The manager was very rude and disrespectful to the employees and seems to be self-centered and not willing to communicate with the customers about resolving an issue. To top it off the employees seemed to be bulling another thats possiblity management? I honestly dont think Ill be shopping this chain again if this is an acceptable behavior

Great shop but very small. Loads of fandom merch. Clothes, accessories, and collection items.

Employees rocked. Super helpful and will do that best to have you leave with what you love but also with that warm good feeling.

Interesting store, I took my 13-year-old granddaughter and spent $30 on necklaces that could have been bought at the dollar store for a dollar a piece.... Everything in the store should be under $10......

Standard Hot Topic clothes and pop culture stuff.Some horrible, just horrible, music was blasting so loud couldnt think straight, couldnt shop and just had to leave.

Dark tore and full of toys and Harry Potter. I felt like a 12 year old. Their jewlwey is fake and metal and I wish they would make stuff for adults. I like marilyn manson and they had no manson tshirts. I just wish they would make nicer jewelry that felt more quality and in my 30s. Sighhhh how am I supposed to make an outfit with no goth shoes?

Very cool place to shop at and the workers are very nice. ❤ I personally love Hot Topic and would shop there everyday if I could 🤣 they are also a very good place on finding never seen before fandom themed clothes. They have EVERYTHING from anime and tv show favorites. ❤❤❤

This store is generally clean, organized, and super fun. my kids would have everything in the store eif I didnt limit thebfunds. Lol.One star down because of my two complaints, which are that the store is too small... Nothing to be done unless their corporate people decide to expand... And that their store pick up for shipped items is very slow. Sometimes I have an email saying its arrived, but they cant find it because they havent unpacked packed their shipments (and this has happened several days after my email, so I know its not that I came in too soon).

It works for a pinch, staff was friendly enough. The pizza itself was not the best but taste better than many of the other quick food options in the area.

I didnt buy anything but I did see a lot of great things they also had a lot of adult fun items for bachelorette parties and for other fun stuff
