Jose gave me an very time efficient experience. He showed great hospitality and work ethic. I say this after visiting several other Verizon stores, I felt welcomed and at home here in Euless.

So this isnt an actual Verizon store. BE PREPERED to pay double what you would at an actual Verizon store. They charged me a set up fee and when I asked it was the activation fees, they said yes. So, I get my bill this month its $138 for one line? why? When I call Verizon (not the fake store) they proceed to tell me the store I got my phone at IS NOT A REAL Verizon STORE. They gouged be for over $200 to get a SINGLE LINE. This does not include the standard phone bill for this month. Slimly business for sure.

This guy gave the most rude service I’ve seen in a while. On 2/2/19 at 7:30 I When into the store for help and got nothing but rude tone, angry faced service. My fellow officer said he received the same from this guy about 3 weeks ago while stopping by off duty out of uniform. Managers please do something!!!!!! He clearly has no respect for customer service or your store.

If I could leave zero stars I would. We are currently looking to switch plans from T-Mobile to Verizon and called ahead to get information about any promotions going on and rates. We had spoken to Ron prior to our visit. We walked in and Ron was with another customer and greeted us unprofessionally. He was on hold for roughly ten minutes while him and a customer were sitting playing on their phones, also while we were sitting there watching this happen. We finally asked if he could assist us since we were waiting for awhile and he responded “I guess I can try”. All I can say is that we will not be signing a plan with Verizon and this was by far a horrible representation of Verizon. Go to a different store if you want any kind of customer service or acknowledgment to be provided.

My granddaughter & myself went to Burlington & just happened to stop by to ask some questions about service for Missouri & since Hirank was so nice & explained everything so clearly, we ended up buying a new phone. Ive been to this store now on a 2 occasions, one six months ago when I purchased my Google pixel 3 from him Travis then. He was phenomenal and very knowledgeable on the phones in store. Today I had to return to get some help with an issue my phone was having and was lucky to see Travis again, he was able to help me out and talked to me about my insurance claim. My husband had a new Galaxy S8 plus that he left on the hood of his car and took off. We found the phone a few blocks away from home and it was shattered, to say the least. We had only made 3 payments on the phone and did not have insurance. We went to Verizon to see what our options were. We met Zach and he was extremely helpful. Zach spent some time with us answering all of our questions. We were able to get another phone without breaking the bank. Awesome customer service from Zach.

Theyre great. My phone was dead, as in didnt work and needed a new one. New to the area, went in not knowing. Its not the store you browse devices on shelves. But described what I needed and manager brought out 2 devices. Transferred my data and am typing in review on new phone. Very customer friendly and knowledgable.

Had an exceptional experience at this Verizon store. Spencer was the representative that assisted me and every question I asked he was able to answer quickly and professionally. I came in with a specific set of questions and inquired about what current deals were available. He shared with me some of the best options and got myself a new phone and an excellent package with that new phone, and he was kind and courteous enough to help me setup everything I needed assistance with setting up on my phone. Lack of professionalism is disappointing. I’m a tech savvy individual who experiences a problem that requires me to go into the store to work through and the employee made me feel as though I was wasting his time asking for help.

Travys was fantastic. I’ve been an IPhone user for years and decided to give the galaxy s9 I try. After a few days I decided to switch back to the iPhone and the transition was quick and seamless. He also helped my mother out with a few issues she was having on her phone. He was very knowledgeable about any questions ask.

I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS! However, after my experience at Verizon in Euless it’s a must I write something! The store representative Seanval was par excellent. He wasn’t pushy nor was he trying to sale me on the latest cell phone. He was interested in finding out what exactly I wanted, and when necessary made suggestions that would best fit. His manager Madeylyn was also very helpful and supportive! I loved my experience here! Thanks Verizon!

The associates at Verizon have always been friendly and competent but this week HiRank, the manager in Euless, went far and above the five gold stars on this review, helping me with my new iPad and my wife with her new iPhone. Evan Rodriguez is great! We had been to 3 other Verizon stores trying to fix a phone issue. Everyone else tried briefly but then only offered a new phone and new plan. Evan spent 15 minutes, fixed the problem, and was very nice and helpful the whole time. Turns out it was a relatively simple fix, but we would have never found it without his help. Great service.

I have been a Verizon customer for many years, more than I can remember. In California, Hawaii and now Texas! My customer service today with Jose a manager and Zach, a trainee was beyond First Class!! As a flight attendant for American Airlines I give first class treatment to even coach... Its nice to be reciprocated! Thank you Jose and Zack and now Verizon... I may stay around a little bit longer.

Spencer provided the best service I have ever had! I wanted out of the iPhone and into a galaxy. I also was switching providers, and he was able to keep my number. We were able to transfer all of my contacts and photos from my old iPhone. He had a bogo deal on phones so my wife got a new phone as well. Top notch service, by a top notch guy! This man deserves a raise and a promotion!

Travys is awesome! My husband and I came in to inquire about switching service from another mobile carrier. He took his time to explain all the plans and phone options available. He stayed past his shift to further assist us with porting of our lines, transfer of data to the new phones, and all of our questions about new service start up. He didn’t try to sell unnecessary additional lines or data plans, but made it clear we could always come back to adjust our plans as we see fit. Great way to start with a new phone company!

This is the absolute best Verizon store I have ever used. As long as I live in Texas I will always come to this location. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Both Asia and Jose provided excellent service and explained everything very thoroughly. We bought the Iphone XR and Google Pixel phones along with some of the accessories. They both took the time to transfer everything over to the new phones senselessly and even helped with understanding some of the key features. Bought my phone online from Verizon and couldn’t activate it so I went inside the store, Salil worked on the problem for a while before he called the main support team and got the problem fixed . When I purchased the phone the wrong sid number was entered in wrong and would not activate. Salil was very friendly and helpful and didn’t act like he didn’t want to help like so many other costumer service associates. Thanks

No matter where you go or visit with VerizonTheir employees are top notch. I just wish that there would be other companies that would follow the pattern of customer service. Whether it be billing, store, on line, on phone, messaging, texting, email or in person, I have never run into any other company or organization that always gives expert customer service.
