For my first time getting a storage place Adam was very helpful with finding the right space to go with to move my things in. Would definitely recommend people to go to the Essex location for great service.

So fare my experience has been amazing... Moving from out of state and needed a local location to begin moving stuff into. Went with a 10x20 with drive up Access. Alot more space than you anticipate!

Ms. Joanne was absolutely awesome! She took her time explaining the process including online billing and automatic payments. She was kind, helpful and professional. As we were leaving, another customer pulled into the lot. Joanne stated she was going to help this person even though it was already past closing. The experience I had here was stellar.

My rental experience with John was amazing! He called me within minutes of setting up my reserve and was very knowledgeable regarding the units themselves and what would fit. He didn’t push products I didn’t need, but helped me to be sure not to forget things I did! I strongly recommend using this company and if you’re lucky enough to work with John that’s even better!

My family and I have been renting storage spaces here off and on nearly my entire life. They’re always kind and courteous, just call them if you have any problems.Upgrading to a larger space took minutes JoAnn made sure we understood the lease well and got us an excellent rental price. Again phenomenal customer service. I’ve never been dissatisfied here.

I was looking for some where to store my tractor but they didn’t have anything available at the time. So Joann called around to the other locations to see if they had any spaces but they did not. I checked back a month later and to my surprise she had one parking space available that was more than enough to park my tractor. Joann went above and beyond to help me and she carefully explained all the paperwork to me in detail. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone that’s looking for a clean and well kept storage facility.

And you also get the first month free and they were also work with you with the pricing and a lot of other stuff had a very good experience would recommend doing business here with all my friends.

Their rates keep going up and up and up. This time it went up I received no notification that my rate was going up. My rate has gone up 4 times since Ive been there 1.5 years

Had to move in a hurry I reserved 1 storage then I had to exchange it for a large 1,the Lady working that evening made it happen with no problem with such a polite attitude very respectful, Thank you Mrs.Joanna you are an asset to this place thank you God bless.

I didnt hate the place, it served its purpose. It was easy to get in and out and it was convenient. But I was extremely upset when they raised my rate by $40 a month because, as they put it, they can. Its as if they know most people will just keep paying because its easier than moving their stuff.

Had a problem with my bank, did not know it. Explained this to the employee. Did not care charged me a late fee.Then tried to over charge me, after I explained & showed proof.That was really low, Fred you should be afraid of yourself. By the way never been late ever

If youre gonna reserve it, do day of. I reserved a spot at least a week and half prior because I wouldnt have time to sign the lease and start moving things till the date. I got a call from a staff member who was nice and gave me all information. She called on Sunday to make sure I was doing well and still coming which she stated im good to go. Day before I was supposed to come, a gentleman called me stating they no longer had the size I needed and asked if Id go a size bigger for $30 more than my original price. I felt so disappointed since they waited the day before, I ended up elsewhere.
