Accessibility: there are accessible/handicap parking across from the entrance of the building as well as pick up for online orders...you have to download the Target app for this, type in your parking spot number, then someone will bring your items out to you. The parking lot to the front doors are all flat ground so need for a ramp there, then the doors are motion-activated and will open for you. Inside, this Target is two or three floors so they have both elevators and escalators. It is brightly lit inside and they have restrooms on the bottom floor, possibly all floors.Experience: this Target is a little smaller in selections than the other Target in Escondido but sometimes this one has stuff the other doesnt. This place has clothing, homegoods, skin care items, fresh fruit and vegetables, frozen items, canned items, holiday things and more.

Less people, more items. I went there at 11am yesterday and the cashier Hailey was super nice and patient. She deserves a promotion XD. Thank you Hailey for helping me!

Everyone was very polite and helpful. The store had great merchandise. I got lots of goodies from food to exercise clothes. Plus I earned a $5 giftcard for using my Target credit card with my qualifying purchase. I recommend Target to everyone!!

Target at Westfield North County is always clean when I shop there. While I shop, I have been offered assistance from a store associate on almost every visit.This store is the only place in the mall to get house supplies and groceries; located on the 1st floor.Need to restock while shopping Westfield North County, shop at this Target.

I couldnt believe how efficient it was. After having several bad experiences at your competitors, I was delightfully surprised and how easy and fast the whole experience was. You know what youre doing and that means a lot to a senior lady. Bravo!

My cashier Mindy was amazing. She saw that I was walking through the store with a cart full and pulling a bike. She came right over and offered to take the bike downstairs to guest services for me. She went out of her way to then find me in the store to confirm where she was holding the bike. She also helped me checkout later in the morning and was extremely pleasant to talk with. Friendly staff that go above and beyond is exact reason that I continue to shop at Target.

The Target app works well with the Target store I can look up what I want and it tells me where to find it and how many are in stock. The only issue I had was trying to find Isle 41 in kitchen as it was not in order.

Customer service went to the Escondido Target. Joanne was super nice at check out and suggested I use the target app for more great deals and informed me about the Red Card.

Did curbside pick up & it was great got email that my order was ready & link to let target know I was on my way & when arrived notified I was there recieved a # which targetSales clerk had to match up with my phone when they brought order out to curbsideAnd it was fast less than a minute before they brought order to my vehicle.Was by far best curbside p/u I have experienced this far

Who doesnt love Target? My only gripe about this location that I have noticed a few things are priced higher here than other Target locations. Probably because they are located in a mall.

The stores are always clean and well organized. The workers are helpful and polite.

Target was very well stocked, there was someone cleaning the carts, and I was able to find everything that I needed. There was only 1 person in front of me for the checkout and there were a number of people available to help people do self checkout. I love the target app - it helps me to find everything so quickly. Ms. Wildred in checkout took time to explain some of the features in the app that I was unaware of. Great service!

This store is clean and well stocked. The employees are friendly and helpful. Employees are cleaning the check-out areas in between shoppers which is great. I can always find what I am looking for here (this store is on 3 levels) and the pharmacy is also very helpful - they treat you like a person, not a number.

The staff here are so helpful and nice. They are doing great with cleaning between customers for the whole Covid thing. The guy working in electronics was walking around asking if customers needed help. Then, get this, actually being helpful and knowledgeable about products. Wish more stores would be like this.

Fast, great service

During this time of quarantine, I find that this Target experience reassuring. The store employees followed protocols from wiping down the carts upon entry, answer questions about stock, informing customers to wait while the check out area was being wiped down. Cashier was friendly asking about my day and if I was able to find everything. This store is located at the Westfield Mall in Escondido, CA. Currently it is the only retail store open there during the shelter in place order. It is a store with three floors but I got all my basic cleaning items, toilet paper and groceries on the first floor.

It was very easy to order online & pick up in-store. I also designated an alternate pick-up person (during checkout). The whole process was very efficient!

Went to this Target location the other day, completely out of so many items. From toilet paper and paper towels to basic Campbells soup. I like the 3 story format, easier to get around, bought a small fan for the summer. It was not crowded but empty shelves abound...

