Very kind and friendly staff. I shipped a pretty large package to Canada at a really good price! I would definitely recommend this store over a FedEx or USPS store in shipping packages. I would definitely come here again if I need any other service.

I rarely need to ship items so its always a pain. Luckily on this particular day I dealt with Joe Malak. He was great to work with. Very kind and helped me get a large 70 lb item shipped at a reasonable price. The other gentleman there was great as well.

Poor service. I lost out on 2 refunds because of their organization. I got scoffed at and eyes rolled when I had returns to make. I also was waited on by a kid who definitely was not old enough to be working.

Poor customer service and unfriendly staff. Wanted to charge $9 for a box and said the charge was this high because it includes them using their tape. Not returning here again.

I recently shipped a piece of fragile artwork and they did an amazing job showing care and consideration and getting it shipped with delicate hands and no breakage. I used them a few years ago for similar artwork and with good results .... do I decided I would entrust them again. Thank you Ephrata local UPS Store for a great experience.

Do NOT. I repeat Do NOT ship ART through this UPS store. I shipped a beautiful 19th C. Oil on canvas just cleaned and reconditioned. I used their pack and ship service. The person there who packed my artwork showed extreme incompetence. They put a protective box cutout directly against the painted canvas. However the box piece was smaller than the canvas so it was wrapped inside bubble applying pressure on the canvas ripping it in 3 spots. I called them to get an insurance quote and they said the UPS driver would come take it back the same way it came and through a evaluation process see if it’s worth the value and then DESTROY IT. What a joke. If you have fine art DO NOT USE THESE AMATEURS. Also, when they say “insured” it only means they will insure the price you paid for it. This piece even though bought for a few hundred is worth 5x that. So no way are they taking it to destroy it. So I have to pay to get it fixed.Not a happy customer. I’ve used UPS 300 times these past 2 years and never had an issue. Watch out for these small privately owned shops and do your research.

A tad incompetent, lack of communication but act like its the customers fault 2 stars equal the woman, arm tattoo, glasses, frumpy and attitude. Judges give it 2 stars.

They need to correct their hours on Google maps. Watch out! Their doors may be locked during hours listed on Google maps!

I was very impressed with the competent and helpful staff. Tye worked with me to get a science poster printed quickly, as I was running short on time. He explained clearly what to expect and notified me as soon as it was ready for pick up. Friendly staff and excellent customer service . Will definitely use their services again.

The property manager should give full cooperation to PA Secretary of State and law enforcement if he or she wants to be on the right side of the law.

I come here almost every day due to my job and every time that I come here I always have a great experience. Ty always helps me with heavy packages and is able to check me out within 5 minutes. Really recommend this UPS store.

The team at this UPS Store is the best. The manager Lindsay is always willing to go above and beyond and help in any way. They are always so easy to work with and all the printed products I get look amazing. I highly recommend!

Dont listen to the hrs went there at 610 and it says on the door they close at 630 and the doors locked what makes it worse is I called 5 minutes before.

This place is worthless now, the new gm clearly has no clue what hes doing and looks perpetually hungover, and no one there looks at all like they want you in the store, like your burdening them with your business. My father used to be a great customer of theirs, now were going to go to the Postal Connections, I suggest everyone do the same.

Horrible! Just left there and was carrying a huge/heavy package, a tall dark haired guy behind the counter failed to look at the label already on the package and asked me to lift it onto the counter scale, really?! He did not even ask if I needed help seeing as though it was extremely heavy, which I was baffled. He then proceeds to say oh nevermind its already labeled. Not only did I come to drop off a package, I also had one to pick up. He asked when did I get the notice it arrived, I said yesterday, he proceeds to tell me to come back tomorrow cause the driver only gets there around 2:45pm (it was right before 2pm). I said can you please see if its here, my email said it arrived yesterday! Yes it was there! I dont know if he was just too lazy to look or what, but if you hate your job that much... Do the rest if society a favor and find a new one! Dont be arrogant and rude to the people keeping you in business!

I was juggling a big return package to send and a small baby in my hands and they were so helpful, opened the door and took the package right away and took care of it, I was in and out which to always helpful with a little one! Great customer service, ThanKS for making my day easier!

Lindsay and the rest of the staff at the Ephrata UPS Store are great!!! Anytime I need something printed or shipped they are friendly and ready to help. I also had a photo canvas wrapped there and it turned out wonderfully!

Been wondering why it’s so expensive to ship flat rate USPS boxes here....they don’t tell you this but they add a surcharge over postal rates. Just paid $9.95 for $7.25 flat rate envelope. $13.85 for $6.85 Box.That won’t happen again...

Store was closed at 1:20 PM on a Saturday when it is supposed to be open until 2 PM. A man was inside and saw me try to open the door and did not even come over to the door.

This is by far the worst UPS store I have dealt with.

Always friendly and fast service. Will go out of my way for this store instead of the Lititz one!
