appreciation for our Tempurpedic! I realized that I was no longer waking with pressure points pain and I was feeling more rested because I was sleeping longer through the night. My husband prefers the slight incline of his head to help with acid reflux; I like the zero gravity to relieve all the pressure from my back and knees. We love our Split-King Tempurpedic Cloud Supreme!