This is a pretty standard target. Big selection, good prices. The location is at a mall, so parking isnt great. Another effect of being in a mall is that the bathrooms are never quite clean. The target is 3 levels, so it has cool cart escalators which I hadnt seen in a target before.

I did an exchange for 2 items for the exact same items a size bigger. I had my receipt and I got the same exact items and was told there was a 40 cent difference for a reason not even the cashier could explain. I know it was 40 cents but the issue is why was I made to pay more. I ended up having to pay the 40 cents because at this point there was a line behind me and didnt want to hold up the line anymore.

They are always clean and very well stocked, especially the cosmetic department. I can usually find everything I need there, even hard to find items like the Organix coconut curls line although it would be amazing if they could get the coconut curls hair cream too! They currently carry the shampoo and conditioner which is great.

I am at target team member and stopped in your store this afternoon as I was trying to help a friend out that lives in Escondido. At the last minute they wanted a couple items from target. So I went to the target at the Westfield North County mall. As I went to check out. I had four items to purchase. the front end and a LOD both refused to take my employee number because I did not have my target ID on me. I work at the North Park express target And was taught to do what is right for the guest. In this situation I was a team member and a guest. I was infuriated that they were making such a big deal about not having my ID and refused me to input my ID so I could check out my four items.It’s company policy they kept on repeating. At our North Park store we would’ve understood the situation and just ask next time please remember to bring in your ID.Those two employees should be ashamed of the way they treated a coworker.

Health & safety of customers and employees is really in the forefront at this Target. Employee at check out cleaned everything between guests. Employees making rounds throughout the store the clean handles, and other frequently touched surfaces. This will certainly be my go to store.

Huge Target store with multiple levels. The shelves are always well stocked. Located in the North County mall. There is a pharmacy and a Starbucks. Cashiers are super efficient. I never wait in a long line at this Target.

Ok so I called this target this yesterday around noon. I was calling to look for a specific toy that was on clearance in my area at about 7 different target locations. Additionally it was on clearance at another 15-20 locations ranging from Oregon to Florida. So when I called the location and spoke to the employee who put the two toy items on hold for me, I was reassured that guest services would honor the clearance price and price match the other Target locations.Fast forward to 7 hours later when my sister went to Target to pick them up. She was told by the “front end manager” Elgine that they would not be price matching the items. I even provided a copy of a receipt that a friend send me to show I wasn’t crazy or making it up. Well then Elgine starts to explain every reason why they won’t price match and goes into how online is different so they can’t price match blah blah blah. I explained to Elgine that I’ve worked retail for years and that this was very poor customer service—being told two different things and then him not honoring the price match. In the end he was just making excuses and not really justifying why besides he wasn’t going to do it and I had no other option than to pay full price.I asked for his manager and for the store manager but because the store manager is out on vacation I won’t be able to contact her. And then his manager was out so I couldn’t talk to him. Additionally they have no direct contact besides just calling the store to talk to the person directly. This all just sounded really bad as far as customer service and communication goes.So I will be following up with the matter and escalating to the store manager and corporate. I get online and in store can be different inventory but I was requesting a price match from a different Target store location. And after being told by multiple Target employees that if I could locate the item the location could price match, as well as by the employee who placed the items on hold, wellI’m really frustrated.Thanks for wasting my time and my sisters time. Thanks for reminding me of why I should also stop purchasing from Target.

I love Target. I tend to do a lot of shopping at the other place (the bluer one) simply because things tend to be on the cheaper side. But the fact is you cant find a lot of things at the other place that you will find at Target like specific brands or items. Also in certain areas they tend carry higher end products.I do want to mention that I so want to mention that I bought a pair of SONY earbuds from Walmart for a decent price and I love them. Target had the same exact pair for a good chunk higher in price. That was a bit surprising.But generally I am more than pleased with the prices and products at Target. Ive gotten some of my favorite colognes and body sprays here (even though they are coming out with their own brand and doing away with everything else...lame).The employees are always very helpful and friendly and personable. Even their self checkout system works pretty decently which is a surprise. I do recommend this Target, and Target in general!

