Avoid for Amazon returns!Guy that owns this place is rude. Bad customer service. Makes you buy boxes from him. If you have an issue with your shipment know that you will not get any help from this UPS Store.Read the Real reviews before dropping off your packages here.All you have to do is call on the phone and see for yourself.

Dont take your passport pictures here!!! They dont do it based on the guidelines. I got mine here and they were rejected by the passport department. I went came back to get a refund since they were rejected and they wouldnt refund me. Waist of time!!!

This store is so grimy.... nobody wears a mask including the employees despite mandatory mask mandates. I’ve come here many times because it is near my house and every time I am disappointed in the rude, rushed service, over priced services, and nobody respecting other people by wearing masks. I won’t be returning.

I am currently in front of this ups store location and I want shippers to be aware of the service you will receive from this place. I tried to return a package from Amazon which Amazon lists this location as one you can drop off, not pay for a label and just take in the item no box is required either. Just show up and show your code on your phone. Well today I go, the gentleman says my item is too big to return without a box I need to purchase one for $9.95. I said I have the box at home in the recycle I will go and be back. So go home come back a few hours later and now he says I need to tape it myself and can buy the tape from him (why would I have shipping tape at home) I said seriously it takes two pieces of tape one for the bottom and one for the top to seal the box. He begins to argue with me that Im not in the packaging industry and they are doing this for free dont get paid (Im assuming from Amazon). So his real issue is that he is frustrated to take in all these pre paid Amazon packages and he is trying to force people to paying for shipping supplies when on the return it clearly says you do not need anything, just like Kohls and the other places. AMAZON or UPS should be made aware of how this gentleman is treating customers. Oh and by the way I did work in a retail environment where we did UPS and you do get paid a certain amount for each package you scan in! This gentleman should be ashamed of himself for making any customer go back and forth just to ship a prepaid box.

This is an EXCELLENT UPS Store. I opened a new account and the Manager was very helpful and friendly. The process was quick and smooth. I depend on UPS for all my mail/postage needs - I found the service exceptional, courteous and professional. Highly recommended. Happy to give repeat business.

This is our go to shipping place in North County. They always take care with the items we ship, wrapping them carefully and packing them so nothing breaks. On our last shipment, one of the boxes got a Huge whole in it but they packed it so well, I dont think anything fell out!

Horrible customer service from their employee, I usually don’t say anything but she was so rude I even asked her to stop right then and there. I walked in on a Saturday to overnight a document, not knowing that this could not be done unless it was sent out earlier in the morning. When asking questions, the employee was visibly annoyed with my lack of knowledge about the time cut offs, she was scoffing, rolling her eyes, and speaking with a very negative attitude. I was just asking questions to find the best solution for my problem. I stepped outside to make a phone call and came back in to send the document, thinking it would arrive Monday. She scoffed at my request and said she already told me it wouldn’t arrive until Tuesday. I could not believe her poor attitude as a customer service rep. I asked her to stop her rude attitude and be more understanding that I don’t work at a UPS store, so I might not know all the time cut offs and rules, and that’s ok. She needs to be patient and provide good customer service instead of being rude just because I didn’t have the knowledge she did. I wish I caught her name badge so I could include that information. This visit was 10/5/19 Saturday afternoon at 4:15pm. A 1 star rating is more than she deserves.

I went to this UPS Store to return some U-Verse boxes, their system was down but Melissa was very helpful about the situation and was on top of everything. I left her my boxes there and she said she would call me at the end of the day with a tracking number. She called me that same day but she was not able to give me tracking number because their system was still down, but she told me she would call me the next day and would make sure she would have the tracking number and she did. She was very helpful about everything and was able to run everything smoothly. I highly recommend this store.

I have had nothing but pleasant experiences at this place. Every time Ive come in to either pick up or send a package, Ive met with the owner. Hes an agreeable person in general but also professional who always does things efficiently and without any fuss. Ive seen this not only with myself but also with the other customers in the store.The store is small but nice. There are packages and bubble wraps to buy if you need it. Theres also a section of greeting/post cards. If you bring your own label, theres no need for tape; the store will provide you with the packing slip.

