If I could give a 10 star I would.Everyone we dealt with, from Denise in the show room, to the rest of the staff, was a great experience. The finished walls look awesome. Yes, it takes time from placing the order to actual install, but the wait is worth it for the quality of product and service they provide.During the install, the shower pan cracked- not their fault, and Doug went to the nth degree to get the pan replaced as it was under warranty still (ended up a manufacturing defect). He didn’t have to, as HC&S didn’t install it. But he made all the phone calls, not I. With that level of customer care in this day, it is truly awesome!

Humboldt Countertops is very knowledgeable, but like most other local businesses they are also very busy and have more demand than supply. Their hours are Mon-Friday, 8am - 5pm. This makes it tricky for customers with 9-5 jobs to stop in or call. Weekend hours or an updated web experience would be helpful.As a customer, we have to keep calling to check in on the status of getting our cabinets measured for the countertops we already ordered and paid a deposit on. We get busy, and forget to followup (e.g. we call, they say theyll call us back for scheduling but dont), and then more time passes without getting work done.
