Reserved rentals work out pretty quickly upon pickup.

I went there to get a price on a truck rental for my move next year. The gentleman was very helpful. He was very friendly and customer service was good. The only thing is that I am going to have to come back due to being too far in advance for my move. Will return to get estimates for 26 foot truck.

Was at penske on Nashua yesterday it was a terrible experience.1, The attendant Kevin wont allow in the reception area after attending to white customer at reception, he attended to me outside the building.2 Then today I returned the truck I rented and the same guy tried to over charge me with almost $200 because I reported him yesterday to his boss

Last friday I called in and asked to reserve a truck, they guy, John, that attended me was nice enough but didnt give me a good deal and gave me bad information regarding the return. I got charged and arm and a leg! I called in to complain and talked to Joe. He was very calm and understanding, no need to escalate or anything. I took the information moved things around and gave me a satisfactory refund in just a few minutes! This is what I call customer service. Ill call them the next time I need a truck!!!

Promise a lot and dont deliver or responds back. Promise with a good rate but when you start talking, they tell you this is the best we can do even though I was with them for 3 years and keep raising my prices. Bad customer service even their supervisor. :(

Not the warm reception one might expect first thing in the morning at a place of business. No greeting at all from any of the staff. If you have to get a vehicle serviced, you must speak with Bob, who will finish his personal call before acknowledging your presence other than with an occasional side glare.Once he deems to fit you into his very busy schedule that YOU interupted, there will be a lecture about DOT or the 45 years this location has been opening at 6am, why did you not call that the truck needed a tire...chrisma not included.I usually go to the Jessup location...phenomenal team there...they manage to work AND speak to people respectably. Imagine that.

Picked up a 16 foot box truck for my employer, to take a sound system to Hampden Fest in Baltimore. The truck was clean and in good running order, and the service was fast and efficient.

They messed up and charged my boyfriend $100 more then they we supposed BUT they redeemed themselves nicely
