Ive had bad experiences with the Eunice store in the past but it had been a while and they were the only local location that had the color phone we wanted. Figured I would give it a try again. I went buy a phone a month and a half ago. They said I couldnt buy it out right so I put a down payment of $569.99 on a $600 phone. My installment plan still showed the balance of the whole phone a couple weeks after buying and instead of being charged $1 im being charged $20. I went in twice to talk to the manager but both times he was busy so they left notes, after they seen that I did indeed pay that amount. I have called customer care many times but was told Eunice has to fix this and they dont understand what they did. They said all the manager has to do is call the 1-800 number and tell them that yes I paid the down payment.. I called the store numerous times but they never return my phone call. My $569.99 is just floating somewhere out there. Also, I told them I didnt want insurance or the next up plan but they went ahead and put it on the plan anyway. At the end of the day all I want is for them to push my down payment through so we can be done with this.

Miranda was AWESOME! Got me set up with a new phone very quickly following me losing my original device. Her voice was really cool too!

Employees wore masks, inside was clean and kept up. The workers were very friendly and helpful. The lady sat there for an hour working on my problem until we had it fixed. I was very impressed. Of course, another employee stepped in and had it fixed quickly once he surmised the issue. So Im giving them 5 stars.

Such an awesome group of people! Relax environment, no pressure, helpful, does the right thing!!! The manager Jade sets the standards high and does what’s right for her customers and is doing a Wonderful Job leading by example.We drove from Lafayette to Eunice because one of the Lafayette stores had really messed over my parents account and basically used them to get a better commission. Jade did the Right thing, fixed the issue and made us feel so much more comfortable. She truly saved customers of over 15 years that could of potentially move to another provider for 1 stores Huge Mistake. We love her and are forever grateful!Blessings to the Eunice Store.

Great atmosphere, better than corporate. All of the employees were helping customers and doing all they could to work with the customers and give the best deal. It felt like they cared and wanted to help vs just dealing with another number. I would recommend this store.

A sales representative, Ms. Lyric, was extremely professional, courteous, and made every effort to create a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. She explained all the details of my trade-in and insurance upgrade, including the warranty and other features. I will be using this location for future services and recommending it to friends and family.

I am a little biased because my wife Chelsie works there; however, she didnt always work at the store and I have been a customer of At&t for well over a decade. Every time I would go to the Eunice location, I would immediately be greeted by several employees and the wait was never unreasonably long. They always took the time to answer all of my questions and/or concerns and helped me decide what was best for my personal needs. So if you are looking for a great and professional experience, go see my wife and her co-workers at the Eunice location! Tell Chelsie I sent you!

The rest of the employees were all very friendly and made me feel like I was a priority as well. The positive energy in this store during these trying times that we are going through was a breath of fresh air. I left the store with a new phone and iPad and a less expensive monthly plan! Fantastic experience with the Live ATT Eunice team. Everyone there is very friendly, incredibly professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Management resonates all of these qualities as well and it shows in their employees. Will definitely be using strickly Live ATT for all of my cellular needs.

Unlike others commenting on this store, my experience has been negative. I went in to the store, signed my name on the list and waited. After an hour, I noticed people after me were being served. A clerk apparently took someone ahead of me, scratched my name off, and moved on. I was left sitting there unattended the whole time. I eventually got fed up and left. On my way out, a customer saw what had happened and offered to let me cut in front of them. I am not overly impressed with this outlet.

Very helpful and friendly clerks. My only bad experience is with the company itself. They say that they are going to do something and then dont follow through! Been waiting for high speed internet for 20 years and its STILL not available in my area even though I have been a customer for almost 50 years!
