Disappointed with the service provided from this location. I have always had Acura vehicles because of there only being one Acura dealer in Erie I have been considering my next vehicle purchase of a different make to avoid any interaction with this company.

The Kelley Blue Book buying program is a complete waste of time. I filled out application on line and it said i should receive $3100 at dealership... they offered me $1300. They said I had some dings (11 year old car, really?1)... I sold it on Craigslist less that 5 hours after that waste of time for $3300.
