Scheduling was super simple and without a hassle, so that was a plus from the beginning! Nathan was great to work with and was flexible when I needed to stop my hearing test midway. He let me know first appointment that I could upgrade to new hearing aids and it was one of the best things I heard in a long time! He was so helpful with explaining to me what I needed to know about my test as well as the new hearing aids. The process was easy and provided a great outcome! Would highly recommend going here.

Thanks to her friendly and knowledgeable help not only was she able to check and let me know that my insurance covered the $500 costs of re-programming high quality hearing aides that were given to me, but I was able to walk out of the office WEARING the updated aides - able to hear properly again for the first time in too many years. Ive already referred several friends!
