I am appalled and shocked to the core by the poor quality of detailing service my niece received at the dealership! She was treated with lack of respect by multiple managers whom not only undermined her intelligence but demonstrated poor communication skills by not taking her complaint seriously. They had two chances to make things right but still fall short of expectations. Truly disappointed to say the least, lost our trust and our business for good. We will NOT return nor recommend anyone to come here. Please do not waste your money or time here.
I had my car initially detailed here in August 2021. The detailing cost $223 for exterior and interior. The interior detailing was done so poorly I am actually speechless. Upon inspection, there were debris, food crumbs, dirt, hair, and even a piece of a dog treat that was left. Staff member Alex witnessed this. I expressed my concerns and a second detailing was offered. I reluctantly agreed as the initial detailing took 8 hours and was poorly done, but the manager Peter assured if I was not satisfied and if the car was not detailed to their standards, I would be refunded. I was disappointed the second time around. The detailing staff Jordan came to my house unannounced to drop off my car (they said they would call when it was finished so I could look it over), and appeared reluctant to go over the car detailing. Upon inspection this time around, the spots in between the back seats and vents were AGAIN still lined with hair and dirt (I have a dog I travel with)—spots I pointed out to their manager Peter when he asked what spots were missed the first time. He assured they would be cleaned and detailed. There was dirt on the seats and I was told that it was faded leather. I insisted as it was a newer car and that it was not faded leather and used a standard car cleaner solution and microfiber cloth and those dirt spots came right off. Oddly, Jordan then pointed out spots on the vehicle that were painted and stated “I don’t know who did this, but they clearly did not let the paint dry and that’s why you see the spots”. I revealed to him it was done by the Mercedes Body shop a few months ago. I believe that was a dig at me, but ironically it was Mercedes and their contracted body shop at Contemporary Motors who did that body work. So 09/10, I finally have time to come to the dealership to get my refund. They require you to come in person and speak with the manager to get a refund— per Jordan and Alex. The manager Peter states he never said I could get a refund. He implied strongly I lied that he said I could get a refund if the second detailing wasn’t done properly. He then offered a $50 credit. After a lengthy conversation on the floor, I asked for privacy to discuss this matter to not upset staff or other customers around. I was denied this and moved to the front desk where the service staff sat. A lady customer a few feet away had front row view to this entire interaction. I felt this was unprofessional. Another man approached, did not introduce himself and only spoke to Peter (in front of me) when recounting the incident and the manager Peter stated he inspected the car and it was to his satisfaction so this man told me the detailing was done right because Peter said so. They continued to minimize my concerns. And at one point smiled in my face on the brink of it being a laughable matter. I am appalled. The man who approached is George and he identified himself as a manager. He even raised his voice and took an unbelievably condescending tone with me. Despite picture evidence, these men continued to gaslight me. Ridiculed me and even stated they’ve never had a customer like me. I kept a calm and even tempered demeanor despite George speaking increasingly loud and condescendingly at me stating “I don’t care about the first time your car was detailed”. Please, do not come here for any detailing, service or body work. You will be treated unfairly especially if you look like me.

To describe this place in one word: unprofessional. It’s astounding they’re still in business when their work is sloppy and their attitudes even sloppier. For the absurd price they charge to *not* detail your car properly, you would be better off just throwing that money in a furnace. Message to the staff: DO BETTER!!! Message to potential customers: STAY AWAY!!!

Treating your customers with disrespect even yelling at them is already bad enough. Doing it in front of other customers is appalling. Wont be buying a car or doing any business here again.
