We drove an hour to look at the inventory here and were very impressed by the number of good quality vehicles at reasonable prices. I was even further impressed by the attention we received in spite of how busy the lot was. In between helping two other customers, Ryan answered my questions and directed me to a vehicle that was in the price and mileage range I had in mind. After taking the car for a spin, and realizing beyond doubt that we wanted to purchase it, Ryan told us exactly how long we should expect for him to need to finish the sale he was currently writing up for another customer. We went and got ice cream down the road and returned. The process for purchase was very straight forward and smooth, and when there was a problem at the end with OUR payment method, Ryan was very helpful and understanding and worked with us through a stressful call to our bank. In the end we left feeling very respected and happy. During this entire process I witnessed Ryan handle other customers and staff and was consistently impressed by his patience, knowledge and care. Joe Arciuolo is an outstanding young man who was very respectful, easy going, and no pressure. Joe answered our questions and communicated with us through each stage of the process from initial viewing, to test-drive, negotiating, working through the notary process, and being patient through some difficulties I had with my insurance. Shady dealer. Told Ryan that I would be out to put down payment on truck as soon as I got out of work and as I arrived to buy the vehicle, he was selling it to someone else. He could have at least called me to tell me that someone else was trying to buy it before I drove over an hour to get there. Very poor business practices and because of this I would recommend finding someone with business etiquette to deal with rather than this joke of a dealer.No excuse for what you did, you will be out of business in no time with your shady business practices.

Bought a Chevy Malibu from here in June 2020. Ryan was really down to earth and knows his s*it I dont take him as the kind to sugar coat anything or tell you a bunch of lies to sell a car he kept things very honest and the car runs great. Ask questions, have someone else look it over if you want to are wary about the negative reviews. Like I said, Ryan was very honest and open to talking about any issues I had which were only VERY minor to begin with. Would highly recommend and would purchase from again! Thank you guys so much!

They did not follow warranty. you try to get response and they avoid you. save your time, effort and money. I wish i trusted these negative reviews from the start.I told them what issues were occurring. I emailed AND mailed them what needed fixed and i was ignored. i get used cars and cars in general will have their normal car issues. you can’t expect a brand new car from a used car dealership but these issues occurred before i even drove off the lot. i was told the issues would be fixed and to come back for it. i figured this fell within my warranty anyways... i came back for the vehicle later on and the issue were still occurring. This was very unfortunate since i lived so far away. They told me to have my mechanic look at it so i went to two local shops. i then sent the official sheet on what needed fixed and i was never spoke to about fixing the issues. I even asked what my warranty covered to see if any help could be given but i was put on hold/avoided. The only time i really has a conversation was when i asked about the possibility of trading it for another car on the lot. it seemed to be the only option i really had. as a student, i don’t just have a grand to put into the car and i figured i had a warranty for a reason.. especially since these issues were suppose to be fixed before hand. I drove 2 hours from home, i had high hopes with this business that it could have the potential and ability to be worth something. Don’t get me wrong, i love my vehicle and i try to take great care of it to the best of my ability since i do not have the funds to fix the issues and since the warranty was basically ignored. but it’s unfortunate it won’t last past the time it’ll take me to pay it off. i am disappointed in the staff and customer service of this business. do better :(

Worst experience Ive had with a used car dealer! Tried to get my car inspected, not even a year had I had the vehicle. Needless to say it would not pass! Numerous holes in the rockers one the size of the basketball! I have never noticed these holes because they were full of spray foam and Chip guard that has worn off! I would love to share pictures but it wont let me

Made an appointment and Drove over 2 hrs to look at a car and when we arrived we were told we would have to wait while someone else drove it because they had cash in hand.

I think itd be hard to have a much better used-car-buying experience. Ryan and Nick are great guys who truly honor their warranties and would never leave you hanging. While repairs were being done on my vehicle, they generously offered me a car to drive from their lot until the repairs were completed. They were easy to get a hold of and communicate with throughout the duration of the buying process. Would definitely recommend!

I would recommend Cars R Us to anyone. Very professional and extremely easy to work with. If you cant find what you are looking for on the lot, just give them your price point and what type of vehicle you are looking for and theyll do the searching for you. Ive witnessed countless times going above and beyond to esnsure warranty work goes smoothly for all, whether its making the phone calls or supplying loaner vehicles. They will take the extra time to explain the warranty and the loan process so you feel comfortable purchasing a used vehicle from them.

Ryan and his crew are indeed some down to earth type of guys, Helpful and kind with always the willingness to go above and beyond to make sure you are going down the road safely and happy in what ever it is that you received, Ive bought an 05 GMC Sierra and an 05 Chrysler 300 from them within a month, why not, good deals, safe rides, mechanically well done,and very nice detailing inside and out, in short just the place to go for what you need the most...

I would not recommend this place nor the people... bought a suv from them and with a month and a half I had to replace motor mounts and timing chain.... I think they just bring them home from the auction and just clean them and sell them...

Terrible customer service, don’t listen to these fake reviews done by the owner himself and his junkie friends. They are junk cars bought super cheap at the car auctions and re-sold with ZERO work done on them. The owner is shady and has been fired from several actually reputable dealerships and gets his friends to leave fake good reviews for him. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE LEGIT!

Usually I would be timid to deal with used car lots but this one had some really nice vehicles for a solid price and became the best one I’ve been too. My car had a brand new inspection and had any issues taken care of before purchasing. I’m very happy with my experience. Highly recommend 👍

Sold me a vehicle with an inspection sticker and a broken suspension plus a list of other things wrong with it...I am a United States Veteran...i told them that...they still sold me a vehicle that could kill me and or my passengers...broken shocks...engine leaks everywhere....gaskets are all jacked up...fake inspection sticker...trash human beings....90 day warranty 3000 miles....Cars R Us is absolute trash....you lie to a soldier, you steal from someone who gave all...you deserve the gallows
