Worst service ever!!!! Never again!!!!! Making people wait 2hours for a service, I have seen other places do in 30mins. My husband did the whole tire change by himself. We werent going to wait any longer for that service!! The lady before us for her tires, she actually made an appointment and still had to wait 2 hours! You need a lot of help in that department!

Bought tire through there, but cant get in to have them put on!!! What happen to making appointments there?!?

We were so impressed with how quick and inexpensive our experience was with this Walmart - they went above and beyond what we were expecting. I will now be using Walmart for most of my repair and service needs!

Needed a new tire and luckily they had one. Everyone was great!

On my way home from wk I ran over a huge bolt, so I rushed over to Walmart because I bought my tires from them an I had road hazard on them, granted it was 530 pm, an of course there were 7 cars in front of me, but once again I had no choice but to wait, they said about 2 hours, so Im thinking wow they close at 7, are they gonna say just come back in the am, no it was after 8pm when they finished I was so happy they got it fixed !! Such an awesome crew in the tire department an no charge either, highly recommend the road hazard, cause I didnt have the money at the time for a new tire !! Keep up the good wk guys u rock !! The burbs back on the road again !!❤

I purchased 4 tires and had them installed with new valve stems and balancing. After I returned home I noticed 2 of the tires were mounted backwards. The tire actually has a rotation direction arrow right on the tire. I havent seen a lot of this but it is getting more common.

Their air compressor broke, which was fine, because accidents happen. But nobody in the shop thought it would be a good idea to tell any customers, so we all waited for an hour before I realized what was going on.

I was told by the mechanic it was a 45 minute wait until my car would be in plus 30 minutes for an oil change. I came back 1.5 hours later, not done. Came back an additional 45 minutes later and my car was still parked in its original spot. I asked what the hold up was and the lady working at the counter left and came back to tell me I was next in line. When I told her I had been waiting over 2 hours for an oil change that the mechanic told me would have been done after 1.5 hours she told me I must have misunderstood and shrugged her shoulders. Terrible customer service and time management. I won’t be back.

Money money money they have it all

Showed up at 7:10. Waited at the back door with a 78 year old lady for ten minutes for the door to open. Once somebody finally showed up we were told their tech slept in and wouldn’t be there for at least another 20 minutes because he overslept...I came back at 8:30. Tried to get an oil change but could not understand a word he said. Talked to another lady to finally figure out there was a 2 hour wait.Needless to say I went elsewhere. I drove right into the garage and have been treated excellent.I will never be back to Walmart’s Tire Center.

They got all the automotive basics, oils, transmission fluid, brake fluid, tires, bulbs, batteries, stereos and speakers, lubricants, tow straps, grease guns, trailer hitches, receivers, window tint, decals, seat covers, air filters, batteries, battery chargers, car cleaning supplies. They have it all at decent prices, also have the tire center and oil change bays.

The only place we go to for tires, oil change and other great services! Super professional and friendly!

Wal-Mart all ways seams to have what I need.This time was a battery for my Polaris Quad. The young man that helped us in auto was very pleasant and knowledgeble.

Needed tire patched. Was able to get right away. The man was polite and helpful and got it done within 30min.

Its going to be a little over an hour to change 2 tires because they have a bunch of crap in the way in the tire bay. On top of that they charge extra to balance new tires AND charge extra for valve stems. Are you kidding me?? These reasons and so many more are why I dont shop at Walmart anymore. This is my first and last time coming here for tires.

Service varies but mostly good. Earlier you get there the faster you are out

They installed a set of tires, and one continually leaked for at least a year. Eventually got really bad. Took it in, there was a tire sensor that either they damaged or they shouldve noticed when it was installed. They replaced the sensor at no cost.

Absolutely beautiful to see.

I came in to get a plug in tire there were 2 cars ahead of me I sat and watch car after car go in and out for well over an hour before they came and got me and told me my car was done. Was not very happy
