Its a good place to get a better variety of products than what Walmart and target have.

I was very impressed by the helpful employees. I couldnt find an item and they promptly came and found it for me. Then I had another problem and the manager resolved that immediately with kindness and respect.

NEVER purchase Beyond+ membership. I did for black Friday. When I went to purchase the items in my cart, I was notified that BBB did not deliver to my address! Which is ludicrous when there is a store less than 2 miles from my house. Also, there was not the option to ship to store. When I called BBB to cancel the memebrship, I was denied. Once that purchase clears my credit card I will dispute it!

DOG FRIENDLY. (If you have a well behaved dog on a leash and ask permission) A great chain. The experience varies store to store. I have found the people at this location to be very helpful. I love the 20% off coupons. They will honor them even if they have expired.

I went in to buy a ninja blender and all around the blender area are signs that they will beat prices. When I asked about it at the register because Best Buy had it $10 less I was ignored until I finally left the store. False advertising is super unattractive. Ill never shop here again.

The selection is really great. While not everything online is in the store, there is still a good variety. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They didnt have what I was shopping for in-store, but they were able to lead me to the website. Every experience Ive had in this store has been pleasant. I look forward to going back.

Great selection of quality brand names. We bought a dyson vacuum off them and it had a deal on it for $100 off.

Customer service has really gone down hill, felt the assistant manager was confrontational even tho the cashier was doing just fine. They have some unique items that are hard to find in Eureka but kinda pricey. They used to be more helpful, guess I will be using other ways of shopping

The guy working in appliances mugged me with questions in a rude tone that I did not like as soon as I walked in the door. I just parked and walked in to browse, got rained on a bit and this guy is treating me like he wants me out of the store. It was really off putting and I almost didnt buy anything because of it. Im not coming to be rushed and interrogated, I come to browse and find new stuff to get.Other folks working in the store had a better attitude/people skills. The store has a wide selection of nicer items for your house.

Moved to a new place and they had everything you could need.

Had a great experience yesterday at this store. I had to exchange a bed sheet because I accidentally got a fitted one and needed flat. I was down on the floor looking for what i needed. A young man employee came out of his way to help me. Found that the store did have the item I wanted and got a ladder to get into the storage area as what I wanted was not out. Got the item. Without him, I probably would have just left without getting what I needed. Kudos to young guy wearing glasses.

This place is fun. Its almost like a Costco in the sense there is so much to look at. Prices are not anything special. I bought a shower head and it was $50. You dont go there for deals, you go to get a shower head or pillows or something. People who work there are great every time Ive gone. I ever had to go back once to return something and it was a simple task.

Stop asking your customers non-stop if they need help! Multiple associates ask and then re-ask if I need help, theres barely time to shop without being bombarded. Its one thing to be friendly and provide customer service, but this makes the shopping experience uncomfortable and its overkill.

Quality home products

My friend and I needed a table. A helpful staff member guided us and we did need help to find what we needed because each aisle in the store is packed with merchandise.I would advise the manager to have a small store map available as you walk into the store.

It is really helpful to have sales people who know what theyre talking about and know what theyre doing. High prices for stuff I can get another locations for cheaper for the same stuff. Sales people on the Floor sould ask their customers more often if theres anything they can do to help them. I really dont mind paying more so long as I have friendly knowledgeable staff and Im dealing with. Sales clerk at the end of the line for checking out should ask did you find everything? Was there anything else we can help you with?

This place is ridiculous! I put some things on reserve to pick up at the store. When I went to pick it up, they had no idea what I was talking about. I did it on there online site. I was able to find one item in stock in the store. Not the other. They then charged me twice the amount of what they had online. When I showed him the price online he then told me he could order it online and have it sent to me. I WAS HOLDING THE ITEM IN MY HANDS! Complete waste of an hour of my time!! Will not be shopping there again.

You have to maintain focus or you could get thoroughly lost in all the as seen on TV garbage, but you can find useful items at reasonable prices sometimes. Plus I have a special arrangement with them where they send me way too many coupons, but Im pretty sure they wont do that for anyone else.

Went in to use up a gift card and came out with some wonderful items. This store had excellent customer service

A few weeks ago I was visiting some family members in Eureka. I wandered into this store looking for a kitchen item which I found quickly. This was my first visit to a Bed Bath and Beyond and was thoroughly impressed with the merchandise this store had. It was awesome. On my way out I saw this pretty picture. After I got back to my familys home I kept thinking about how I really would like that picture. The next day I returned to the store. I asked if I could possibly order the picture online and have it delivered to my home. The sales associate referred me to John N. This gentleman was wonderful. He first tried to help me order it online but it wasnt offered there. He must have seen my disappointment. This picture was moderately large and rectangular. John N. said he would custom build this picture a shipping box and send to me from this store directly. I was stunned and totally pleased. John N. went above and beyond to make me happy and get my picture to me. Now this is customer service and I want to recognize his outstanding service. Thank you John N.! And yes my picture arrive promptly and in perfect condition! Thank you! Tracey A.

I bought a serving dish to be used for Xmas Eve on 12/22/18. When I opened it at home I discovered that it was missing a critical piece. I returned it immediately and found that there were no others on the shelf. I shared my disappointment with Amy, a checker/sales clerk and she immediately got on the computer to research it. After some time she was able to find another one that was in storage. I was saved thanks to Amy! It is unusual to find that kind of customer service in todays retail sector. Thank you so much Amy!

One of the better stores in Eureka. I guess thats not saying much. Definitely not impressed with the shopping situation here.

We went out as a family and really enjoyed even just walking through bed bath and beyond. There is so many fun things to check out and we really like that we can try alot of the products and even view them on a preview screen. And as s bonus they have so many great deals and have products that our 1 year old could enjoy too. I also needed to speak to the manager about trying to get my invention into the store and they were happy to go out if there way to explain the process and how to do it. I realized that they were extremely busy but when the cashier called for someone to help me 2 managers came to help with smiles on there faces and eager to help so thank you for that it is greatly appreciated. We went to alot of different stores that day and it was getting irritating to have most of the employees treating other people as well as us like an inconvenience is unprofessional and off putting. So to all of the employees that helped that day thank you your very good at your jobs and all seem to be top notch and professional.

I really like Bed Bath & Beyond always very helpful everything is very nice however some of the prices seem to be a a little too pricey and for that reason I dont think enough people actually go into Bed Bath and Beyond and realized just really how wonderful you folks are however thank you for letting me leave this comment I greatly appreciate I do love the store I do like the faculty always very helpful very nice if you lower your prices lets say 2% youd make more business. People love to go into your store and want to set up their house set up the home feel comfortable however when you put everything into your cart and even if your Thrifty Sharp Shopper unfortunately it always seems to be a little too pricey its not too much but its just pricey enough that a lot of people cant quite afford it youre only buying on your sales which Im sure doesnt make you folks a lot of money but I dont know what youre buying a wholesaling what youre selling for profit, really none of my business but companies like wishes are going to put you guys out of business you should look at everything in your store and then look what they charge on wishes for it exact same product for pennies on the dollar you pay more to ship it to yourself then you actually pay for items. and please dont got a business I really do love your great Style, awesome products that actually last especially in this day and age .
