Madison went above and beyond to assist me. She was very attentive and very pleasant. Austin was also very mannerable and polite. Ill definitely be coming back.

Worst Game stop EvErrrrr, every time you call this place they never answer the phone. I even called while I was in the store and the employees are just talking amongst eachother. I will never go back here, I love gamestop just not this one.

Pretty good. The only thing is I got an Xbox controller in my PS5 box instead of a ps5 controller. Not really sure why because I ended up having to buy another controller from target.

This is a nice store. They have separate room for collectibles so thats cool. More space than most stores.

I stopped by while on my lunch break from work to pick up the new Mortal Kombat. I received exceptional customer service from Bennett. He helped me find what I needed and I was back at work with 30 minutes to spare from my hour lunch.

The employees answer my questions while Im in store but it is impossible to get through to this store on the phone. Never even get a thanks for calling Gamestop, please hold they just dont answer. Not sure if its their phone having problems or they dont answer but either way I hope this problem gets fixed because Im tired of driving to the store just to hear we dont have it

Easily the nicest looking GameStop Ive ever seen. Ive been to a bunch of them! It was very big & everything was so organized. I also loved how I was greeted when I entered but wasnt hassled by the employees. I am making this my main GameStop Im going to from now on. I couldnt recommend this GameStop enough. 10 out of 5 stars. I loved it.

The collectable items in this store is a good reason its still open.

This location is half merch and half games. Which is great to know because I know more than a few people I can find some good random gifts for here. This store was clean, organized, staff was friendly. I might not have been to a GameStop in a while but, the check out counter basically island in the middle of store definitely adds a different feel to the shopping experience. Like as long as there is an associate at the counter, needing assistance is 5 feet away. Feels less congested and in a weird way its like taking a lap around a small track, to peruse, pick out what you wanted and go.

I have been coming to this location for about 2 years and I have always been impressed with the staff. Ive come to know some of the employees by name and Ive seen some of those familiar faces leave as well. Everyone has always been very friendly and I am always asked how are you today . Always able to find what I need when I need it. . INSIDE the store. Reason for 3/5 is NEVER try to call this store. Since I have shoppes here they have never had a working phone service and it is very frustrating to say at the least.

First time at this store today. During The pro sale...never coming back, I usually shop at one gamestop store, which I drive out of my way because of the people there but the same could not be said for this one.At first I was fascinated on how big the store was, I had put a game on hold via the app since this store had it in stock near me and my home store did not.I waited about 20 minutes in line, I understand it was pro day but even then my home store manages everything in a fast timely fun matter.Their team lead who checked me out spent 10-15 minutes having a conversation to another guest that he was checking out. Talking and talking....I was close to walking out but I was next in line so I thought youre already hereMy turn came I told him I had a hold For Mario kart 8. TO THINK THEY WOULD HAVE IT READY. ALL SET TO GO......NO. I literally had to wait about 5 more minutes while he had to go grab the game.He was friendly/salty with me. He had a full conversation with another guest and guest before that but me?Kept it all to a minimumI DID NOT FEEL LIKE AN ELITE PRO MEMBER!NOT GOING BACK.

I went in this store on 9/28 to simply ask about a warranty that I purchased on a console. I was told that I would’ve been handed the warranty and the receipt for me to keep up with. I was told that there was no way they would have emailed me this information. After asking if they could look in the system to so that I can narrow down the date of purchase, the clerk hesitantly, looked in the system... and I’ll be found the warranty and all the information. This is a quick and short version of what happened. I walked in the store calmly asking for help and I received this treatment. They were unhelpful, unfriendly, and rude!

I must say my visit to the store was so unpleasant I encountered My First Act of racism I walked in the store and there was no one there just me as I proceeded to the counter to inquire about a PlayStation 4 system. the GameStop rep standing at the counter did not smile or greet me or asked if I needed any help but a young white male walk in a few seconds after me and not to my surprise. he greeted him and he helped him. I linger for a second stand near the counter the other customer purchase his items & left the store.Then I slowly walk to the front door i still did not get help. its so sad when you walk into a store and hopes you could feel comfortable when buying something you would love have. I can say i will never ever buy anything from the store again its sad I used to work for GameStop in the quality Department and this individual was far from showing good quality customer service I experienced that today 1/3/2020 at 1 10 p.m. Guess ill check Amazon out instead. At least that way I dont have to face no ignorance I pray that this change it would just make the world a better place...

3 stars rates it as; Its okayVs.4 stars of I liked it.Im basically above indifferent.I was a tag along to a visit here, and the crew that works there was true to their job, positive about what they did, and enjoyed being employed there. They werent rude and neither were we. We were treated fairly being that merchandise was being sold instead of donated or discarded. I rate that as a positive experience. The store was clean and it was a comfortable atmosphere. I would return as a customer in the future.

