Went to the eureka Costco. OMG lots of organic choices. Lots more than I see in so Cal. The clothing was nice. Rugged country nice. Loved the hiking boots they carry. They were a little anemic on the frozen fruit picks and frozen foods. I love the way Costco carries foods reorienting the areas wants. Go Costco!! Place was clean and staff friendly.

Costco in entirety is top notch! Sales associates included. When I need help they are right there for me. Thanks Costco keep up the great work!

Eureka Costco is one of the smallest stores in the USA. Still, its packed with some of the best product. Many of the products are sourced locally. Kirkland Brand tries to source with local dairy, products and has an entire organic section right alongside the non-organic products. Definitely recommend!New changes to Costco DONT make it cash friendly anymore. Going in for a quick lunch? Have your card or gift card ready. You can only add to the gift card at Optometry (hit and miss) or at regular checkstands. Memberahip WILL NOT assist. With the long lines, youd think adding cash to their card would be possible at a quick stand. Nope!

Clean and well stocked. Prices are really good. They have anything from books to electronics to food to wine as well as clothing for all sizes. Nice store. Give it a try!

Amazing staff very friendly, quick service Inn and out they have mostly everything you need. Nothing to complain about except more variety items thats it.

Always love Costco. My only complaint is that their electronic collection is a bit sparse. But, you can only have so much in any store. Even one as giant as this.

Great prices and fantastic amounts. However the selection of brands and choices is not there. They sometimes only carry one brand of chicken nuggets, one that is not like by my family unfortunately 😂. Or other things of course. Just a heads up

I am so disappointed with Costco and with a recent online purchase I made I realized why. They are truly in the dark ages. I ordered online a mixed order of pick up and delivery items because they did not carry all items in local stock. The item I needed ASAP was a Microsoft laptop, it showed they had it in stock and I even called the store to verify before placing my order. After I placed my order it showed the laptop could not be picked up for three days, the exact amount of time it would take to ship. On checkout it showed if I applied for their credit card I could earn an extra 2% in rewards. I applied for the card and was approved and instead of taking me back to check out it said I could go to the store and get a temporary card until it arrived. So I ended having to use a different card, and no 2%. When I called the store to verify it really was in stock I also asked about picking up the temporary card and the agent checked but said it was to soon and was not showing up yet in their system. So all this to make a purchase is truly ridiculous. It’s truly amazes me the amount of hoops companies like Costco expects us to go through just to do business with them. Has anyone on the corporate level ever tried to actually use their systems? The is a clear no, or they don’t care.

Actually just stopped by for gasoline. Given the current prices, any break helps. Costco gas station gave me higher octane for around $0.25 cheaper than lower octane at pretty much any other station in town. With a 26-gallon tank that adds up!

Best gas prices around. Good for some groceries but I dont need bulk alot of the time.

Its Cosco what else can I say Truth is without them we would have been in trouble during the everything shortage. They were the only one who had a lot of what we needed. Thank you.

The hours need to be updated. The website says 9:00am for seniors. The door says 9:30. I drove an hour to be here. Twenty cars in the parking lot and still not open at 9:55. The store and employees are generally fantastic, but I’m not happy about waiting an hour to hopefully get in at 10:00.

As everywhere, mercury vapor lights, metal racks piled up three stories high with pallets of more stuff, people everywhere pushing huge carts, many overladen with heaps of foodstuffs, appliances, beverages, the air filled with scent of rotisseried roast chicks, check-in, check-out.buy snack bar goodies, drugs, eyeglasses, hearing aids without paying for annual membership card...pay for card wirh what you save on gasoline, tires, or insurance...(but, no diesel).Food quality good, but prices are not always bargains. IN FACT IF YOU SHOP AROUND YOU CAN GET MOST THINGS FOR LESS, even the office supplies, tvs, computers, and other dazzlers.

I appreciate the staff wearing masks, but a few dont cover their nose. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Oh yes the hot dog and soda is great. Taste and price.

The staff is always wonderful. I got my second shingles vaccination. The pharmacy crew is great. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Efficient. I was in and out in under 10 minutes.

What would we do without it? Make a long drive to Redding. 111 to Hot for me. Going to be 117 Sunday.

Workers at Costco are trained to opress you by trying to force you to wear masks, hovering around you as you shop, making sure you keep fabric over your nose until you breath only your exhaust air. Costco is now going against CDC guidelines, which recommend anyone vaccinated or with a medical exemption not to wear a mask. I will be shopping elsewhere until Costco stops harassing their customers.

