I had a recall for airbags on my 2010 Milan!!! Grant it my car aint pretty to look at but only stranded me once in 6yrs. I picked it up n my alignment is really off. They tried saying it was off when I brought it which is bullcrap!!! It was 10/25/21 I took it in June to get front struts n right axle put on !!!!!! It got n alignment so now Ill b without a car 2 days in a row n b late for work both days!!!!!! They singled me out for having a junky looking car in there garage! Sorry I cant afford a new one.

I was satisfied with the main job that was to be completed. However I thought the multi-point inspection form had a few inaccurate results. My car is 12 years old and I know the car well as I have been the only owner. The technician filled out the form thoroughly but there were 3 items marked that were marked incorrectly. My horn does work, it does have a pretty bad oil leak and the brake pads are not new….they need replaced soon. I appreciate the extra time that is taken to glance over the overall health of the vehicle, but i hope in the future to receive accurate results, otherwise there isn’t much point of giving multi-point inspection results to the customer.

I wouldnt buy from them again. The truck I bought was 40k miles over their suggested transmission fluid change. I had to pay for that. The wiper motor is blown they want $500 to fix it. (Probably will just fix it myself) but Ive only owned the truck for MAYBE 2 months. Im extremely hesitant to even take it to them for service in the future. Good luck to you guys at ford some of yall seem nice, but I wouldnt recommend this business.

Was told service would take a few hours, but it was done a lot sooner than expected. They also had the courtesy to call me and advise me of something else that needed to be done and the price to handle it now compared to later. Excellent customer service all the way through. I have been a loyal and happy customer for 4 years now. The new text messaging serivce to get updates during maintenance repairs is great as well.

Spent a pleasant afternoon waiting for a factory recall to be fixed. Everyone I saw had a smile. Very relaxing and great work.

Traveling far from home and had an engine issue. Champion to the rescue! Despite no room in the days bookings they squeezed me in. Ran a diagnostic ($100ish), found and fixed the problem (newly installed spark plug by a different dealer was cracked - rough engine/engine light ON) $35 to fix that. No upsell pressure, everyone friendly and polite. As great as all that was their shuttle took me back to my hotel. AND PICKED ME UP WHEN MY TRUCK WAS READY.Awesome people, great experience. Thanks to a great trio of employees Scott Ainsworth,Charlie Stiles and Joe for making my new auto purchase go smoothly and with there knowledge I felt I was in good hands great job guys!

Scheduled my car to replace a flat tire, as the #1 priority. Purchased 4 tires from Champion 2 years ago, and confirmed they had tire info when scheduling appointment. Drove on a donut spare for 5 days waiting for the appointment. Also, was to do a front brake job (#2 priority) and an oil change (#3). If there was time, also to do state inspection. Well, we get to end of day, and ... wait for it ... Champion failed to replace the tire, and failed to do the brake job. Epic fail on the 2 most important items.They did get the oil change and preliminary inspection. They wanted to keep the car overnight, but I needed a car the next day, and they would not provide a vehicle for me to use. Then, the next appointment offered was 2 weeks out, so I will be driving on the donut for nearly 3 weeks while waiting on them. Have not had any issues before, but this was NOT good service! Not even CLOSE!!

Merch was super nice and awesome! Everything went quick and easy for purchasing my 2018 Ford Escape. I even opted in to purchasing the platinum package with my vehicle. That way if anything happens to my new vehicle Champion Ford will be there to help me out, and its a lot less stress on me. On a scale from 1 to 10 theyre a 15 for sure. Will definitely refer friends and family to check them out if theyre in need of a new vehicle, and will always keep them in mind for future purchases as well.

I scheduled my vehicle for an oil change and filter change. They could have not been any more accommodating. I dropped off the car the night before they completed the service quicker than anticipated I give their service department 5 stars.

People felt genuine and they certainly have a system down. The gentlemen who worked with me advised other work on my truck, broke down the cost, and I did not feel pressured to do anything they suggested. Very good service experience. Would be 5 star if it wasn’t for the long wait for routine stuff. Oil change, inspection, and tire rotation 2+ hours.

Took a trip here from Buffalo to get my car inspected, they said I had 1k worth of stuff to fix when I got a pre inspection before I came. Then they told me they didnt even have the the right guy there in order to give me the proper inspection sticker. Waste of a trip and a day off going to this dump.
