Easy place to make copies since I do not have a printer.

Good staff clean store, however prices are pretty high considering online only stores. However when you need some ink in a hurry, they have it!

Got confused with the Staples offer regarding recycling ink cartridges. Called and spoke to the manager, Steve, and he was wonderful over the phone. Once we purchased at the store, he had to approve my coupon and again was very friendly and helpful. Great experience! Steve is cool.

Found the laptop adapter I needed and even though the manufacturer of the adapter didnt say if it worked for my device, the sales representative was willing to open the package to make sure that it was compatible before I purchased it. As always, competitive pricing and excellent service.

So i dont use staples very often but i had some work i needed printed out and heather was who helped me!! She was absolutely amazing and quick with everything i needed done!! She caught amy blemishes and reprinted them so they would be perfect!! Being a graphic designer who doesnt have big enough printers i would highly recommend this staples to any one!! Printing is expensive...but hold on...i didnt print it at home as I ran out of ink...very friendly staff...incredible quality of paper...to such a point that the notary agreed with me. They are a great call for emergency printing....I will need them in a couple of days for color...I will update

I got excellent help, I was totally confused with how to order postcards online for in store pickup. I called in and this guy helped me sooo much. He actually logged into my account and did it for me!! I am so highly impressed!!

Sales people and esp. Cust. Service folks have no idea what they are selling let alone how to HELP someone with questions ! EVERY time I go to that desk the person there is clueless until they ask someone else HOW or WHAT ! UGH ! I understand if they are new but goodness- they have this many new ones ? They esp. have problems explaining the Rewards Program ! Sheesh ! I also work in a local store and our employees are VERY trained as to how things like this work !

Visited today soon after 9 with interest in buying a suite of home office furniture. We appeared to be the only customers. One employee was outdoors when we arrived and there were two that we saw on the sales floor; while they must have seen us enter we were not greeted. We were there about fifteen minutes in the furniture dept. One male employee walked by us as we were closely examining the underside of a desk. When we left, he and another associate were gossiping at the check out. She did stop chatting long enough to wish us a good day. If they have no more interest than that, I am happy to place my order for four items, over $400, online rather than in store.

What a ripoff for ink, thought they would be cheaper or the same as cartridge world. Why buy the OEM ones when you can get generics for only $10 online with free shipping (A WHOLE SET OF ALL COLORS).Staples is a joke, and the sales people are clueless.