Everything a COSTCO should be. Not a lot of staff interaction for me this time but I have found the pharmacy most helpful and very conscientious.

Clean, well stocked, store. Appreciate the clean bathrooms as well. Weve always had a good experience with their food court. My only reason for the 4 star review is their staff moral seems low; they hardly ever seem happy, its like pulling teeth to get help sometimes, and forget about getting help from the bakery or meat department. They just pretend like they dont see you waving for help. Just seems like they need to put the customer back in customer service.

A wearhouse that attracts customers by making them pay for a membership. As members you get access to the greatest deals as long as youre willing to buy in bulk. Get yourself a chest freezer and enjoy. The food court is the most inexpensive around and very tasty. Its my favorite shopping experience.

Standard Costco affair. Order pizzas and when there to pick them up it was not clear how to pay for them. Need some signs and instructions on how the automated system works or have a sign with what to do.

Just what you would expect from a Costco warehouse. The gas station is very convenient to highway 101 for both locals are travelers.

Pay attention to the price on wines. I feel like the price at the register is sometimes different than the advertised price by the bottles.

Members only to enter the store. Anyone can enter the little restaurant. They have employees posted at the entrance to double check your costso membership cards. Only members with a card that has their picture id may purchase items from the store. I got red flagged for 6 months because I went shopping without my husband, he had the card with his name on it. They are strict.The prices are worth it if you have a family of 4 or more. If it’s just you and your significant other, the bulk prices may be amazing but realistically it’s hard to eat a dozen muffins before they go bad, or enjoy all those huge bottles of juice before they spoil.Definitely stock up on alcohol here. Best prices in town for handles of liquor. Their Kirkland brand is basically the exact same as what they are imitating, but with their own name on it. Kirkland vodka is exactly the same as Grey Goose, for a fraction of the price.They do not give you bags, but boxes at checkout. They do a great job at recycling boxes that would carry in the veggies.Come here for a really cheap but satisfying American meal - hotdogs for $1.50 including a drink. Slice of pizza for $1.99. It’s more like 2 medium slices that add up to a lot of pizza. I got a chocolate vanilla frozen yogurt swirl

Lines were long for gas. The store was clean and well stocked.

Overall the employees are super friendly and accommodating.I have a terminal disease, but I am trying to eat simply hoping it will help extend my life. Costco Always has great produce and a good selection of healthy less processed products. And junk when just necessary!The pharmacy gave me concern like they didn’t want my business. That’s okay. Cloneys was just as inexpensive I discovered.

Customer service is consistent and of course wholesale pricing. This store is keen to appealing towards our organic population in produce and most everything else, including organic protein powders. The return policy makes you feel like an adult and not criminal for being dissatisfied. Cheapest gas in town also.

Used the tire shop this trip... theyre open later than most of the other shoos around town which was very helpful for my schedule.

You never know what you will find or need when you hit up Costco! You do have to be disciplined or you will end up spending a few paychecks in here! This was a nice size store. The only downfall of this costco is they had NO Half & Half at all and it didnt look like they carried it. They did have organic but much more pricier than the stuff we usually buy. They even had things on sale that you didnt know about until you went in to the store. The food court in this one is a bit small. Huge selection of alcohol, we always forget when in CA we can buy liquor in the store instead of the liquor store! The Patron Christmas package was very tempting! Very enjoyable experience and the mask mandate and social distancing was pretty good in this store!

Spent an unbearable 20 minutes driving from mckinleyville to eureka with my mother for a one of a kind Costco trip, and what do we find, but the strapping cart employees blocking the entrance with carts. While I applaud the attempt to protect protect the security of such a fine establishment, we found ourselves empty handed, all because the website hours had not been updated for us customers. This is therefore a call to action, for us, and the many who think they have time between the hours of 6-7 on a Saturday to get some quality shopping done. Lets get it done!

This Costco is average. They tend to carry more organic foods than non, which raises the cost dramatically. If thats your thing, youll be set.Availability of good produce is limited. Prime beef is available which is a huge plus to me. The bakery leaves a lot to be desired.Parking is tight and people with low riding vehicles should be careful entering/exiting; bottoming out is almost a certainty.

Always find what I need at a good price. Very friendly service in every depth.