Yes, we did the unthinkable and ventured out on Thanksgiving for some crazy sales deals they had run out of online. We entered the store and the line was quite long and I thought, ah geez what did my daughter con me into? LOLWell, the GameStop staff were and are organized beyond words. They calmly guided us to the end of the line asking what we were there to buy, wrote it down, went and brought to us to confirm, and placed at the register for when we made it there to check out. The line moved swiftly, it was smooth and efficient. Thanks to Bennett and crew!!

The guys that helped me today were so nice and it was quick I was in and out in less then 2 minutes. The store is HUGE and it’s super clean. I am not a gamer I am mom of a gamer so u can imagine I have no clue what I am looking for or what when I go into one of these stores. I will definitely be going here from now on.

This store is amazing. They have a separate area with a lot of great nerdy things like clothes, collectibles, games, and more. The employees here are very helpful and friendly. This is my familys favorite GameStop store. Love it!

Helpful staff, clean store and decent selection of 3 major consoles games. At this location, resale games and selection of gaming accessories is limited, and pop culture/collectible section seems to be declining but has rare and/or random items.

Way too hot. Layout was confusing. Prices were NOT competitive. Employees werent terribly helpful.

My husband and 2 sons love games and so I rarely go out in the stores but we stopped by after dinner this week and was happy to experience great customer service by Bennett and his team. It is clear Bennett treats his customers with care and values them as well. Im glad my sons get to experience it too as there are many stores that dont value the customer experience anymore.

The best Game stop in the area. Two sides : one side is Think Geek so you can get your swag, the other side video games and equipment. Staff is great too.

Most of the items you need especially headsets were unavailable and had to be ordered online. I wished they note this online because I wasted a trip and time when I could have ordered it online

Went in to buy battlefield 1. I had not been to a game stop in awhile and had the noob look on my face. They were very busy but I was greeted very quickly by Corbin. He was very helpful and even had advice about the game. He was running around the store giving everyone he encountered the same care. Thanks Corbin ill Be back!

So I got to the store this morning an hour before they opened to wait in line for the Nintendo Classic. A key holder showed up a short time later and I asked him if they had any of the systems. He said he would check. He never came back so when they opened a different guy told me they were in transit and that they would be there at noon. So I was already mad that he could have told me that 30 minutes earlier instead of standing in the cold for an hour. So I walk back to my office and my coworker walks over and they go in the back and pull out four of them and sell her one. By the time I walk back over there they are all sold. This is uncalled for. How do they tell me they dont have one and then walk in the back and sell her one. I have waited outside your store three times now and have gotten nothing for it. This is extremely un professional and there needs to be a better way to communicate with the customer. I have never been lied to like this by a company. Our family spends a good amount of money at Gamestop and if this is how I am going to be treated there are other places I can take my business.

This is actually a combination store. The shop attached to it sells all kinds of science fiction and fantasy toys and action figures and the like. Service here is very friendly, and they always have good deals if you are a Rewards Pro member.

Expanded location with all of the expected games and consoles with the added bonus of fun figurines and life size game items. So neat!

The staff are nice and helpful, but the layout is not great. People always wait in the wrong place because the set up is confusing, the registers are in the center of the room and the line is in the back. The thinkgeek store connected is full of awesome memorabilia and games.

Went to gamestop today with my 9 year old son intending to trade in a lot of video games in order for him to get new games. Instead we walked out with a new Nintendo Switch after trading in games, wii u and accessories. Bennett was very helpful with the trade in process and answered all of my questions since Im not video game inclined. We got a great deal on the trade ins which practically paid for the new system. Needless to say my son is ecstatic! The customer service I received today was by far one of the best shopping experiences Ive ever had!! Super spooky and empty like the vibes are terrifying . Like seriously the collectible side is super empty, and the game section was really lacking.

Considered the flagship store of GameStop (just a couple of miles from corporate HQ) this is a great place to get all the latest geek collectibles. Half the store is gaming and half is collectibles.

They have a good selection of games systems and accessories new and used but just not enough clerks to ring up your purchase, standing in line is not something I like to spend my time doing

Refused to honor price listed on game box. I went to buy a used Wii U game marked $24.99 and was told at checkout it was $44.99--We mislabeled it, sorry, the cashier said today, Dec. 31 just before 2 p.m. He would not sell me the game for the labeled price.This had been my go-to game store, but this indifference to the customer experience sucks and I dont think Ill be back.

Rude and unknowledgeable.My husband was trying to get answers about a few games and they (Matthew and Kent) ignored him. They stood behind the register and didnt greet anyone or offer help.

The people are always friendly and if they cant answer a question they will try to find the answer. The manager runs a great ship!
