We had a great experience at this company with Ginny our sales person. We had purchased a mattress set 5 years ago that was for my son and his wifes new house. We love the comfort of the mattress and wanted to purchase a similar one for our new home. Ginny was able to find our previous purchase and direct us to a newer model. We thought with supply chain problems we would have to order and wait for several months to get our mattress. Not only did we get our mattress but it was delivered in the same week. We purchased a queen 8 yrs ago and had no complaints so when we decided to upgrade to a king, we went back to Lancaster Mattress. I hate pushy sale people so I was pleasantly surprised by our salesman, Dave. He was very knowledgable and actually listened to what we said instead of trying to upsell us. He gave us plenty of space to think it over and wasnt pushy in the slightest. He also made sure the delivery fit our schedule. I definitely respect that which is why I recommend him and Lancaster Mattress to my friends and family.

Great service and value

We had the worst experience with Lancaster mattress. We purchased a bed on the store, and the sales lady told us that was the exact bed we would receive, delivered. They sent a different bed, which sucks and is very uncomfortable. When we asked for a switch or our money back, they were very rude, and said wed be charged more if we sent it back! Now they refuse to answer our emails. Do not go here, there are plenty of matress stores around that are so much better.