Always a great spot. Floors are clean. Deals on bulk. Everyone wearing a mask correctly. But be prepared to spend some money because there stuff doesnt really come at discount prices

Always a favorite shopping place of mine, I love being able to find good quality products at a good price. You can find cheaper stuff elsewhere, but likely at the expense of quality. All the staff here are awesome.

Who doesnt like Costco! Bought some Levis, great quality solar yard lights, coffee,,,,,, they got what you need! Kayaks, furniture, a great eye center! $60 a year! Worth it......

Usually Costco is awesome... But today wasnt a good experience. With the new coupons starting the items were not available in the store. Waited too long in line behind one person. The workers should have moved us to next cashier knowing that they had to deal with the costumer ... Counting out a lot of money and scanning coupon of his phone. After 18 minutes FINALLY moved to different line only to find out that the jacket we wanted was in wrong pile which a price difference. The woman who ran back and forth to help us was the only awesome experience. Thanks to her for HELPING!

Costco is Costco. My wife occasionally finds good deals but you have to really watch the prices. Ill sometimes buy electronics there but Im not a fan of their exclusive Visa only rule. Their pizza is pretty good and a cheap meal when youre in a hurry.

Dont get me started on the lines. Always long. But great prices clean store. People who work there are nice

Went to Eureka Costco with my wife so she could purchase new apple I phone. Phones were $1200 salesperson told her they were having promotional deal. She could get $600 back if she signed up for deal. To get deal you have to add a new line. She said we don’t have a use for new line. He said it doesn’t cost anything because you get $25 a month off and the new line only costs $20 a month. He didn’t say that the $25 dollars was the $600 you get at $25 dollars a month for 2 years. So adding new line costs $480 dollars of the $600 and now you are only saving $120 if you don’t have a use for new line. The next thing that happened is that this new plan was a promotional deal and the discounts she had on old plan are not valid on a promotional deal. She was not told that. She lost a 23 percent discount on her bill and the new bill went from $135 a month to $155 a month after $25 dollar discount. This means that over the 2 year plan they sold her she will actually pay $480 more instead of getting $600. This means her new phone actually costs $1680 dollars instead of the $1200 it would have cost if she hadn’t took this deal. She has tried for several hours at different times over last 3 months to resolve this and get old plan back without success. They still have not approved old phone she turned in for discount and she is therefore paying $180 a month for service instead of $155. They say this will be resolved in time. They say they might apply a veteran’s discount to plan even though it’s a promotional plan and hopefully resolve this issue. The person she was talking to didn’t know if it would be allowed. Obviously unhappy with all of this.

Very busy, it would be nice if they would open up more checkout lines.Free samples are a good way to try things out and weve ended up buying the products we sampled more than once.Requires a membership fee. If you have a large household or find something you really like, its worth it. Otherwise, the bulk quantities arent a good fit for smaller households unless there are things you know you will buy regularly that are cheaper at Costco. Were a family of 2 adults (and 3 cats) and we get: frozen burritos, frozen berries, frozen lasagna, protein shakes, multivitamins, 40 lb purple bag of cat litter, chicken drumsticks for our cats, etc.I dont like how they move items around. I know its a sales strategy to make people wander around, but its annoying to go get something and find out its no longer in that location. Also, sometimes well buy sometime and the next time we visit theyve stopped carrying it for a few months.Since things are sold in bulk, theyre too big for normal reusable bags. We only have one giant reusable bag that we can use. Costco provides boxes and lids. Most items are rectangular and stack well. The bulk items can be very heavy.The restaurant food is tasty and cheap, but very high in calories so make sure you watch how much you order.Cheap gas, but can be a long line.

Big fan of Costco. You do need to be disciplined and have a list or you can end up spending more than you planned but thats on you. They have great deals but do your homework as not every purchase will save you money. Best of all they have the best return policy in consumer goods.

We were just passing thru on way to Oregon Beach camping and got the cheapest gasoline here for the thirsty RV.

Aisles are spacious. Its equal to the largest of Costcoes Ive ever been to. There have been a few. 🤫 Ive been impressed the staff attitude during these Covid times. Much cleaning with a smile.A bit worried about the number of people allowed in. Hard to maintain distance. Otherwise 5 stars.Ive also been impressed with their immediate political book availability. Im a political junkie Im happy and sad to admit. But also an impressive array of childrens books.I find it the best chain bulk market in general but this particular one maintains as high of standards as any Ive seen.

The need to take EBT cards...period. And $45 for the privilege to shop there...God Bless WinCo.
