I do not understand how this is a trusted shop for Ameriprise Insurance.They did not get the dent out of the side panel, it is better but you can still see the dent.They scratched my entire car. Guy said it arrived dirtyMy Mazda has only been hand washed. I have lots of photos from when car was loaded on to tow truck and there are no scratches. Luckily I took video also. I really hope I dont have to get a lawyer 😥☹Just found out they used aftermarket parts on my car. They did not ask if this was ok.Entire repair is being redone at a reputable shop.This place has caused me so so much wasted time and effort.

Joe, the service writer who was helping me always answered my questions in a timely fashion and I was always updated on the progress on my vehicle as well. I highly recommend this shop! We had an overall amazing experience! We took our truck here after someone had done a hit and run while our vehicle was parked leaving the tailgate broken. To make things worse we didn’t have full coverage on this vehicle so we had to pay all out of pocket. I had explained the situation with the shop and they worked with us and I am so grateful for them and they did a beautiful job and got everything done within less then a week. I can’t thank Jesse and his team enough! So if you’re looking for a place to repair your car this is the one. There customer service is outstanding and they do amazing work!

Having been in two accidents within the last 6 months, the easiest part of getting everything sorted out was working with this shop. Marlon Ramirez helped me out and answered any questions I had without making it seem like I was a burden! Fast communication and quick and efficient work! Great customer service. I was working with Joe Stalcup he was very helpful and knowledgeable on what my vehicle needed in order for it to be repaired. I had gotten rear ended so i had to get my bumper and other items repaired and very happy how it came out. Looks perfect like i have never been hit. I brought my elderly moms Toyota Avalon to the Mossy Collision Center in Escondido to repair the 2 passenger side doors that she damaged in a parking lot when she hit a concrete barrier. The staff at Mossy was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. Moms Avalon was repaired expertly on time & beyond our expectations. Ive used other collision repair shops in the past & have to say that Mossy was by far the best collision repair experience Ive had. If I ever need future collision repairs (hopefully not!) Ill definitely bring my vehicle(s) to Mossy Collision Escondido again. 5 star rating for sure!

They repair my vehicle Nissan Frontier back to where it looked better than I thought it could look with the use of OEM parts there was no delays. truck looks like it is brand new again. if I need work on this or any other vehicle this is where I will take it

Mossy Collision Center in Escondido has now had my car for 6 weeks (41 days total) and still is not able to tell me when theyll have it done. I previously had a positive experience with them. Now, I will never take my car there again. Ive never written a negative review on any service provider before, but Mossys service has been so truly egregious, I feel its my only way to get help or call attention to the level of ineptitude. The individual assigned as my account manager does not return my phone calls. Ever. In six weeks -- not once. Ill call to speak to him for an update and if I have to leave a message for him, I do. The person taking the message confirms hell call me back. He never does. I call again the next day and if he happens to be the one to pick up the phone, he wont have answers and hell indicate hes going to get more information and call me back. He never does. In 6 weeks, he has not once called me directly. Seriously. I feel as though my car is being held hostage. Ive been really accommodating and friendly and feel totally victimized by their shockingly bad service.

After having some bad luck elsewhere – we couldn’t be happier with Mossy Collision Center Escondido. We recently purchased a 2015 Nissan Titan from a small local used car dealership. The truck had a small dent on the tailgate and on the front bumper when we bought it. The used car dealership had agreed to fix it. They sent it to their own repair shop and what a mistake. The tailgate was completely ruined beyond repair. It came back with uneven rippled Bondo across the entire tailgate (not just where the dent was) and the paint color was about 3 shades lighter than the original truck color.That’s when we decided to take the truck to Mossy Collision Center Escondido to have it repaired the RIGHT way! Kurt Loibl and the team at Mossy did a fantastic job! The truck looks brand new now with all matching paint on the tailgate and front bumper and no Bondo. The team at Mossy has amazing customer service – they’re friendly, courteous and professional. We highly recommend Mossy Collision Center Escondido.
