This place of business n the employees are nothing but thieves! Im reporting my situation n the 3 employees that stole my money (Kelsey R) to higher individuals that actually know what the hell their doing! This is not legal n no way any kind of business!

Went to pay my bill but you only had one working and one customer buying a new phone got tired of waiting not satisfied with this store

We purchased a wireless box from Cricket and it didnt last but 2 days. Would not recognize SIM card. I contacted the Eunice, LA store manager and have been met with an attitude on every instance. Due to having toddlers the box and reciept were damaged and thrown away. The local manager was able to pull up the original purchase and refused to help at first. She finally contacted her manager and I was told that he would be buying the hotspot device back from us. I was told to check the next day because her manager was leaving the money; which I did. Manager was not in and nothing was left. I was never contacted. I went in to the store today trying to make some resolve on this issue...but I was once again met with an attitude and was told that I was attempted to be contacted...no phone call or message was ever left on my phone...she also stated that she went to my place of employment in close proximity to the cricket store. I check with all my staff..no one from my employment recalls any such visit from this manager. Cricket is ripping people off with their cheaply made equipment and poor store management. If the district managet for the Eunice La store reads this. Please get a new store manager for that location. Attitude is everything and the Eunice, La store manager has the poorest attitude I have seen.

I love the people at cricket and they help you for what ever you are looking for. They help you with the phones you. Want. I love there service. There prices or not to bad. There store is always clean. They have some games on the phone for people to play. They always welcome you in there store. 😊🐱🐈thanks j. B.