Wheeewweee... We got ourselves a telephone tough guy here! Got to hear some guy (apparently manager) named Mike bully a woman over speakerphone. My wife lost the receipt with a tracking number and called in, trying to get it with credit card info/amount charged/other info, and this guy grabs the phone from another girl working there, snaps about how theyre not liable for any packages (... We didnt think they were unless they were insured? Not relevant) and then snaps at my wife to come and go through a huge rubber band roll of receipts with 500-700 receipts in it (probably also not good, considering that lets us go through every customers personal info for that day). My wife, shocked, paused and then said sure, and that was the conclusion of the phone call.Real outstanding managers UPS!

This is the worlds worst service UPS store. The worst service is the owner of the store, Mike Guendling. My package was not mailed. After a month, I called the store and the boss Mike told me in the worst tone. Cant help me, hang up the phone directly. I went to the store again, explaining the passing of things, and my theory, trying to drive me out.Finally, I found out that the package was not mailed, the worst UPS store.

The info given here says they close at 6:30 pm, and their posted sign on their store window (on Sept. 10, 09) stated that they close at 6:15pm - BUT THEY CLOSE AT 6 PM!!! ( of course i arrived at 6:10!) Nevertheless, when someone came to get their mail, they unlocked the door and I was able to drop off my prepaid UPS box.

Went in with two very large packages for an Amazon return. I told the gentleman working there that I needed to print out my shipping labels from USB and he told me it would be three dollars each. When I looked at the advertised rates for black and white copies and saw that it was .10 each, I said all I needed was an 8.5x11 black and white copy and he still maintained that they charge 3 dollars each for computer related things. Looking at my 40 lb box that I assume they would be compensated pretty handsomely for handling, whether it was by me or Amazon, he said, Youre going to need a three dollar tape job too, so youre up to $9.I called him back about a half hour later and, very politely, said I just went to Staples and paid .11 each for the two shipping labels and they didnt charge me anything for tape, so I just wanted to let you know what a superior service your competitors are offering. He replied, Well, you were a little cheap, my friend, so I thought youd be leaving. Im a pretty easy going, polite person so Ive literally never had such rude service from any business. Save yourself the trouble and just go to Staples, they ship UPS and have much friendlier people.

I called to ask some questions about the cost range of packing and shipping a slightly unusual item because I am in AZ I couldnt show him the item and didnt have exact dimensions. First, I was asked to call back in 5 minutes. Fair enough, someone at the counter takes precedence and if he was the only one there is was that or a 5 minute hold for me. I called back and he was quite abrupt and unwilling to listen to my request to see if he could accommodate it. When I said If this is too difficult, perhaps I should try somewhere else? He said Yes, call someone else..I called the ups store on Valley Parkway and was greeted by a kind, friendly and helpful store manager that took 3 minutes to listen to me and was easily able to accommodate my request. She got my business and a recommendation.

I was told copies are 10 cents and they can print from a USB drive. You can imagine my surprise when I was charged $3.25 for 5 pages printed from USB - turns out they charge $2 for use of the computer and $.25 each for the first 4! Kinkos/FedEx is a whole lot cheaper :/

The woman working closed and locked the doors 30 minutes early on a Saturday. I only wanted to drop off a pre-labeled box and she just yelled through the door she was closed. Very rude. And absolutely unacceptable to not be open the posted times. I will never go back

This is an stand-alone UPS STORE. I have been using this store for a couple years and even during holidays am always treated well and service is expeditious in a non hurried manner. It saddens me to see negative reviews...especially when a person with any common sense would know that because this is a UPS STORE...they cannot help you with tracking a package that was sent to you from Amazon or wherever. If you shipped a package and need help...they will help you but you can use the 800 number or even the internet...but the STORE has always been gracious in assisting me with packages sent from their STORE.I drive out of my way from Poway to Esco...just for their service! Silly I know...but I am all about good service and good people...and this UPS STORE has both!Mike is a gem.Sadly when I was in the store...he received a call regarding tracking a package that was sent from a different store. He kindly gave the woman the 800 number to call... she was upset. Why do humans get bent out of shape when they dont get the answer they want? He explained they are a small UPS STORE and she needed to use the tracking number...well she was even more upset. Lady...it isnt that he didnt WANT to help you...He cant help you! Get a grip and call the 800 number or use your tracking number online!I just left after saving almost 15 dollars shipping packages to OKC. That is much cheaper than the PO.Love this store!Love the service!Love the price point!Love Mike!Highly recommended!!