Its an alright store; always clean, I guess.But lets take a minute and acknowledge the staff just doesnt give a damn. They dont get paid enough to keep up with the intense demands unjustly thrust upon them.Things like: put prices on products, make sure the store doesnt become a middle school playground, put products on the shelves they belong on, be able to answer simple questions, be faster than the self-checkout, be at the register at all, show up to work, wear red....actually that does sound unbearable at minimum wage.

So convenient having a Target on the south end of Escondido. I dont think its a super Target, but it is quite large. Parking can sometimes be an issue due to seasonal mall traffic. This target is on three levels. Personal care mainly on the first floor, clothing on the second floor, and electronics and hardware on the third floor.

The womens bathroom at this Target were really gross and dirty. There is one stall out of order and the rest of the stalls were so dirty I could not believe it. I am a loyal target shopper and felt someone should now. They need to be deep cleaned and maintainedThumbs way down.

Horrible store. Terrible service. I placed an order online. I received an email notice to pick it up. When I got there, all the products were incorrect. They asked me if I wanted to go look for it myself or have an employee do it. I decided I would do it myself since they couldnt get it right the in the first place. They were out of stock!!!! If you can avoid this place, please do. So yourself a favor and just use Amazon.

The location is very convenient in case you need to make a grocery or home purchase while you are at the mall. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Their affordable snacks make it a good alternative to purchasing a meal in the food court.

Like every Target, I go for the good quality items at good prices. I also go to this location so my kids can play at the play place in the mall. I give this location only 2 stars because they consistently have prices labeled incorrectly. WATCH THE PRICES as they ring you up!!! Items routinely ring up for more than the posted price says. Also, the labels in the toy section often dont correspond to the actual items on the shelves. Its very frustrating to figure out the prices. On a positive note, the employees are always helpful with price adjustments at the register. But if youre buying a lot of items, the price issues can be very frustrating.

Went there for some water today, the prices are almost double WalMart. I know the male setting is more expensive, purchased 2 bottles and left. Ill hit WalMart tomorrow.

The prices were wrong on two of my items. I told your associate at SCO and he said it wouldn’t change anything. My cart wheel was in and it took off the difference. So basically my opinion he didn’t want to be bothered to adjust the price to go with any of the prices on display. The cartwheel also didn’t take off the difference and I still paid more. Yes it was less than .50 but still that was my money and what’s the point of using cartwheel if I’m not saving. I still love target but you won’t catch me or my friends that were with me in that target EVER again.

I wouldve given it a better review but I was treated very poorly during my checkout. I shouldve just left all of my stuff there the minute Tamera gave me attitude. But then again I was shopping for my Secret Santa. I was in line behind this couple when she snapped at me and told me she was closed. So I walked over to self checkout after I apologized. I was walking towards my moms self checkout because she was already done when she walked over to me and pointed to an empty space and said the lines over there! As I walked over there another customer got there and she let her go ahead of me. As I finally got to scan my items I noticed one of the items didnt give me the 40% discount. So, stupid of me called her over for assistance. Her response was if it wouldve been 40% off it wouldve had a sticker on it. This will be the last time you see me at this store.

In need of organization! Items placed behind incorrect price labels in the ear drops section, the school supply section, and the home section. I was so confused shopping there today. Not usually like this. I ended up paying $7+ for ear drops vs the $4 I thought I was going to pay for them. Maybe short on staff?

An okay location. Things are too separated here.One must plan shopping in order of item classification as everything is on a different floor.One must constantly take the escalator with your buggy (shopping cart) up and down 50 times to complete your list.

While having 1 store spread out on 3 levels can be kind of a pain, they have cart escalators, and in the rare case one isnt working there is an elevator as well. I do love being able to do my shopping at the mall, then stop at Target for all my regular grocery store type purchases.

Consistently over charged at this Target store. Repeated calls to store management and Target customer service get the kiss off. Happened again today. What I dont get is why they dont seem to care after being sued by district attorneys of several counties.
