Napa has really great parts. But they are way to spendy. When I can go to auto zone or OReilly and get the same part for 25 to 50 percent cheaper

A little pricey but they generally have pretty good service (other times they might be very busy) and I think they stock more parts in house than anybody else in the area. If you need it today, they are youre best bet.

Bought an Accel distributor cap and rotor set from ORiley. Kinda fell apart I had it setup right and tight but the rotor kept chewing up the contact points and wearing prematurely on one side. The screw to hold the rotor on was tight and the damn thing would still misfire. Went into Napa got what I needed. I bought the cheap stuff they had and it works perfect. Wondering whats up with the Accel....oh well probably installer error. Yeah they helped me just fine. Thanks Napa.

Lady with a lip piercing took 15 minutes and couldnt find a part, asked her co-worker for help and they laughed and ignored her. I took a peek at her computer and directed her to the part which according to her didnt exist. Didnt say thank you back when I paid for the part. Unprofessional, lacking in knowledge and rude. Go somewhere else where they actually know what theyre doing and care about costumers.

I puchased a radiator and I had had for over a month sitting my garage until I could tackle replacing it. Doing all the work myself. 53 year old grandma! When I opened the box it was damaged. They exchanged it for a new one no questions asked! Thank you
