Staff was very friendly and helpful, didnt have what I was looking for but called other location to find the item. Also offered to order online and get it to me same day if other location did not have it.

People here are absolutely useless, a few employees know their stuff and actually know what they are doing, i called in to check if something was in stock to which i was told it was, and when i arrived to the store they tell me they dont have it in-stock,

Large selection of parts and quickly figured out what would fit in my car with the autozone website. Finding the part was quick with good labelling and checkout was fast too.

He looked for the best deals and the best items to keep my car lasting. Very knowledgeable upon just looking into the car hood. Answered every question with all honesty. He did have to call a manager to have a second opinion. I appreciated that he was getting a second opinion rather than just continuing the job. Amazing job!

I was in your location this morning. Im a Volunteer driver for the DMV and I was filling up across Washington Street at the AAA Fuels station. The step van I was driving had a bad battery and would not start after I filled it up. I hiked across the street to the AutoZone nd your team didnt even hesitate to try and help.In particular, Jesse walked back over to the station and tried to charge the battery but it just wouldnt take the charge.He spent quite a while in the heat of the day trying to get it started but to no avail.Eventually we had to make other arrangements with the DMV and the van but the effort and desire to help was very much appreciated.Please take the time to recognize Jesse for his efforts as well as the other folks at this location.Thank you.Jeff Forbes

So gracious for Alex Padilla, our car died but we managed to jump it and limp to auto zone. Alex was there and helped us immediately and even changed the battery for us, then diagnosed the issue as a wrong sized battery for the car. He installed the replacement and took our old one out in about 10mins (analyzed the issue and installed). My wife and I cannot thank him enough. Much appreciated. Give Alex a Raise!

Overpriced car parts. You would do much better with buying online. The store is large but the selection seems small.

Pretty knowledgeable folks working there. The problem was they looked with out. They were a bit grumpy but still were trying.

Just an autozone, but with a rather large and quite diverse selection of specialty tools when compared to the generic selection you tend to see at other autozones.I prefer this location for this reason!

The store is exceptionally clean and well organized. There are unique items I couldnt found online or other auto parts store.

Needed wiperblades, but didnt know what kind or how much they cost. The attendant showed me the difference in quality, to help me make a more cost effective decision. After I made the purchase, the same attendant came out, and not only installed the blades, but showed me how to install the blades for the future. He was nice, attentive, and well educated in blade installation.

They are amazing!! I was there earlier around 2 pm. They help me put in my new windshields and explain the process. Thx a lot guys!!

Extremely helpful and had everything I needed. Directly across the street from taco bell which is very important when working on a car.

I tend to not like the staff at most mechanic part stores and honestly I have been working on cars for mannny years of my life. A lot of part stores staff are a pain the A$# to say the least. The staff here though is awesome. I always feel like they are actually working and taking care of the people as they come in.

Not experience, and most of all parts fell apart. They are cheap but so are there parts. Will be going to NAPA from now on

I was having battery issues, the guys tested my battery and confirmed the verdict, I needed a new battery, got one with 5 years warranty at a pretty reasonable price. Plus the store was open at 7:30am, exactly at the time when Im on the road and they lended me some tools as well, so Im happy.

I dont understand how he is even working at this place, at the check out all I wanted was to buy something and there two other ppl for parts, and hes on check out and simply say you have to stand in line, this guy wears glasses and can barely speak English! I bought a new premium battery for my car and then few days later the battery was dead. Call my AAA and confirmed that my battery was the problem and the alternator was fine (they have a device that creates a report and give the readings for the battery and alternator). Anyway, I took my battery to Autozone store located at 642 N Escondido Blv. CA. and they told me to leave it there for 2 hrs. I when back after the 2 hrs period and they said that the battery charge was low and they need to charge it 18 hours more.!!!!!!!I talked to the manager about the charging time and requested a new battery but he refused and stayed that I need to wait until the battery was completely charge!!!Now, I have not car for a day!!!great!!! I decided to buy the most expensive battery that Autozone has for my car to avoid any of this but I guess I was wrong.I had shop many years with them but this is the last time I will shop with them.The corporation need to train the managers in customer service!!!!
