Great doctors office. I was in & out fast

Everyone is always very caring & kind. Trustworthy, knowledgeable, ENT, allergy. This office has some covid vaccination appts available on Fridays. A nice group of providers in one location near the hospital.

Seen Dr. Becker on many occasions from bothersome skin tags, moles and cysts to hearing tests and allergy testing.Dr. Becker and staff were always friendly and professional. I dont get the overwhelming anxiety I get with most doctors.

Very kind staff, my child was scared but they spoke kindly and soft to with us.

Im very thankful to have found Dr. Nancy Becker. I have dizziness problem all my life, I spend a lot of money in emergency rooms, and she did a great job with me. She is reliable, delicate, and an excellent professional. The staff is wonderful.Thank you!!

Dr. Becker is amazing, but her assistant Tiffany is INCREDIBLE. This combo is a dream team. Tiffany goes out of her way to be kind, & personable. She has built a fantastic relationship with my daughter who trusts her completely, & has asked for Tiffany every time she’s had to have a procedure. My daughter went for her second surgery on Monday, & I’ve probably called the office 3 times since then with questions/concerns. Tiffany is always reassuring me & Dr. Becker makes sure we are taken care of!Also, Dr. Becker made a phone call to us at 7 pm on the night of Brelee’s surgery checking on her! Forever our ENT.

Dr. Becker was able to see my husband even though she had a full schedule; as I had told her that we were moving to Arizona. She was very thorough, professional and helped my husband with his skin condition, his hearing and his sleep apnea. She is not only extremely knowledgeable, but, very friendly and welcoming. I too have gone to her in the past for some skin issues and I would highly recommend her as an excellent choice for a physician.Thank you Dr. Becker for your excellent care!

Dr. Becker is amazing!!! She saved my life and performed an emergent surgery when my usual ENT abandoned me, left me with no patient care and left my 14 week old impacted sinuses to run rampant in my head!!! I have had many follow ups with her and shes nothing short of an Angel!!

I thought it was refreshing to have an appointment at a schedule time, and actually get in within minutes of that scheduled time. My experience had been that oh, yes you are expected to be at your appointment at that time, but you better expect to sit another hour, before your seen. First let me say that Lindsay Peterson, PA-C, Christina, receptionist, are outstanding! Dr. Nancy Becker I would give an average rating due to the fact Ive not had enough exposure to her practice and care. The reason? The other staff behind closed doors.The people who schedule surgeries and those that price them (out-of-pocket especially) and the other receptionist need some work with honoring what they say and training with regard to they way they speak, more dictate, to the patient.If you, Dr. Becker, would like to discuss this in further detail, dont hesitate to contact me.UPDATE...I spoke with one of Dr. Nancy Beckers staff. She called me. She wanted to follow up with regard to this review. I find that outstanding that they would care enough to inquire about what happened. Will I give them my business again? Not sure. Dr. Becker and her team has been helping our family deal with very serious (life threatening) food allergies for over 10 years. Her staff are amazing. This is a small town practice with exceptional care and attention paid to each patient. Dr. Becker has also been exceptional in dealing with other allergies, and a couple other Ear/Nose/Throat issues that have come up over the years. Periodic allergy shots are handled VERY promptly and efficiently - in & right back out again. Billing is always taken care of without issue. Ongoing testing is done with extreme care - something vital when you are doing skin test panels of as many as 30 - 50 items at the same time (on a child). Love them!!

Dr. Beckers office saw me quickly as a new client. They checked out all of my concerns and addressed everything. They immediately got referrals out for CT and Ultrasounds. I am very happy.

Will be a sad day when Debbie retires. Will miss her.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Becker for several years. We love her and her staff. I started first, had allergy workup then started shots. Took my husband because of sinus problems. Dr Becker did some surgery on them and he is so much better. He had to get shots for allergies also. We are both done with them now. If we have any problems in the future, we will definitely go back to Dr Becker.

This lady is awesome! She got me back up and running. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Becker and her staff have been wonderful with my family. She has performed surgery on three of my children (tonsils & adenoids) along with my sinus surgery. I would recommend Dr. Becker to anyone as she and her staff are caring and professional.

Im never disappointed by the skillful hands of Dr. Becker. My only complaint is rarely having a conversation with her. My intake interview is usually conducted by a nurse or intern. The surgery is always performed by Dr. Becker, who, I hope, has only surgery on her mind, and little time to chat. My follow-up interview is also done by associate staff. So you see, there is rarely time to discuss other concerns I might have, or recommendations she might have. I have no suggestions for increasing the doctors time with patients, and wish you all the best.

Mostly terrible. This is the first review I have ever left but I feel people should be warned of this place. Their only concern is the money they receive and not the patients care. I had a surgery during the holidays and the whole experience was negative. From lack of explaining what was actually going on, to their terrible bedside manner, I couldnt be less impressed with this place. I could put all that aside but that all came to an end today. Not only did the surgery on my sinus not fix my problem(actually made it worse), when I went in to have them look at it again, they tried to charge me and told me it wouldnt be considered post op. I feel completely taken advantage of by this office and now have to find a new place to redo the surgery I have alr day had done. Thanks Nancy.

After years of severe headaches, several MRIs, blood tests etc with no results from other doctors, Dr. Becker solved my severe headaches and discovered I had severe food allergies. Now, I no longer have headaches.

Nancy is the BEST ear nose throat doctor and facial plastic surgeon. She truly cares about patients she is kind thorough and takes time to chat and answer questions. She is direct and honest. Mandy one of her staff is awesome, Alama is one of her nurses she is great too. Denise was super awesome but moved on due to husband but we have mandy. I recomnend nancy to everyone . I wouldnt go anywhere except nancy and bonus her daughter is following in her footsteps.Super great doctor nancy is.

I drive over a hour to go there. They really know what there doing and they me feel comfortable and do a great job.

My son has had two surgeries here. I think they are ok. However some staff are NOT kid friendly and I feel like if this place is seeing children maybe have some more kid friendly understanding people there.

Andrew thought he could fix my ear problem with allergy shots and my minor allergies never affected my ears before. It turns out that it was a pinched nerve that was causing my ear to go numb and fill full. Im not happy with his services.

Very upset with Becker’s staffs professionalism. Had ear infection that my physician treated with antibiotics but still had no hearing in one ear. Made appt. with Becker’s office for specialist Dr. Jordan who was very rude and condescending and was more interested in trying to enroll me in sleep apnea studies than treating my ear.He informed me all my medical conditions ( torn rotator cuffs,carpal tunnel,arthritis,and bone Spurs) are because I must be sleeping incorrectly.When asked the difference between the NeilMed squeeze bottle that he wanted to sell me and a nettie pot I already have or a Navage I was considering getting,he said do whatever you want! not the medical advice I needed to fix my ear. I made appt. for follow up with another specialist with Franciscan hospital group and needed hearing tests and results from Becker’s office that my ins.paid for and signed release for .they gave incomplete records. Need to make 3rd appt.now in’s.won’t pay for again! still need test records,still can’t hear in right ear! I have talked to two other people who have gone to this clinic with same results? I won’t be back except to get the records I paid for?
